Well appointed room with comfortable beds but horribly hot. Large enough for a family of 4 but none of us slept well over the 2 nights due to the warm temperature of the room. I understand that you are not allowed air conditioning at this time of the year but perhaps the heating should not be left on while the room is empty. That aside, we enjoyed your bar and breakfast service and extremely nice toiletries. Location was also great for exploring the city. Would stay again.

Had a great stay, making use of the free transport pass provided by the hotel, using the tram and boats to explore the city. We had reasonable meal at the hotel one evening, it was convenient with our daughter after a long day exploring the city.

Upon arrival at breakfast I informed the staff member that I was part of an airline crew with a pre-agreed breakfast rate. Despite this, I was initially charged the full amount, followed by an attempt to apply a 30% discount, neither of which reflected the agreed arrangement. This resulted in an extended discussion at the counter, in full view of other guests, during which I had to reiterate the agreed terms and explain that I would resolve the matter with reception. While the correct rate was ultimately applied, the handling of the situation was both uncomfortable and unnecessarily embarrassing. As a frequent crew guest, I rely on established agreements being clearly understood and applied by staff to ensure a smooth and professional experience. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed internally, and if steps could be taken to ensure that such situations are handled more discreetly and accurately in the future
