Poor environment

- One of two Elevator permanent out of order, it is not the first time since I am visiting this hotel, poor! - During Check in I got asked about the Invocing Address: My Business Address and it got entered/noted, but at Check out it was again requested, since my PRIVATE Address was on the invoice....... I was now serveral times in this hotel and Mercure systems are not able to store my business address.... very poor! FYI: my room was 407, but this may my last stay in this hotel or even with Mecure, there are some competitors in this district for similar price but better prepared/equippted

Many on in the room, needed to change

We also regret to learn about the inconsistencies with the shower temperature and the air conditioning in your room.
