I liked the hotel and the amenities. However there where some drawbacks to this hotel. From Friday evening it's deserted. And while I understand that they close there restaurant if there is not enough takers. I don't see me using a microwave to eat when I'm on a business trip.

The key card to my room repeatedly didn't work, necessitating repeated trips to Reception to get it fixed. Staff did not apologise. One of the elevators was dangerously faulty - the door would close, open, close, open repeatedly. The lights in the elevator buttons would not work. Very scary really.

Lobby/bar area extremely warm. Bedroom too warm even with A/C. Bar not open Sunday evening or upon our return from dinner Monday evening. Bar hours listed as open until 1am. These are all factors that I will consider when returning to the area.

I was greeted by a rude hotel reception host. I requested a taxi and the taxi driver attempted to extort me or alternatively drop me off alongside a dual carriageway. When I reported the incident to the hotel receptionist I was asked if I am a taxi driver and told to just pay the amount or the police will be called. When I refused to pay and requested the police to be called the taxi driver drove off. I reported the incident to the hotel staff who where very unhelpful and quite frankly rude. The manager did however apologies the following day, however I feel it was too little too late.

I saw that several foods are provided at the groound floor which are for guest to enjoy during weekends. Previously I ordered foods from delivery service, however, from now on, I can buy some foods and simply warm it by microwave. Also several dishes, drinks and snacks are also prepared. It will be really convenient and i am happy to have such a situation future !

As a member of Accor, I always stay at this hotel when I travel to Frankfurt area. I can get free beverages and snacks. This time is not free. This is not the problem. I checked out at 11/23 morning. When the receptionist gave me the receipt, I mentioned that I had breakfast and he may miss this. He said yes and try to do again. However, 10 min later I cannot get the receipt due to the system problem. He said the hotel will send me the receipt by email the next day. But, I didn't get it now. Three days passed.

Because next to hotel, there is some building which was under construction. They started to work at 6:00 am on Saturday, then it was bit loud to sleep longer. Except this point, hospitality and arrangement by hotel staffs were very good !

I surprised that there is no gym, sauna. It's ok I can understand because it's biz hotel. But very slow & unstable WIFI status. Last visit (24~26 fo Jul), WIFI not working and no solution. Can we call you 'biz hotel' then??????

Quick check-in/check-out, friendly staff, clean room with a comfortable bed and AC, ok breakfast, but slow internet connection. The slow internet connection should be improved seeing as many business travellers may need to get some work done in the evening.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and quick service overall, coupled with good location (if you need to be in the Eschborn area). Second time I have stayed in this hotel and the experience was very consistent. Good value for money.

Hotel building is not new but properly maintained Walking distance from the S-Bahn Eschborn Sued Breakfast is nice, they state they have a restaurant but I have never seen anybody dining during my stay in there. No special facilities (pool, gym etc) - Room was big enough for comfort - Internet OK but not very fast

Hotel very clean and quiet, Location not to far from the airport with free parking. The restaurant was closed but it was a Monday night. The whole Hotel was light and the rooms very comfortable and quiet

This hotel is really convenient when working at the businesses in Eschborn, when I stayed there for a week — a nice short 5 minute walk to the office! The service was great — really helpful when I had brought the wrong adapter for my UK phone charger — and the breakfasts and evening meal I had were excellent. The only criticism was that the restaurant was closed on the public holiday *and* the night before it, leaving me with little choice of where to eat that night except a fast food chain. Overall though, very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I stayed in the hotel for one night on a business trip. It was a 10 minute walk to the office in the business park so great from this prospective. Although, there didnt appear to be much else around, it seems to be prodomantanly a business area. The hotel facilities are good with a bar and restaurant and the room was comfortable ane clean. The night i stayed both the bar and restaurant were empty, so i opted to have room service, the choice was good, the service was good, the food was good, if not a little too salty for my taste. My only grumble would be with the TV station choice, there are only two channels available in English from nearly hundred channels and both are news channels, however much like the UK, they are on a continuous news loop every hour, so it can get a little tedious if you happen to be in your room for more than an hour at a time. Breakfast in the morning was a buffett style with plenty of choice catering for all nationalities. Checking out was a breeze, the reception staff were very friendly and polite.
