Only 1 towel in the room when 2 people were booked to stay. Rusty tap in the bathroom as well as 1 hook missing/broken on the bathroom wall. Hair found in the shower. Went to breakfast at 9:15am. No coffee left in the coffee machines and no mugs left. Had to ask for cutlery. When food ran out it wasnt replenished. No yoghurts or croissants left and even when I asked the lady they were not replenished. We asked the staff to clean away the plates from a table so we could sit down as the restaurant was full. She cleared the plates but didnt wipe the crumbs off. When I asked her to please clean the table, she sighed and pushed the crumbs onto the floor! I know this is a budget hotel but even the basics were not great. More staff needed in the restaurant to check what food needs replenishing and to clear away tables as there were people standing around looking for a clean table. I would like to be refunded for the 2 breakfasts please as we couldnt even have a coffee, croissants or yoghurt.
