Ich hatte versehentlich ein Raucherzimmer gebucht, diesen Fehler bemerkte ich etwas später und konnte vor Ort an der Rezeption es nachträglich noch umbuchen. Vielen Dank

Check in zur Erlangung des Zugangscodes war etwas mühsam, schlecht erläutert. Vorab check in war offenbar sinnentleert. Quittung der Kreditkartenzahlung wurde vom Automaten nicht gedruckt.

Small room that was not what we were supposed to get, but we didn't mind. A little too small for two people but room was clean and everything worked well. Staff was very nice and despite them saying they don't speak english, they did a very good job. The bed cover was too small for both of us but luckily I had my own blanket.

Intimidating, smelly car park. Unclear doorway and entry arrangements. Two pillows for 3 people. Quilt too small for double bed. Uninviting and uncomfortable plastic toilet and shower. Overcharged x3 for terrible breakfast (stale rolls and limited choice). Terrible coffee. Parking charges. Frankly, it was sleeping in a shipping container.
