the hotel kindly upgraded us, but the big room carpet somehow triggers my allergy. maybe an extra steam mop will help next time. this is a conference hotel mostly and located for easy access to highway etc. while the facilities actually contain a nice children's playground outside, but service time eg dinner and breakfast hours maybe less suitable for families

Everything was good, except there was 2 points: 1-payment was not matched what we booked and what reception desk asked. But finally they fixed it and I’m happy for them. 2- Room number 255 bath room, shower water button was out of order, we gave feedback at front desk at check out Tim. We are happy and we will come again in your chain hotels. All the best
