The room was well maintained; however, some basic amenities were missing, such as an iron with an ironing board and a luggage weighing scale. In my experience with other Novotel properties, these amenities are usually available, so I was not prepared for their absence here. Additionally, the minibar was empty, and instead, a voucher was provided—but I was later informed at checkout that the voucher could not be redeemed, which was disappointing.

Stayed at the hotel for one night for work. The hotel staff is nice and attentive and the hotel is well located, however, the rooms are a bit outdated (some modernisation would be nice). It simple with a nice breakfast.

The room was shabby, curtain off its railing, no electric socket by the bed and shower spraying in all directions. I mentioned these issues to the reception but they could not provide a solution.
