The only bad aspect I faced over the weekend regarding the hotel was the bar. In the evening we went drinking 2 glasses of coke at bar and when the bill came this was 16 euro? 8 euro for a glass of coke? This killed the mood a bit

Upon arrival, I noticed an unpleasant smell in the room, particularly in the bathroom, which significantly affected my comfort. In addition, there was not even a complimentary bottle of water provided in the room, something I would normally expect as a basic standard. As an Accor ALL Platinum status member, I was also disappointed that my loyalty status did not appear to be acknowledged in any way. There was no welcome card, no small welcome amenity, and no upgrade offered, which made the experience feel impersonal and below the level usually associated with Accor properties. Overall, this was a disappointing stay, and not in line with the standards I have experienced at other Accor hotels.
