I was there in the weekend with my family. Offices were closed and the surrounding was quiet. We had a good stay. Rooms were dated but clean. Breakfast was fantastic. Public transport close by to visit old town.

Pleasant hotel, conveniently connected by U-bahn and bus. Special thanks to Nanda from the evening restaurant/bartender. His friendliness and services were outstanding.

Well, didn’t like that toilet was smelling with urine. It should be properly bleached and cleaned. Even ids noticed this. The rest- OK

Not the first time at this hotel. Overall it was a good stay. Location: in a very quiet area. Around 15 mins from the city center by car. Transportation is around the corner. Parking: A very big issue for this hotel, the parking is so expensive (24€ per night), there are very limited places in front of the hotel, and the next free parking is around 10 mins. walk. Room: Good room and clean. Only issue is that the cover of the shower base was broken. Employees: I have been to the reception three times. During check-in and check-out, the employee was so rude and wasn’t competent at all. I had a problem with my welcome drink, as I didn’t have the vouchers on my mobile app (technical issue). She refused to give me a paper based voucher and asked me to wait until next day to redeem the vouchers!!!! Why would I wait till next morning? After some discussion, I redeemed two vouchers (out of 4). She asked me to scan a QR code and download an app that is only made for the vouchers!!!!! (Is this a joke?). I scanned the QR code, it forwarded me to the already installed app on my mobile. I showed it to her and she was rude to me saying that that’s not the app!!!!. The next day I went to the reception and asked about any updates regarding that issue, another employee checked and saw that indeed I’m entitled of the vouchers and she gave me a paper-based vouchers (the other lady told me that this is not available anymore!!!!). During checkout, I met the rude lady again, and she was rude also. Overall: We always have good time at this hotel, however after the last incidents, I’m considering staying at another hotel when we visit Düsseldorf the next time.
