Well located, amazing staff. Great breakfast good beds. The parking feels safe and well maintained, still the price is high. The hotel in general could do with a renovation. Bathroom are in dire straits. Carpet in the rooms 255 &. 257 need renewal.

The hotel does not locate in the city center; however, it is so easy to commute with the public transport. The huge parking lot is also an advantage. Raphaela from front desk is really friendly and nice at check in. I would stay again if I am back in Dusseldorf. The breakfast was variety with many options

as always a very charming and pleasant stay there! This is exactly how you want to be hosted and welcome. Rooms fully refurbished and very calm, clean, and a super big TV, easy to use!
