almost 300 euro for middel standard room. Air condtion not working. No Expresso machin. Not any body cream in the bathroom. Small TV

The hotel location is quite close to the rhine river and shops. The premium room was average with okay bed and horrible pillows, stains all over the wall. But, the service was fine. My room was mentioned as soundproof but it was not. Minibar only had beverages which was fine.

Communal areas (stairs + corridors) were not hoovered for a week. Elevator was not functional - after 8 hours standing on an exhibition hall and having to climb 5 floors, not ideal. Staff at reception are nice but slow to serve drinks in the evening - when there is nobody at reception, they should be more attentive to customers in the breakfast area.
