The hotel location is far from both Düsseldorf and Koln The breakfast options Were Very limited compares to other Ibis hotels… The rooms are cleaned every 2 days, so the first night i had to order dinner due to the fact the hotel was unable to offer proper food, after a full day out i returned to the hotel at night and found the room uncleaned with the food rests on the bin…the room smelling of food…. The lady at the front desk with a low english level showed me a small letter explaining the cleaning method due to sustainability reasons…. Seemed a very bad way to downgrade the cleaning standards for such hotel group Not satified at all sorry

Personeel niet vriendelijk alleen de nacht portier die was super aardig , Rest weten echt niet wat ze doen moest ze zelf.atenderen op het feit dat ze.me voor 1 nacht lieten betalen toen ik dat het gedaan kreeg ik de juiste prijs dacht ik deed ze nog 10 cent te kort en voor die riep ze me terug hahah

Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber deutlich abgewohnt. Besonders negativ fiel mir die Hellhörigkeit auf – durch die dünnen Wände und die einfache Zimmertür konnte man jedes Geräusch vom Flur hören. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt war der Schwarzschimmel in der Dusche, was leider den ansonsten sauberen Eindruck von Zimmer getrübt hat. Das Frühstück selbst war zwar überschaubar, aber alles Nötige war vorhanden. Die Auswahl wirkte auf den ersten Blick gering, aber es wurde regelmäßig frisch nachgelegt, sodass nichts alt wurde oder verschwendet werden musste. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Angestellten, die stets bemüht waren. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel in Ordnung, wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche an Komfort und Ausstattung hat.

Es freut uns zu hören, dass Du Deinen Aufenthalt bei uns im Großen und Ganzen genossen hast. Sauberkeit und Gastfreundlichkeit sind bei uns im Hotel besonders wichtig. Daher sind wir froh, dass die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft unserer Mitarbeiter positiv hervorgehoben wurden. Jedoch tut es uns leid zu hören, dass es Aspekte gab, die nicht ganz Deinen Erwartungen entsprochen haben. Wir streben stets danach, ein angenehmes und entspannendes Umfeld für unsere Gäste zu schaffen. Bezüglich der Hellhörigkeit und des Zustands der Dusche nehmen wir Dein Feedback sehr ernst. Es ist uns wichtig, dass Du Dich bei uns wohl fühlst und einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hast. Wir hoffen, dass Du uns trotzdem bald wieder besuchst und wir Dir dann eine noch bessere Erfahrung bieten können.
