I saw the reviews from before saying that the room was kinda depressing and indeed they were. The bed was not comfortable nor the pillows, the curtains were not functional since a lot of light would still pass through. The worst part was the lack of isolation since we could hear everything from the corridors. Also, I was disappointed that they didn’t pass to organize the room or change the towels. This was the first time it happened in an ibis hotel. One of the front desk staff couldn’t speak or understand proper English, which for me it’s a bit counterproductive. On the positive side, the room was really clean and the breakfast (even though simple) was quite nice!

No kettle provided inside the room and not easy to get filtered water. No laundry or ironing services provided. This is needed especially for longer stays like the one I had. Breakfast options were limited. I would like to have a pack of normal bread and a toaster to have something warm instead of eating cool brots. Location is close to Stadhalle stop but the small pathway leading to it was dark and scary to walk through. For this reason, I don't like the location.

The hotel location is far from both Düsseldorf and Koln The breakfast options Were Very limited compares to other Ibis hotels… The rooms are cleaned every 2 days, so the first night i had to order dinner due to the fact the hotel was unable to offer proper food, after a full day out i returned to the hotel at night and found the room uncleaned with the food rests on the bin…the room smelling of food…. The lady at the front desk with a low english level showed me a small letter explaining the cleaning method due to sustainability reasons…. Seemed a very bad way to downgrade the cleaning standards for such hotel group Not satified at all sorry

Personeel niet vriendelijk alleen de nacht portier die was super aardig , Rest weten echt niet wat ze doen moest ze zelf.atenderen op het feit dat ze.me voor 1 nacht lieten betalen toen ik dat het gedaan kreeg ik de juiste prijs dacht ik deed ze nog 10 cent te kort en voor die riep ze me terug hahah
