At first, only one person at a time taking care of the reception, generating queue and waiting time. Housekeeping has to be ordered seperately, but even by doing so, the room hasn't been cleaned during the stay, neither the coffee has been replenished, and as there is no phone in the room, you can't contact the reception. I've tried several times using my own phone, but no reply (which is not a surprise with only one person at the reception desk). shampoo and body wash were empty. Need renovation No housekeeping while requested, no coffee replenishment, no way to reach the reception by phone same needs renovation Old furnitures, not feeling welcome. Only the barman was really warm and caring

Potentially excellent hotel, let down by the small things. The corridor right by the hotel was very dark because the light was defective and not fixed during my stay. I reported two faults with the room after the first night; one was fixed after the sixth night and one was not fixed at all. The toilet below the waterline was covered in limescale. The room was cleaned only after the fourth night. As mentioned previously, faults not fixed, toilet covered with limescale below waterline, room cleaned only after fourth night. Long wait to check in. Convenient for Autobahn, S-Bahn, supermarkets (Aldi and Lidl), fast food (McDonald, KFC). Very slow. Excellent buffet breakfast. Staff friendly and polite.

No room ventilation for new air. There is AC but u need to open windows for new air. There has to be a constant extraction fan in the toilet. There is one but not working. NO TELEPHONE WHAT SO EVER IN THE ROOM - YOUR FEET IS THE ONLY MEANS TO TALK TO THE RECEPTION - You gotta WALK each time. No slippers given ready in the room. Had to ask for it deliberately. Got my watch stolen for a night - had to go to the POLICE STATION due to the FAKE SECURITY CAMERA BEING FAKE and BY NO MEANS was I able to see the spot that I was sitting. FALSE SENSE OF SECURITY bc THE ONE THAT SEEMS TO SEE ME, TURNS OUT IT DOESN'T - fake cams, are not real cams. THAT'S WHY. I was simply LUCKY to have found it the next day, only by CHANCE - the father that whom my match was given to by his son, by pure luck of mine, approached the reception next to me, bringing back the watch to reception, while I was asking if there was any good news/updates regarding the incident since yesterday. It was a ONE HARSH NIGHT FOR ME - and the fake camera just exacerbated the situation! All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout though. Kudos to them.
