Booked double tween and got double single . replaced only after 2 nights even when promissed, no spap in bathroom also 2 days wrong rooms, no soap in bathroom was promissed to get the right room the next day and it took 2 more night to get the right room and I paid more than received booked 3 rooms double twin and received 2 rooms single beds and took 2 days to replace only after talking to manager. I think that I should be refunded the difference. even in prommised in morning, packed and came back to same room

I have to say, the hotel team were amazing. During a fully booked hotel period, I had over 12 people staying here. Everything ran smoothly and the hotel exceeded my expectations. Nothing was too much trouble, and the team were super busy but always made sure everything was attended to. Well done to the Hotel team, thank you Comfy bed and clean The staff were always super busy, could maybe do with more help, but they never stop. Perfect for me with 15 minutes to the centre of Dusseldorf, but quiet and calm surroundings worked very well Super clean and exceeded my expectations Nice and spacious The choice was limited but value for money It was always calm and relaxing after a busy day at an exhibition
