Be careful not to leave anything behind, as it would be nearly impossible to retrieve it — getting in touch with the staff is practically hopeless. The hotel is enormous, yet the staffing appears to be reduced to the absolute minimum. The restaurant works well; unfortunately, it is the only positive aspect I experienced during my stay. After my stay, having completed the automatic check-in procedure, I should have received the invoice by email at check-out. In reality, I never received it, not even after several emails and phone calls. To date, after one week, there has been no response, it seems they have far too much to do! Congratulations on the service! It would deserve a 0, but unfortunately there is no way to assign it in the rating.

Comfortable bed, clean room, friendly staff. Bit outdated. Constructions outside, sauna was not working, swimming pool was not inviting. Inflexibility to adjust to smaller room as wife and kid were staying at home due to illness.

Poor stay due to building work, scaffolding outside my bedroom window , workmen using power macinery outside my bedroom window. I have been trying for over 24 hours to receive an invoice for my stay. E-mails are not replied to , impossible to telephone , after some minutes of recorded messages the line cuts out - twice for me , once for Accor who also tried to telephone Mercure Kaarst. Scaffolding panorama Try to contact the hotel !!!!!!!!!!! Convenient if you like MacDonalds and KFC which I do not. No added value Didn't eat anything If you like to relax in a building site , this is your place
