I am writing this letter to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the incident that occurred in your hotel on the morning of November 12th. My room No. is 313. While I was having breakfast in the hotel's breakfast area, my bag was stolen. This is simply outrageous! As a hotel, it is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your guests' belongings. However, it is evident that there are serious flaws in your management and security measures. You failed to verify the room information of the people entering the breakfast area, which has led to such a situation and caused me a huge loss. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and will surely give a negative review about your hotel. I sincerely hope that you can take immediate actions to address this issue, improve your security system, and offer a reasonable compensation for my loss. no room service at all not safe

The staff in Düsseldorf Kaarst is very courteous. Every stay glad to see them again. But what is getting more worse is that the rooms are not so clean as they were ones. It often happens that the rooms are not done. I have no problem with a little bit of dust, but what I don't like is a dirty bathroom, especially the toilet bowl. This happened for the second time. I know that these days every company has a strategy to save money, but this is not the right way.

Cleanliness not satisfying: spiders and dust in the room and stairs, some of us change their room due to faulty heating/ warm water. Food also not good. Sad atmosphere. Paid parking outside the hotel
