We were staying at the hotel for business meetings. One of colleagues who is in my team., Mr.Burak Dağlar, made reservation for 10 days in your hotel through booking. Due to serious health problems, he had to leave 4 days before planned date. Although booking.com accepted to cancel last three days upon hotel's approval, your hotel management didn't want to accept this excuse and charge whole 10 days. I never understand and accept such a strict policy although we have valid health excuse. As long as I have alternatives, I will not stay in this location for my upcoming visits.

The room wasn't ready

We are very disappointed with the availability of our room. Upon arrival at the reception at 4:00 PM, the receptionist informed us that our room was ready. However, we were greatly surprised to find that this was not the case at all when we entered the room. In fact, the room was not ready. To have the room prepared, I had to insist strongly with the receptionist to resolve the issue promptly. When we check in early, around 2:00 PM, we are asked to pay an early check-in fee. My question is therefore: what is your commercial response in a situation like this? We are not looking for a free drink – as that is already standard – but I believe we are entitled to have the room ready on time if the agreed check-in times are respected.

Nice room besides a smell of cigarette

It’s a calm hotel, with large nice rooms. The only thing is there was a quite strong smell of cigarette when we arrived in the room. We solved that by opening the window.

I personally like this hotel and staying there regularly when visiting my mother company. I like the size of the rooms which are big enough even for several days. Rooms are well equipped, internet speed is just fine. It's easy to park there and hotel is having a good accessibility. I like the breakfast where I can always find various types of the food. The only down side I have experienced during my stays is the quality of the coffee. I'm sorry to say this but taste of the coffee did not impressed me at all (friendly speaking). However this is not something what so important for me but I would be happy to see some improvements there. I should not forget the stuff which is always very helpful and supportive - especially in the restaurant. These are really "the stars" what makes the stay in this hotel very comfortable and attractive. Everything I was eating there was always delicious and fresh. I would only appreciate wider options in a dinner menu.
