Violation of the DSGVO by sending invoice of totally unrelated guest to me. Information back to Hotel to make them aware and questioning what other guest data are probably shared stayed unanswered. My last time there as unreliable.

At first, only one person at a time taking care of the reception, generating queue and waiting time. Housekeeping has to be ordered seperately, but even by doing so, the room hasn't been cleaned during the stay, neither the coffee has been replenished, and as there is no phone in the room, you can't contact the reception. I've tried several times using my own phone, but no reply (which is not a surprise with only one person at the reception desk). shampoo and body wash were empty. Need renovation No housekeeping while requested, no coffee replenishment, no way to reach the reception by phone same needs renovation Old furnitures, not feeling welcome. Only the barman was really warm and caring

Potentially excellent hotel, let down by the small things. The corridor right by the hotel was very dark because the light was defective and not fixed during my stay. I reported two faults with the room after the first night; one was fixed after the sixth night and one was not fixed at all. The toilet below the waterline was covered in limescale. The room was cleaned only after the fourth night. As mentioned previously, faults not fixed, toilet covered with limescale below waterline, room cleaned only after fourth night. Long wait to check in. Convenient for Autobahn, S-Bahn, supermarkets (Aldi and Lidl), fast food (McDonald, KFC). Very slow. Excellent buffet breakfast. Staff friendly and polite.
