The airconditioner is configured to an eco-friendly mode (good for the hotel), which is however not guest-friendly. The maximum temperature, which can be set is 24C. However, the air-conditioner starts only if the temparature is below 22C, and after heating it will switch off at 23,5C. Then you have to wait until the room tempretature cools down again to 22C (in a few hours), and only then will it switch on again. The hysteresis is asymmetric and to wide.

Thursday morning at the end of breakfast service there was a lot of shouting from the kitchen and the gentleman shouting the breakfast service was finishing soon was not very polite. Many of the other guests were also not impressed with being shouted at. A spoken announcement would have been suitable and there was no need to bark at the guests. I had enjoyed my stay which was spoilt by the Morning restaurant manager. Serving staff were all very polite and professional at least. There was no need for such behavior, which I personally experienced at your Hotel Thursday morning 19th Feb. I would recommend some customer training for this member of staff, a pity one person can spoil the work of so many others. Check in desk staff were friendly and helpful as were most others to be fair.

As always, great rooms and a high quality bed + linen etc. The breakfast however, is not as good as some of the breakfasts that I sometimes enjoy in the other hotels, that are comparable in price.
