Nice clean hotel, bed was very good to sleep and no noise from outside. Downside, airconditioning was not working anymore and sleeping in 23° is unpleasant.

Nice welcome upon arrival by the trainee of the hotel but because she couldn't access her system with her password, het more experienced colleague took over. Our room not being ready yet, we were invited to take a drink at the bar in the meantime. Th pity was that this experienced woman, didn't ask if we were here or the first time and she didn't have in mind to explain us where we could find what (breakfast, restaurant, ...)

Ma name is Oscar L. R. P., loyal guest who is accommodated at least 4-5 night per month in Novotel Airport Düsseldorf. Having checked out of room #125 last Wed morning, Idescribe below the unsatisfactory experience Always upon check-in at arrival first day, I clearly addresses below two wishes for his stay to the reception desk: 1. Being well aware that hotel policy has changed regarding daily room cleaning, Mr. R. emphasizes his expectation of daily change of towels. Unfortunately, even multiple repetition is without success. 2. After a long working & discussion day, I prefers to take a quiet & quick dinner in the restaurant. I wants dinner to be charged to his room# for overall payment of both room & restaurant with his AMEX card upon check out. but the recepcionists, all and every of them, miss to make this setup on my registration that causes problems to charge food/drinks to my room number. Sometimes, the discussion with restaurant team takes longer than dinner itself. Above is no unique experience , but unfortunately I has faced and addressed above service situation repeatedly to Novotel Airport team, big 0 on service, not on the restaurant but worst reception I experienced in my 30 years travelling around the world

The satisfaction of our guests is very important to us, and this way we are given the additional opportunity to improve our service in the future. I am very sorry to hear that as a regular guest you have such a bad experience. What you describe is definitely not our service standard. First of all, we do have a sustainability program in the hotel where we just clean the room if the guest wishes this. Like that, we can save resources and act more environmentally friendly. Of course, our guests can always request daily room cleaning. This can be done on your arrival, or during the stay, one day prior. I regret to hear that this did not work out in your case, and I already informed the reception personnel on this matter. Furthermore, we can normally open the reservation for restaurant bookings, if we are provided with a credit card for guarantee. My sincere excuses that this also did not work out in your case. I assure you that we will again discuss this internally to avoid this in the future. We will do our best, to create a better experience for you in the future, and hope to welcome you again soon!
