*Major During my stay on Oct 7th, around 22:40, the fire alarm worked and all of the customers were evacuated. We had no idea how serious it was. Without knowing the reasons, we were out of the hotel about 30 minutes before the fire officers' safety confirmation. It would be better if all customers received an urgent care message or email with sincere apologies. It can be performed like some airlines do in case of delay, gate change, and etc. *Minor The shower head direction from the top was not proper, so the bathroom floor got easily wet

The female Asian receptionist was very rude, on Oct 7th morning, I and my wife checked in with her when we entered the breakfast restaurant, I told her my room number 241, she said ok, then we started to have breakfast, a few minutes later, she came to my table and asked my room number, I said 241, and she asked 241 of this hotel or ibis, I and my wife felt very uncomfortable, we were the only customers she asked the questions
