In general, not bad. I missed some details the majority of airport hotels have, e.g. toothbrush, body cream, iron, information about the area in terms of shops, restaurants, transport. But the worst things were two: to be given a room (I don not want to say the price I paid) which they already knew TV did not work since many days ago in the middle of the Football World Cup, and not to have any shuttle alternative service for early flights while being an airport hotel.

Please allow us to clarify that amenities such as toothbrushes, body lotion, and ironing facilities are available upon request at our reception at any time. Unfortunately, this was due to an unexpected technical malfunction, and despite our best efforts, it could not be resolved before your arrival. We understand how disappointing this was, especially during the Football World Cup. Regarding transportation to the airport, we would like to clarify that our hotel does not offer a shuttle service. This information is available prior to booking. For guests with early departures, taxis are readily available from 3:00 a.m., and our reception team is always happy to assist with arranging transportation if needed. As always it great to be at this hotel that is easy to arrive and super nice and fresh. The staff in restaurant and reception is amazing . However, I must emit that the food gets worse and worse and despite having the same menu card since 2-3 years the dishes should become better. I do lack the feeling of better foods from the chefs and if to difficult, make a buffet in stead and also to fact not waiting for a disgusting hamburger for 45 minutes
