unfortunately this place did not meet my expectations. - Check- in was friendly but extremely slow, did not give directions on eg elevators or breakfast area - room was alright, nice bed, one of the USB plugs didn't work - shower soaked half the bathroom, shower head was leaking, shower gel was empty, no place to put some things - breakfast was alright but not worth 23€ at all, service was friendly - check- out was friendly but didn't manage to put the correct invoice address though long time taken to note it down

Checking in at 10.00 pm had to maintain that I had an early check in and paid for it. After finally getting the key to my room, the person in the reception didn’t speak to me at all. Being a gold member I wasn’t offered a welcome drink, even though I never take it. The people in the restaurant are much more friendly and nice.

I have been charged 263.30 EUR instead of 163.30 EUR (100 extra) from my credit card. This mistake hasn't been corrected yet despite my e-mails. I want this 100 EUR to be returned to my credit card as soon as possible.
