Always helpful and welcoming. There was an issue of a man following me in a car and asking for money- second time in 2 weeks. Not directly on your property, on the public street. Your staff helped me in that situation.

1) No WiFi on laptop, and the issue is not just on my laptop because many other room had the same issue. 2) No table in the room for working 3) Overpriced vs other guests who book last minute at Novotel at lower rates 4) no F&B outlet in Ibis need to cross outside and go to Novotel for breakfast 5) housekeeping only on request prior the day before. but the price includes housekeeping everyday..
