Was greeted by bilingual friendly staff who looked after me nicely. The room was clean and the Hotel location was conveniently located close to the Medica conference.

You certainly don't get what you pay for !

I paid a fortune for this hotel due to an event being on at the Mssr. My room was clean and I was able to get in a little earlier which was helpful. The receptionist told me the wrong number so i spent 10 mins running around the hotel trying to find the room. I was also told that the Bar and restaurant was not open and that we had to use the hotel next door. Not a good start when I had paid £239 for 1 night. In the bathroom there was no conditioner, only shampoo which you had to wash your body and hair with. The place to work was a small table and a stool which once your laptop was on it there was no room for a mouse to use. The pillows were really soft and the duvet a summer one so was not warm. For 1 night it was ok but i would not be rushing to stay here again.

Everything was ok. However, the plug points are placed incorrectly. I was not able to insert the travel adapter, which was a very painful experience. To charge my laptop, I used the only slot available in the restroom.
