I have stayed 11 days at the hotel during the BOOT fair. When I was doing my check in the staff was asking whether I need cleaning service for my stay every day and I said no because I felt it is better for everyone especially for the environment. Right after it was difficult to get even the trash to be taken. They were saying I need to give 24 hours notice to get the room cleaned but this information was not shared during my check in process. We have seen rubbish on our floor for days probably because there was no cleaning for a while. The breakfast should have been adjusted to IBIS people or given other option because 17 EUR per day at Novotel is not IBIS friendly really. On the other hand the stay was pleasant: the reception helped me to receive 3 parcels, they let me check in earlier too. I got iron, iron desk and kettle too for my whole stay.

We also regret that cleanliness in the common areas did not meet expectations during this time. The hotel is near the airport, which is why I decided to stay there. I used the EV charging infrastructure and paid a higher rate than the market rate. Parking is also paid for hotel guests, an more expensive than airport parking

Hotel is good and clean, staff friendly. We only stayed 1 night (due to late flight arrival and bad Deutsche Bahn Connection)
