Close to airport but no shuttle??

It was hard to believe that a hotel which purpose is to have guests that want to be close to the airport does not have a shuttle. I can understand once public transport is running but no service before 6 am.

I went on a short business trip. Although the standard room was okay, I expected it to be no different from a 2-star hotel. I could not get my invoice the day I checked out. I was told it would be emailed to me. after 3 weeks I am still waiting for my invoice. i tried logging a request on their website and there was a technical error. I emailed them a request and got no response. I then tried calling them (2 separate occasions) the first time I was told it would be emailed to me the second time the person answered the call and just kept quiet for 2 min before I cancelled the call. if you just need a bed to sleep on and catch your flight out the next day this could work but if you thinking of staying here for a few nights I would suggest any of the neighbouring hotels

There is no work desk and one bald, rude front desk staff in the morning. It's not worth the amount you charge for the stay.
