Stayed here last night. Ordered an early call for my early transport. Didn’t happen! Not impressed! Also booked with Agoda because it was cheaper than with Accor, with whom I have been a member for decades. Unable to record my visit with either Accor All or Qantas FF! Seriously unimpressed! Doubt if I’ll stay there again!

Paid extra for a pet friendly room which was truly sub-standard with filthy carpet and non functioning air-conditioning.
