Comfortable rooms for an overnight stay to catch an early flight. Airfreshener in lobby was too strong for me as an asthmatic, I had to limit time in that space and try to hold my breath walking through there.

Yes it’s a budget hotel . Knew we would have trouble when tried to ring from terminal for directions . No response . Taxi did not want to take us such a short distance . However if you can’t get directions we had no choice . Receptionist says when they are busy they don’t answer phone. There’s nothing to stop them having a recorded message giving directions instead of just terminating call . Room was ok albeit small . Lots scuffed and damage on walls . Notice in room saying close bathroom door when shower because steam triggers fire alarm system and that will cost you $1500. Don’t think guests should be penalised for design flaw . Bed ok. Pillows inadequate . Shower head needed cleaning so water almost none existent . Needless to say we booked another hotel for our return transit . Advert says it’s 10-15 mins away from domestic terminal - it doesn’t say that it’s not really an easy walk with bags . We tried retracing our steps from hotel without bags and gave after having to cross multiple highways and unlit car or buildings . Choose somewhere else unless you are desperate

the experiance at the hotel was ok, but the pick up at the international airport using the sydney super shuttle was a disaster we as well as 10 or 12 our people waited 1 hour for the shuttle it was absolute kaos, and then it took another 45 minute to drop us off. and it was not worth the money and i would not recomend the shuttle to anyone. next time i will stay at the rydges hotel across the road from the internal terminal.

Overall well below average. Staff were not friendly. Website said parking, but very limited and we missed out. Smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen. Old TV was unusable. The lift kinda did what it wanted. Wouldn’t stay again.
