Our stay was a result of having to evacuate the fires on the south coast of NSW. Not knowing if we would have property to go home to we found the staff extremely helpful and supportive. They really could not do enough for us. The rooms were clean and tidy.

Double booked our pet friendly room so we had to get a room that was set up for a wheelchair access. Bathroom was very poor quality. No compensation offered, just too bad. Sorry we made a mistake.

It was ok but has agreed upon in the past with management when I stay at budget Ibis mascot I am to be allocated room 623. So I was quite disappointed be be put in room 232, with a very loudly running air conditioner.

Tried getting the shuttle van from the airport to the hotel.. spoke to a really angry driver who refused to take me and another lady because he said he was only picking up for novotel. Waited for the next van. And found out from that driver who was nice, that the first driver was supposed to take us. Got to the hotel and found out the prices for the van increased but wasn't updated on the website or the phone message system for the shuttle. Room was okay, it was clean, but overpriced for what you get. The pancakes machine wasn't working very well either in the morning. Would have been easier if someone was making them. As the machine kept stopping and was taking forever to make even one. However staff member was helpful on checkout as I missed the shuttle since I wasn't informed about the time it leaves and they got me a taxi. Was more expensive but it was probably the best they could do at that moment.

We chose this hotel as it was close to the Airport. At check-in lady was friendly. Our room was a family one. Very tiny. Photos on website make room look bigger. It was very tight with 3 suitcases. Bathroom was also tinier than what we expected. Good night sleep and great having the shuttle pickup next door in the morning.

the facility meet the family needs. However, additional car parking surcharges increased the price of the stay beyond the initial low cost. In future we (my family & I) will utilise the additional cost allocated to parking to seek out alternative accommodation.

Went to the wrong hotel to start due to their being 2 Ibis Sydney Airport. Once i arrived there was a highly annoying ticking noise in the roon that i could not find the cause of. The door to the bathroom also would not close.

Clean and basic but disappointing overall.

Unfortunately only two of the four bedside lights in our room worked and one of the lifts was stopping just below level and sometimes had doors that wouldn’t open at all which is a fairly serious safety issue. There was also only one set of power points in a family room which wasn’t very practical. As you walked along the hallway there was also a power point coming out of a wall. The hotel is budget, we didn’t expect it to be luxurious, but you would still expect the basic things to work and to be safe.

Overall stay was fine, nothing life changing, room very basic but clean and budget as expected. Although I was quite disappointed with my experiance at reception, due to it being NYE I paid $270 for the room, so whilst it was a budget hotel I’d expect a little more, staff were quite standoffish and unhelpful

Much better than expected. No negative comments. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Front desk experience was quick and professional. Hard to believe it’s the same chain as the ibis budget Coffs Harbour which was disgusting. As such, we were hesitant to stay here but glad we did. Will stay again.
