At short notice I needed accommodation overnight at Sydney Domestic Terminal. I had already booked a stay on 10.4.20 at the Ibis which the overseas trip re this booking had been cancelled due to Covid-19. Whilst before I departed home I did call and leave messages on the phone twice to change my stay from 10.4 to 19.3.20, I realise that day with all of the changes and issues going on, when I arrived in Sydney, I pulled into the hotel before I travelled north & spoke to one of the staff to change my booking date. (Bhisap or something similar was his name) He was so very helpful and changed it immediately for the next night for me to stay. Thanks for that.
