Terrible after check out service. No invoice emailed. Tried for 30 mins to phone reception. No email contact available. Followed the booking links in the email to attempt to find an invoice myself. links didn't work and the booking number, that they sent me, kept saying invalid/doesn't exist. If I could give -10 out of 10, I would.

I find it incredulous that I paid over 350 AUD for what was a little better than a youth hostel. I appreciate that demand in Sydney was high for the night of 14th but does not give hotels teh right to price gouge. This hotel is basic and should charge prices for a basic hotel. I would also advise to change the photo on online sites as the photo is of the Mantra and not the Ibis Budget. For my stay, accommodation was budget but price was far from budget. Very disappointed.
