I had to move my booking forward 1 day due to flight delays. Call centre cut me off. I sent two emails and got no response. On arrival I was told my booking was cancelled. Front desk staff was rude, place was smelly and dirty, and poorly maintained!

Needed accommodation close to terminal and the Ibis is always the one we use - close to terminal - walking distance, close to food outlets like Macdonalds and KFC for that quick bite. Will stay again

Good location and close to airport. Air conditioner was very noisey. One of the single beds was uncomfortable.

The family room is tiny - barely space to get our suitcases in. One of the light fittings didn’t have a bulb. The charging socket for mobiles etc. was broken. The bed had dried bogies on it - which we complained to reception about and we’re given another room.

This must be related to a room i booked 2 years ago while planning a trip to the UK. Covid stopped this trip happening. I tried to contact this hotel 3 times by email and twice by phone call (from NZ) with no answers or communication. Absolutely appalling customer service, NONE. Took my money and that was it.
