The rooms need to be maintained better. We had a double room but were only supplied with a single doona. Mentioned that to reception on 1st morning & were assured housekeeping would attend to it. Nothing was done on our return for the night. Went to reception again to see if we could have another doona or a larger one & I don't think the reception girl even understood. She ended up printing new room cards for us & told us to change rooms. New room had 2 singles but atleast we were warm. Have stayed there before but it's definitely gone way down in standards.

Bed was comfortable but room needed a good vacuum. No remote for the TV. Very noisy all night. One elevator out of action. Aircon at set temperature and windows dont open Positive was that you could walk to the terminal

Thanks for sorting out our room - front desk staff were very helpful and moved us to a room we were happier with. Dinner next door at Mantra was good too. A very convenient location within walking distance of the domestic Terminal.

I've stayed here previously and had no issues. This time check-in was a shocking experience, and the woman did not lift her gaze away from the computer screen. I showed my ALL gold card and she said "no good - we're a budget hotel," - communication skills were shocking. As I was prepaying I asked for the invoice and told that they could only be issued on checkout. Room was dirty and furniture/walls were scratched. I located the laundry to iron a business shirt, but no iron present. I mentioned it at reception and was told "yes, it's there." I had to ask someone to come with me to the laundry to show there was no iron. They said "sorry, someone has taken it." I asked if I could go next door to the Mantra and use an iron there, and was told no as the irons are in the guest rooms. I said I'm travelling to Melbourne and need an ironed shirt and asked if they could go and get one from the Mantra, which they begrudgingly did. On checkout the computer systems were down so no ability to issue an invoice. I suppose you get what you pay for. Never again.
