We stayed here for 2 nights before flying out to the Cook Island. Excellent position very close to airport. 'Hint' for taxie... ask them to turn on the metre. We just jumped in and didn't take notice, he charge $30..... since been told it should have been $20. Better still ask for Max, (taxie driver) he works out of airport to Ibis Budget Motel. The room was very small, just fits queen size bed. But great for over night stays. Clean room. Staff are friendly enough.

Simple hotel, but clean and great location. We just needed somewhere to stay between flights. It had everything we needed. It’s also helpful that there was a McDonald’s, kfc and krispy cream within walking distance - especially if you get in late

Plain, no frill yet rather comfortable stay. Two beds accommodation. Not extremely spacious and with a quite essential bathroom but good enough for an overnight stay to reach the airport (national flights) in the very early morning (on foot). Various fast food chains close by. We did not have breakfast.

I have stayed there a few times before & have another stay booked for November. The rooms & bed are very good. I don't live in Sydney & once I have arrived & in my room I feel a relief & relax as though my trip away has begun.
