Room was clean Ensuite was so small had to wrap shower curtain around top so could use toilet or sink without it sticking to you. Pillows so thin even folded in half was useless. As they say get what pay for yes cheap want be back

The most underwhelming experience at an Accor promoted hotel which does not even qualify for reward points or recognise member reward levels. The room is cramped, walls scratched and damaged in corners of 522. The bathroom floods and door frame had rotted, if I had thongs I would have worn them due to the poor cleanliness. The two pillows were so flat they could not be used, the hair dryer had to be collected from the central hub which was un stocked. The reception staff were ordinary in attentiveness. Avoid staying here as we will not return.

For the Price you pay, there's better accommodations out there. To make matters even worse, they charge you car parking. There's not enough parking spot!! So I used the parking space at the hotel next door. Not good at all getting charged to use other hotels parking spot 🤦‍♂️👎👎👎 If you got a car then I seriously do not recommend this place

It’s easy access. The room very outdated. It’s a 160 dollars for one night. Some hotel in Sydney is same price but the place is neat. You need to walk about 12mins from the airport which can be okay but with big luggage’ not applicable.

If all your looking for is a bed to sleep on til your next flight its alright but anything beyond that its lacking. First off the TV in the room is smaller than my desktop monitor. The shower in the bathroom is not separate, meaning when you shower the water gets beyond the shower curtain. While this may not be an important note for most, as a senior citizen, I was worried about slipping on the tile floor and had to put down another towel on the floor to make sure I didn't slip. The breakfast they offer is not at their hotel but at the Mantra next door. When I arrived they informed me that they do not see that I had paid for breakfast in their system. This is because they do not share systems. I had to go back to Ibis and have them print out proof that I have paid for breakfast. I wont stay here again.
