We were early for checkin and understood, but staff said they will see if they can accomodate early. Said our room wasn't ready and we came back later. The room had not been stayed in for some time and had not had a refreshed clean, so already not that happy being lied to. The bed was past it's used by date, there is limited space for bags and no wardrobe. The hand towels were missing. The windows are not double glazed so the road noise was significant. The pillows were great, the window curtains great and good blockout. The restaurant has great food , but service was slow and forgetful. Friendliness is not a strong point, felt like we were a burden to them. Is in a handy location to walk to domestic airport. Unlikely to stay there again.

Our accommodation in room 805, cannot be faulted in any way. Very clean, comfortable and wonderful view. Would gladly stay there if and when we need airport accommodation. Reception staff where most welcoming. Unfortunately when we arrived (approximately 1.30 pm) it was 44 degrees outside and I wanted a cold beer, but the bar does not open until 3 pm. That policy obviously does not consider customer needs or wants. Other than that, we totally enjoyed our stay with Mantra
