Communication with the hotel is poor. I called ahead about parking. No answer. I emailed about parking. No response. I was told a receipt would be emailed so I could claim travel expenses. Never received. An email sent requesting the receipt, never answered. Easily the most disappointing stay I have had in the ALL group.
