Blood on the floor by the toilet and shower dirty.

The room was largely unclean. There has been surface level cleaning however the mould in the shower, dust in skirting boards and build up in carpet. The towels are dreadful quality. It is a lot of money to pay for an unclean room

The room was clean and fresh, the staff were amazing and friendly. My downsides below certainly don't take away from the overall experience, but they were annoying (like a sticky fly) things that I noticed having travelled constantly for nearly a month prior - this was our last night, we had just arrived back in the country (late) and had to go out to another function before flying home at 6am. * much smaller room than I anticipated * no information on what was available in the hotel at all - wifi, gym, restaurant, pool * no clear information on how to get in contact with room service (it is take away, not service) * no mention of how to get additional supplies if needed * not clear if the water was a part of the room, or bar. If room, there was no bar, and no info on where to get anything, nor time available Having the shuttle was fantastic at 4.30 in the morning. Other airport hotels we have had to order our own uber.
