While the initial booking the manager tried to assist with our room, every other staff member that we dealt with was incompetent. Had to ask the staff member booking us every detail as they weren't able to communicate whether my accor advantages had been applie.d Then after the 20min taken to check in I had to return to gain the WiFi access and drink vouchers they still forgot. This experience was so bad that I will be removing my accor membership. We were transferred from the Pullman due to COVID, no confirmation documents provided. Our rooms were ok, beds were ordinary. Then the service was terrible. Dinner the food was subpar. Orderred our drinks and received the wrong beer, where response was a animated "woah, what's that" instead of the polite sorry. Then on check out, I asked for a receipt 3 times, only to have to ask for a manager to correct over $200 on incorrect chargers, with no application of my accor advantage plus card made the room following the previous advice. Just horrible.

Arrived late in evening, chef agreed to cook a light meal for us, bed was comfortable and Breakfast was also beautiful

We stayed overnight for an early morning flight. Price of overnight stay was what attracted us to the Mantra through our Qantas booking and we are now glad we booked. Happy with facilities, location and friendly staff.
