No towels, online room service out of date

Reception staff lovely. Room service menu online out of date- should not be hard to update this or advise guests on arrival. Also advise guests that they need to collect meal due to COVID-19 conditions. Meal was absolutely lovely and restaurant staff friendly and efficient. However, no towels, hand towels, bath mat, soap etc in bathroom. No tea or coffee. 1 cup and 1 teaspoon supplied? Supplies delivered to room, however only 1 towel? Why not 2? Very noisy room- not soundproof as advertised. Room cramped and no wardrobe to hang clothes? Room more like a basic budget hotel rather than superior. Air conditioning too cold and could not be adjusted. Also very noisy.

A bit of a test under the circumstances. Reduced menu served up great food - pity about the single-use plastic takeaway containers and cutlery, but super tasty! Couple of niggles about the room, mainly to do with lighting: 1. Choice of lighting seemed to be either, a) ALL on, or b) All off, with the exception of the pencil lights by the bed, which were pretty useless (and one not working). So, basically either bery light or very dark, with nothing in-between. 2. Plus, there were some other undershelf lights that appeared to be wired directly into the wall, with no option to switch on or off. Very annoying. Otherwise very good, and at the price, I would definitely stay again.

I spoke to Mantra back in March that I wanted to cancel my reservation which I was advised I would need to speak to Jetstar which I did . I had to cancel all my flights and accommodation due to the Covid 19 restrictions as I was going to the Cook Islands for a honeymoon which never proceeded . I then was advised you were charging me a no show which I then called Mantra the other day who the gentleman told me Jetstar sent them a cancellation request so I’m not happy about this whole experience and I will not be paying for a now show when Jetstar is at fault and I have proof of my flights on credit and the other accommodation I cancelled.

Room was pretty small, however it was clean and presented well. The restaurant menu was very poor, and no mini bar. The staff on site we're delightful.

close to walk to T2, safe for single female your staff is awesome, The food blew me away and not overpriced either The only thing i noticed, both reading lights in 703 were broken and the bathroom might need a little better clean in corners, in between sink and benchtop etc.

We were booked accidentally into the ibis budget, next door. I did not want to stay there and went to cancel and go to the ibis airport. However Sumon the ibis budget manager was absolutely fantastic. He showed us the rooms at tge ibis budget, andcoffered us a very good rate. We still preferred the ibis where we normally stay. Sumon then asked if we'd like to stay at the Mantra next door for a very good rate. So we did

Heating was not working, I called reception and they were already aware. I was offered a small plug in electric blow heater which i accepted and used. I was then contacted again by reception to ask for heater back as other guests were cold too. They also would not let pizza delivery guy in elevator to deliver to my room, forcing me to go to reception to accept.

Good walking distance from terminal. Efficient service desk. Good shower. 1 bedside lamp didn't work. Comfy bed. Basic amenities, clean and quiet.
