Well located airport hotel.

Although car parking is at a premium from a vacant spot viewpoint, I found the only one available at the time. Most guests I assume don't bring a car to the Hotel. My check in was accomplished easily. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My room was a good size, but lacked hanging and drawer space. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Meals were good in the ground floor restaurant. Check Out was as seamless as check in. A good experience, and very well located for Sydney Airport, particularly the domestic terminals.

Bed is good. Food is good. Need to serve food until the airport closes plus a bit so travelers arriving late can get a bite. (We had to ask if they'd make us food at 9:00 pm after getting off a flight.) Similar issue on departure, no breakfast. At least make a piece of fruit (eg banana) available, or it's brutal to get to a flight. Staff is very pleasant.

Helpful staff. Room though on the highway side we found too noisy but no problem to move. Would’ve liked to be able to have the room cooler for sleeping. Good location and breakfast.

Location handy but taxi driver refused to drive me there. Shower door in 505 needs rehanging. Need flatter pillow options. Clean room. Polite staff.

We cannot fault the staff, every interaction was a positive experience, bed very comfortable, front desk staff attentive and very kind and loving to my guide dog. We had dinner both nights and wow, very impressed with the food, we will visit again just for the food. As a parent of a child on the spectrum, I was also impressed with your inclusive recruiting and providing meaningful jobs to everyone. We had burgers first night, 2nd night I had the pork cutlet and it was the best dish I have had at any Accor property. Bed was comfortable, room clean. We will be back. Please congratulate the whole team.
