Hotel is fine, clean, standard 4 star with no additions to make it anything more than a utilitarian stay. Main issue for me was the blinds don’t fully cover the windows. On the main road side, flashing billboards make it feel like you’re sleeping under a poker machine. Bring an eye mask if you want sleep. Hotel is well aware of the issue on check out, clearly no plans to rectify it. Noise is ok considering it’s a main road and flight path, curfew stops aircraft noise but bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Bed was on the hard side but not a deal breaker. No hotel info provided in room/ by code/ on check in so ask staff re in room dining and shuttle services etc. annoying and inconvenient. Restaurant was significantly understaffed. Meals were ok, again, fine for a stopover night. Staff were lovely, just too stretched.

An OK experience, reasonable room rate but definitely an International airport hotel of marginal quality. Pleasant staff interaction when arriving and departing. The room was comfortable and had all the Amenities. The dirty shower floor was not acceptable.

From my first phone call to the hotel about adjusting my booking, the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. This remained so during my stay. The restaurant was modern and spotless, with a great menu. The room was well-appointed and felt fresh. The location is highly convenient for travel, including transition between international and domestic travel; there is easy pedestrian access to the domestic terminal and train network, and the shuttle bus to the international terminal was cheap and easy to arrange through the concierge. I already have my next stay booked!
