The hotel was perfectly located for my needs. The staff were professional and accommodating. Notwithstanding covid requirements the bar, dining areas were well located and serviced. The rooms were very clean and well serviced. The meals were excellent. An enjoyable comfortable stay.

Room was small but bright, clean and pleasant. Staff were very helpful, restaurant dining was a delight Only downside was the shuttle bus, it was late and elderly passengers made to struggle with their bags by themselves requiring help from a younger passenger

Room was in a busy road with trucks going through most of the night. Service in the restaurant was bordering on harassment to place an order.

Stayed here overnight going from international to domestic. I didn’t arrive until midnight but the employee was very friendly and gave clear instructions on how to walk to the terminal. Room was very clean and comfy bed

I made a point to check if sound proof after staying at the ibis next door previously and not getting any sleep due to the planes. It was still a loud room with traffic more so then planes. The check in service was terrible and I didn’t get an email like at the ibis regarding parking options. $35 parking on top of room I’d not come back. The Stamford is a much nicer place to stay in my experience.

I stayed here for one night before an international flight out in the morning. Despite Sydney's lockdown and therefore limited service, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

I recently stayed at Mantra during a stop over as Sydney hardened it's lock down. I've stayed here before and the service is excellent. This time however was different with limited services - but a shout out to the team, they were all visibly compliant with COVID rules and actively demonstrating their concern for the safety of guests and themselves. Credit too to the GM who was out working the coffee machine while staff weren't allowed to come in to work - Great atmosphere, comfortable beds, excellent views over the runways.
