Avoid this place at all costs, if I could afford to book another hotel I would, staying here has put a right dampener on my holiday :( and if I could give no stars I would!! The bottom sheet doesn’t fit the size of the bed, the duvet is a scratchy blanket in between 2 sheets, one of my towels has a hole in it, the walls are dirty and the shower has mould in it, and no wonder there’s no pictures of the bathrooms on the booking site my wardrobe at home is bigger then this one, only 2 coat hangers to hang up 10 days worth of clothes, and then there’s the noise don’t stay here if you actually want some sleep, you can hear every door open and close in the corridor, I can hear the next doors toilet flush and the KFC next door gets delivery’s at 05:30am and the bins get emptied at 02:45am on a Monday morning, it’s directly under the flight path for Sydney Airport which I can see from my window! And there’s no WIFI or lift so good luck if your on the 3rd floor (they did get a young lad to carry my case up for me so I’ll give them credit for that) This was a holiday if a lifetime to visit my daughter I’ve flown half way round the world and this hotel has ruined some of the experience for me

The first room I checked into had no functioning lights in the bathroom (total darkness with no window), and only one functioning light in the bedroom. After moving to another one, the drainage in the handwashing basin/sink was blocked and full of disgusting dirt. The glass window was full of dust. The bed was comfortable but had some old stains on the mattress. Cleaning and maintenance definitely lacking. The staff were somehow lukewarm, albeit helpful when needed, yet just robotically doing the job.
