I stayed 2 nights but my room wasn’t made after the first night. I asked for one clean towel at the reception and the receptionist at the time was bothered and very reluctantly gave me a towel. Room was ok although it was very noisey. Tiny shower room and not having a curtin made the toilet floor wet, which was not ideal for me. Also the dated window and the door to the room made me feel not secure.

Maybe have 200ml long life milks in each fridge in rooms. And a toilet brush in each room so gests can attemp to clean toilet after use.

The room was clean the bed was comfortable and the shower hot. It had an odd smell which I could not identify. Possibly being close to kfc and mcdonalds.

I understand ibis is a budget hotel and you get what you pay for but I won’t be returning. The rooms are so outdated, the a/c gross, the blinds so old, the bathrooms look gross however on deeper inspection are clean just stained.

I have medical prescription for medicinal cannabis, even tho, I followed the rules and smoked outside the hotel, but for some reason the receptionist could feel some smell from my room and nocked my door to snick around and putting her face inside the room (even with the no disturb sign hanging at the door). That was a very unpleasant and intrusive experience.
