Booked this as it was cheap and convenient location. Understanding it is not a premium hotel, just a bed in a room and that’s all I needed. The man working at the front counter on the 4th of October was extremely rude and unpleasant. He was very reluctant to hold our bags as we were there early before checkin and on return was rude once again. Would book with ibis budget again but certainly not this one.

The room does not seem to be clean at all; the bed has some black dust, and I don't know whether there is some mouse shit on the desk. The floor of the room had not been clean either, and the room is smelly. And the kettle is unclean also. Despite it being a budget hotel, its service is way laid back. I came to the reception with 4 large suitcases, but the staff just told me here has no lift coldly and did not ask whether I needed any help here.

I stayed 2 nights but my room wasn’t made after the first night. I asked for one clean towel at the reception and the receptionist at the time was bothered and very reluctantly gave me a towel. Room was ok although it was very noisey. Tiny shower room and not having a curtin made the toilet floor wet, which was not ideal for me. Also the dated window and the door to the room made me feel not secure.

Maybe have 200ml long life milks in each fridge in rooms. And a toilet brush in each room so gests can attemp to clean toilet after use.

The room was clean the bed was comfortable and the shower hot. It had an odd smell which I could not identify. Possibly being close to kfc and mcdonalds.
