Do not stay here. I have stayed here many times in the past but the standards have dropped dramatically. The customer service is terrible. My credit card was charged another $246 a week after I stayed here when I had paid my balance in full. I tried to call the hotel and send screenshots of the unauthorised transaction but the hotel number went straight to voicemail and they did not respond to me or the bank for the disputed transaction. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Overall good experience, check in easy and efficient. Despite it being a budget hotel I do think a bathmat and a face cloth should be provided. Hallways could have been cleaner.

My husband & myself have stayed here twice now great location for us as we were cleaning up my sisters house in Arncliffe just down the rd 8 mins away the motel was very clean complaint it was all we needed to lay our heads at the end of the day we stayed 2 nights each time we stayed. I took face cloth as only a towel supplied and also a t/towel and hand towel as basin is in the bedroom part the only negative is the water from the shower wets all the toilet and floor bad design I placed the floor mat outside on the floor near the bed so you can step out into the bedroom area otherwise your feet are all wet other than that a clean basic motel if travelling etc. All in all we didn’t have any problems

When it comes to budget accommodation I don’t expect much at all. All I was after was a bed for the night. I come prepared with an eye mask and ear plugs in case the room isn’t sound proof or has faulty shades. I really am not somewhere who needs anything fancy at all. I have never experienced what I experienced at the ibis during my stay before. Throughout the night the room had the most overpowering smell of raw sewage. At one point I had to get up because I was convinced the toilet must be overflowing and filling the room with untreated waste water. I tried hiding under the blankets to try and get some sleep which helped a bit. But one is fall asleep is inevitable move the blankets off my face and then instantly wake up from the smell again. There is definitely something wrong going on with the plumbing. There’s no way I’ll stay here again when visiting Sydney which is a shame, because the room itself and the location was just what I needed for a quick overnight stay when going to Sydney.
