i found the overall experience very pleasant. all staff were very helpful, i just found the breakfast experience was slightly below excellent, some staff seemed a big shy and unsure but nothing to complain about.

It just wasn't as nice as other very comparably priced and rates hotels. The restaurant appeared to be short of staff and so we felt like we were a burden when arriving and ordering breakfast. The young woman that greeted and served us on our first morning was fantastic but the more senior/managerial members of staff were very short with us. The rest of the stay was fine.
