The staff helped us in every way they could during our stay at the hotel which was enforced by the Covid-19 outbreak. The reception staff were very helpful at all times and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable.

A 2 night stay became an overnight stay. Staff were friendly and as informative as they could be under the circumstances. Pullman remains my first preference when staying at Sydney airport.

Very good stay, but the airport shuttle was a disappointment. First we couldn’t find it at Sydney Airport, then on our return next morning it took over 30 minutes as we toured the hotels around the airport.

We were able to shelter, briefly, from the Corona virus storm. Reception, easy as usual. Bags taken care. Shuttle arrangements made. Restaurant & bar closed due to virus crisis. Efficient and quick room service. We cocooned for two days while waiting for flight to Canada.

After a very long and stressful day we arrived late on day 12 of CORVID 19 social distancing rules. Check in , car parking were really carefully handled but didn’t make us feel uncomfortable. Had to have room service and it was delicious! Sad times but we had peace of mind , hygiene and comfort before making our way back home .

My wife and I spent an evening at Pullman Sydney Airport Hotel on our way home from holiday. The Covid-19 sanctions were in place, but staff were excellent and we enjoyed some lovely food and drink in our room. Would certainly recommend - thanlks All.

Great room, comfortable stylish and well appointed. Dinner was brilliant. Pricing for parking is not on the website (or is just well hidden) so be mindfull it is $40 a night!!

Paid what is top dollars, to me, to stay in high floor room with access to the executive lounge. Understandably the lounge was closed. Conflicting information over the vouchers was received. Voucher for a bar meal none of which were exactly tempting. My friend could not eat the buffalo wings due to them being over spiced, he eats Vindaloo curries so can handle heat. They were replaced for plain wings which were pleasant. The waitress service was excellent thanks goes to the lovely waitress who served us, the waiting time for the snacks was slow too slow. For those of us who enjoy to smoke you have to stand outside over the road. There is nowhere to sit to enjoy a drink at the same time. There is no bin provided so the area is littered with butts. I was not happy to be told to move from behind a pillar, i was standing there to keep out of the cold wind that sweeps past the hotel. I might add i was far enough away from the entrance and there was no one about. They should be more worried about COVID 19. I am a thoughtful smoker who would never inflict my smoke on others. I know 80% maybe 90% of people are non smokers. We only bought one drink then went to another hotel in the area that has a relaxing beer garden where we spent our money. Personally i wont return to this hotel. They did provide us with breakfast which was not included in our rate which was a nice gesture.

Everything was great with the hotel except for the parking. We were VERY dissappointed with having to pay such a high rate to park the car considering we were staying there the night.
