I was grateful for the stay as I was a little poorly coming off a long flight (dehydrated, headache etc). I did find a few things could be improved - one was at dinner a fennel salad was swapped off my entree for a basic coleslaw (with the pork croquette) and I thought that prob was something that should be explained when swaps are made from menu to plate. Also the duvet cover sat really low when folded - I was lucky to get in early to my room and grateful but I think maybe the clean may have rushed so much effectively it was a little like being short sheeted because it went up to my mid section come sleep time it was a little frustrating to need to sink so low in the bed for the duvet cover to sit right. The kitchen was working hard when I visited on a menu change and sample for staff so I did find perhaps I could have been warned a little on eta for a simple thing I ordered from lunch menu (which was buffalo wings from bar menu actually - and they were not good - in afraid to say). I felt like maybe it was rushed by the situation but I dont know, I felt the wings sauce was straight from a bottle and not even heated and chicken only just past the cook test - one wing looked really a bit red near the bone so perhaps I would say the cooks might have been understandable distracted but good to remember the person eating it might not consider it "value" in such case.

The bath towels are too old and broken, not comfortable. Should consider to order new ones?
