I attended a conference. The room was slightly too small to seat all participants writ d the table while using the screen/Zoom. Comfortable accommodation but there was a room service tray outside the room after 4:30pm. There was a rolled up damp bath mat which appeared to be soaking up water from the shower after the bathroom was cleaned. There were smears on the shower screens. Everything else was as expected. The waitperson attending to our private function dinner was attentive and pleasant. Front of house/concierge staff, bar and restaurant staff were pleasant and helpful.

There were a few dirty spots on the floor in the toilet room when we arrived and a few hairs. We decided to give the restaurant a try as we had our membership, but was quite dissappointed. We both ordered the salmon- first time it came out it was cold, and not really cooked (still jelly). We called a waitress over and told her, and she took it back and it came back cooked- but still cold. The guy who put our order through just said that this is how it is meant to be- however, if you are sending the food back because it is cold, obviously the customer is wanting it hot, and we should have been informed that it was a cold dish. He took our payment, and that was it. Would not eat there again.

Pullman Sydney Airport is one of my favourite hotels in Sydney. It is conveniently located close to the domestic terminal so this avoid having to deal with the horrible peak hour traffic when taking the popular peak morning or afternoon flights. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are very modern. Service at the Pullman is one of the best in Sydney and unlike some other hotels, they genuinely remember repeat guests. The management always listen to feedback and the service offering is always improving. I would be lying if I said I haven't had my fair share of hiccups from time to time, but it's the communication and the way it is resolved that makes this property really stand out.
