Had never stayed at a Pullman before so was pleasantly surpised when I waled into the entry lobby. Looked totally different other hotel lobbies (which I thought was quite cool) but still very functional. Felt more "modern" compared to the "traditional" look. Very friendly staff and a comfortable room with a lovely waterfall style shower. Upon checking out I was approached by a staff member who explained the express checkout option which I used. Had I not been approached I could have been waiting much longer - I appreciated the initiative taken to encourage me to use the express line. If I was being really picky, the only very minor point I could note was a lack of moisturing cream in the bathroom. Well done and I will definately be staying at Pullman hotels in the future.

Good room, poor room service

This is the third time in a row that I have been disappointed with your room service. In all instances the meals have taken over an hour to arrive and in all instances the food has been barely warm on arrival to my room. The last instance has compelled me to write considering I ordered the meal in person at the bar after being unable to get a response from room service or reception on my phone after trying several times. After waiting for an hour I phoned reception after no answer at room service. They physically went to check and told me it would be up shortly. Another 45 mins after this I got a phone call from room service telling me the food was being plated and on it's way up. About 15 mins after this a tepid burger and chips arrived. I also asked for 2 beers to be sent and they only sent one. I was told they would bring another straight up; it never arrived. Disappointing to say the least and happened too many times now to be a coincidence.

Good quality accom, atmosphere and airport location. Nice to have opportunity for concierge drinks and canapés. Food options seem limited and staff very stretched.
