I was ill during my 4 night stay with a stomach complaint so I didn’t really get to enjoy my stay as much as I should have. Not the properties or the lovely staffs fault at all.

We were offered an upgrade as we drew attention to the fault. Why was this not picked up by house keeping? If there was a better room, why were we not offered it in the first place?

We stayed during the New Year celebration time. The staff was so helpful, attentive and friendly. It is also very close (500m) to the train station which made it so easy to get to and from the city. The room was updated, very clean, had plenty of space (we did the executive king) and lots of great amenities (robes and slippers, etc.). Overall great stay.
