Often stay here and really enjoy my stays. Staff are always awesome and helpful. Their food is excellent but I’d like to just say that the lounge for evening canapés is a little stricter than any others n the selection of food items should improve. It was awesome prior to covid. Tofu isn’t a popular item. However, this is my most popular hotel in Sydney

Was staying at room 710 on 26/09/26 and there was no hot water whatsoever and very weak water pressure. This made things worse when the outside weather was a wet storm and me and the family all had to take cold showers.

For a quick one night this was the perfect hotel to stay before catching the plane the next morning. The restaurant food was fantastic the bedding extremely comfortable the shower hot and big.

Enjoyed my overnight stay. Pleasant, friendly, attentive staff. Loved the corner room with bath, and the swivel armchair in front of the knee to ceiling window - watched the planes flying in and out. Quick delivery and very well-presented room service meal, and still hot! Glad this hotel did not have room fragrance like another nearby hotel - not everyone wants to breathe in artificial sickly sweet scents.

We chose Pullman Sydney Airport specifically because of its convenient location near the airport, as we had a 6:10am flight the next morning. Before making the reservation, we had already confirmed the late check-in arrangements and the hotel shuttle information, so we expected a smooth and easy overnight stay. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. We checked in at around 1:00am, but when we entered the hotel, there was no staff member at the front desk. We had to repeatedly call out and ask if anyone was there before a staff member eventually appeared to check us in. Once we got to the room, the cleanliness was unacceptable. There were no disposable toothbrushes provided, and worse, there was still rubbish left inside the box where the disposable amenities were stored, which made it look as though the area had not been properly cleaned after the previous guest. I then wanted to use the bathrobe, only to find a short black hair on it. I have long brown hair, so it clearly did not belong to me. Finding someone else’s hair on a supposedly clean bathrobe was disgusting and made us seriously question the overall hygiene standards of the room. The bathroom design was also extremely impractical, especially for two people sharing a room. The toilet and shower share the same partial sliding door, meaning that if one person wants to use the toilet, the other person cannot properly use the shower with privacy, and vice versa. I genuinely do not understand how this design was considered practical for a hotel room intended for two guests. We were only staying for a few hours before heading to the airport at around 3–4am, and all we wanted was a clean, comfortable and convenient place to rest before an early flight. Instead, we were met with an unattended reception, poor room cleanliness, leftover rubbish, hair on the bathrobe, and a badly designed bathroom. We stayed at several hotels during our time in Sydney, and Pullman Sydney Airport was easily the worst experience. Regardless of hotel category or price point, I do not think it is unreasonable to expect a clean room, clean amenities and a staffed reception. For a hotel operating under the Pullman and Accor brand, this was far below the standard I expected.

We ate at both bar and restaurant. The bar food was only just okay. Too much fried food and only a caesar salad that was swimming in dressing. Restaurant food pleasant but no salads except standard.
