We stayed a night at Pullman Sydney Airport so as to be able to catch an early flight at a more leisurely pace. We arrived at the hotel around 7pm. The check-in process was straightforward. When we got in the room, we saw the beds had been made and the room was generally clean as expected, but noticed a small lidded paper coffee cup on one of the counters by the bed. We informed the front desk, but opt to stay in the room when a room changed was offered. We threw away the cup and did not mind it too much as the stay was just for one night. This did raise doubt about the general quality of the room cleanness though.

Pullman at the airport is a fantastic place for a quick overnight stay or even take a few more days to stay, and get out to explore Sydney. Staff that greet you as u walk in are friendly and very helpful. Location is close to transport like rail, bus and of course the airport. Rooms are exceptionally well clean and presented.

Disappointed because free water supplied tastes like plastic (I’ve complained before nothing changed) I put a “don’t disturb” on my door and without warning after 3 days found some one cleaning my room, they should have contacted me first.

I was not given the room that I booked and felt the experience I had did not meet expectation. I booked Superior King and was put in an Accessible Room. I checked in around 3pm so not late, and am a Silver Accor member and frequent guest of this hotel. Why the room I booked was not available was not clearly explained, and the experience in that room didn’t match the expectation of staying at a Pullman hotel, more like a Novotel or Ibis.

I was very impressed with my recent stay at Pullman Sydney Airport. I called the hotel prior to my arrival to request information on whether my room would be ready for an early arrival. The hotel asked me if I required a bath in the room, and I said this was not necessary, I was then told my room would be ready within approximately 30 minutes, which was very much appreciated. I also really enjoyed my meal in the Restaurant for dinner, I had the rump steak with chips and salad and it was excellent, the chips were great, the steak was perfectly cooked and full of flavour. I will certainly have that dish again when I stay at the Hotel again in September 2026. Congratulations to the entire team at the hotel for your dedication to service and attention to detail.

The check in was efficient and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was below average and the many items had not been refilled at 9am. Dinner was also below expectations.

Location was great , room clean and tidy but the restaurant was one of worst I’ve eaten in for a long time. For the first night of our holiday, looked forward to a meal with friends. Knew it wasn’t anything special but not only did they completely miss one of our main meals ( which was just basic chicken) , they bought the wrong drinks once, and then never came back to see if we wanted any more. We also ordered puréed potato as a side and it was just runny slop.I questioned the waiter about what it was??? He said they use 50/50 ratio of potato and butter. It was inedible 🤢 I didn’t expect a Michelin star meal but this was disgraceful. Eventually the chicken they missed came 20 mins later, it was dry and was hardly touched. We’re not super fussy eaters but this food was shocking.

Our stay was pleasant. We had a lovely dinner. The bar was extremely under staffed Ayush was amazing, he worked calmly even though the bar was very busy and he was basically on his own. He was friendly, polite and professional. The pillows were terribly hard and high, there was only one other to choose from.

Hotel is good. Great staff in restaurant. Parking is a disaster. Checking in, need to park car before gaining access to parking. I’m checking out, cashier did not inform me I needed a card to exit. Could not exit the parking, had to park again and go to reception to get exit card. Nobody answered the number to call. I won’t stay here again if I have a car.

Only complaint , too close to lift for a light sleeper, debris and stains under and on coffee and tea shelving unit on arrival. Heavy dust balls etc on paperwork and light fitting under hand basin in bathroom and damaged water stained wall paper next to double bed and bathroom glass screen, a bit off putting. Service excellent, and would still recommend to others as cosmetic issues can be corrected.

Overall, the room was comfortable and pleasant. However, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. 1. Complimentary Drinking Water: It would be appreciated if the complimentary drinking water could be replenished daily. During my four-day stay, I received only two packs and two bottles of water on day of check in. 2. Housekeeping: Greater attention to some basic housekeeping details would be appreciated: * Used glasses left at the wash basin for cleaning should be washed or replaced. * Waste bins should be emptied during daily housekeeping. * If the bathroom floor mat is removed during housekeeping, a clean replacement should be provided. 3. Breakfast: The breakfast area was quite overcrowded during peak hours, and guests had to wait for seating, including high-chair/bar-style seats.
