Good location close to airport

It was a comfortable stay however found bed a little too firm. Not a fan of how the invoice is printed out the charges are confusing and cannot understand why everything is charged separately instead of only one credit card charge. It took me ages to workout what we were charged for.

Rooms clean and comfortable, great location near the airport and great places to eat close by. Breakfast was ok not as good as previous stays.

The lay out of the room was awful - the bathroom was not separated by actual walls - the toilet space was not sealed so smell and noise share was unavoidable. This is truly an awful layout of any room whether you know the person you are sharing with or not. We were impacted by a flight cancellation so Qantas booked us here - I would never stay here again based on the room layout nor would I recommend to anyone other than a solo traveller.

We also noted the comments with regards to the bathroom design features and I am really sorry to hear that you found this inconvenient. We have rooms available that have an enclosed bathroom shall this be a preferred room allocation for any future stays. The bathroom configuration in those rooms is slightly different (accessible features) however it could help with providing more privacy and make your stay more comfortable I believe.
