Had a 3 day stay this trip and everything went very smoothly. Just out of interest I work for King Living Furniture and do hotel fit outs for our company. Our conference was held in the Pullman. our stay was very enjoyable, our room was lovely with nice views of the airport ,the only disappointment was the food served in the lounge in the afternoon did not have much of a choice . the buffet breakfast was great check in and check out was easy

The hotel check in staff and lobby staff were as friendly and welcoming as ever. The lounge, however, on this occasion was not good in the mornings - evening was good. To elaborate, on all occasions that we used the lounge in the morning, there was no staff member in attendance for at least 20 minutes. When the member did finally show up, there was no welcome, offer of the breakfast menu, or even a request as to our room number. This happened on all three mornings of our stay and is not akin to our earlier (frequent) stays at this hotel where the lounge staff have always been professional, friendly and helpful. Not so on this occasion. Had it been a one-off experience, it might have been overlooked, but as it was the experience on all three days, it is well worthy of feedback to you.

Stay was great. Staff friendly. Not a hotel issue, but the hotel shuttle bus needs signage. Missed bus from airport because we just didn’t know who he was. Same for 4 other couples. Had to catch taxi. He sat there and didn’t ask or tell anyone till we asked another bus driver, who said they was him that just left. Mad when you already late because of plane delays to have to wait another 40mins for next one.

It was everything we need being apart of the Antarctica Flights group.

From check-in to checkout everything was what I have come to expect from our Accor experiences. Although our room was well appointed and clean as per usual, however I’m somewhat unsure/puzzled by the room layout at this hotel.
