It’s great for airport access

It’s great for access to and from Sydney airport. Room was great, clean. The water pressure in the room needs some attention. I wasn’t impressed with the Hotel’s “executive” benefits - a long bench table to sit squished between others. Not somewhere to go and wind down. The food offering was ok. Some cheese, crackers, smoked salmon on cucumber. The meatballs were tough & chewy. The drinks were fine.

Very close from the airport. Proximity to downtown is ok. Accomodate my request for early check-in around 9am. All the staffs are very kind and attentive. Food was very good. Only issue I had was thermostat. It did not work properly.

A good choice for an airport stay.

Jetstar cancelled our connecting flight in Sydney late in the evening, so quickly booked the Pullman. we arrived quite late but were greeted with open arms. The restaurant meals were simple but delicious. The rooms were very comfortable, the air con measured and a very good quality bed. The executive lounge wasnt much or had much to offer, but to be fair we did arrive at midnight.

There is not vallet, payment for parking is horrible as it is on the fourth level?? Food was horrible. Rooms are small. We were promised a higher level did not get it. Overall was not worth it.
