Arrived, staff thanked me for my continual support and have upgraded me to a disabled room. Airconditiong didnt get below 27 degrees. Spoke ot manager who said sorry but i am at the end of my shift. Asked for engineers she said they are not on. New manager rang me about 11.pm to say he had no other rooms. so i had to suck it up no real air con. Next mornign at 6 am lifts not working so had to go down fire stairs as no one picked up phone. pushed intercom in stairs no answer as door at bottom was jammed. So put me shoulder into to open. Staffing has really fallen away i am sorry.

Arrived late at night exhausted. The reception staff were abrupt with no clear information about car parking and how to go to the room. When I did express my displeasure with the service, there was no apology or any acknowledgement. The toliet cubile had semitransparent glass walls with no privacy. May be it will suit a couple in a holiday place, but not for family with kids or for business travellers
