Very confortable room/bed. Sunday restaurant closed a negative. Your tractor seats at the bar, most uncomfortable. .Staff friendly. Quick check out.

Very excellent with support when arriving the staff is so excellent for helping us outside to help us inside with our luggage the gratitude is blessing thank you so much for us having good support from your hotel in Sydney love the food very kind people would like to rate the staff at 10 out of 10 please and would like to say that they need bonus for being so helpful in the work their magnificent work they do please thank you so much hard working for support at night-time 24hrs a day

I understand how difficult it is to get staff at the moment however your hotel is seriously lacking in GOOD staff...From lack of general English, to poor service was my experience. Very poor service in the dining area at lunch time when I arrived, a blocked toilet that I had to eventually come down to reception to complain again that no one had been to fix. Ordered a basic Ham, cheese, tomato toasted sandwich and was sent a toasted cheese with some type of Tomato Jam on it. Then had to move rooms due to blocked toilet. Had to ask for manager on check out as no one had even really apologised for the numerous problems..A manager Eventually followed up when I arrived home and said there would be no charge at all for my stay .

2 night back to back stay. Interestingly the room had been overlooked to be serviced between nights 1 and 2. Found this at 2300 when I returned from a long day at work then dinner. However they had delivered the welcome water etc for second night
