the team on front of house extremely attentive and the concierge amazing. what let our stay down was on entering the room, the glasses were not clean and when I left them out the next morning, they were just put back unclean, I ended up giving these to housekeeping and asking them to take them away. The bathroom glass needs to be cleaned and the corners of the tiles as these are missed. The inattentiveness of the person cleaning the room in seeing that we had used 4 towels but only replenished 2 was also disappointing and the housekeeping line not answered.

Stayed here with my young family for an early domestic flight the next day. Porters were so friendly and helpful especially the morning shift who happily loaded our bags at 4:30am which helped making the experience with little kids so much easier, even filled up my water bottle for me. If you’re looking for a clean and well presented hotel with great service close to the airport this is a winner! Would definitely use again.

The room was nice; I was grateful for the room upgrade, a very comfortable bed, and a nice room temperature. Two big really??? moments - the shower has a sticker that says the smoke alarm is super sensitive, so make sure the shower door rolls close - the door doesn't close up!! Not sure what was worse - the gaps around the shower door or an overly sensitive smoke alarm. A really nice shower that was over way too quick so I didn't steam up the room and set the alarm off Second moment was on checkout - the reception staff member who confirmed that car parking was included on my invoice and checked my room card in didn't tell me that you need your room card to exit the carpark. As there is no ability for reception to remotely open the carpark boom gate, they had to send the concierge to swipe me out. Two silly things that should not occur and should be easily fixed.
