After having become Ill, and having to delay Air Travel, was pleased to see availability at short notice, as usual the service is excellent, and I love the Airy rooms and comfortable beds , I ordered room service for the first time and the food was as good as the restaurant , I love staying at this hotel when i can and would highly recommend

Ben is always so helpful in accommodating requests. In this instance I had to come to Sydney at late notice and the hotel was full. The next day a room became available, and Ben organised for the team to contact me so I could stay. This thoughtfulness and also responsiveness is so appreciated and I sincerely thank him for his efforts.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at the Pullman Sydney Airport the interior design was what I would expect from a 5 star hotel and very spacious. The customer service was exceptional and they were always seeking to assist me Whether it was to help me organise a taxi or Uber or keep my bags. The location is very convenient to the airport and nearby public train station for easy transport to the city and surrounds.

Breakfast orders need to be improved, the staff could not cope with the demand and had no system to take orders. No eye contact and customers were ignored.
