Hotel was well maintained, check in staff greeted at the door with an offer to take my bags. One of the few that honour the high floor guarantee for Accor memberships was a great surprise with our having to ask. Room was very clean and once again well maintained. My only feedback is the set up, variety and staffing at the bar. We were in the bar at 4ish and found it hard to get service or find a seat. Overall very happy with stay and will stay again.

The staff were excellent and the location was great but the room was extremely underwhelming. Linens were dirty and bathroom was not of the quality you’d expect from this “5-star” hotel.
