Stayed 4 nights after leaving my Sydney house before flying to NZ permanently

Perfect to deal with. We got moved rooms due to problems with tv within 5 minutes of reporting. Celebrating hubby's birthday they even put balloons in the room complimentary. Covid is challenging but we were very impressed. Definitely will stay again

Great hotel, just a short walk to domestic terminal or shuttle with Ready to Go - spacious rooms. Bar area and small restaurant very casual and pleasant, check opening times during this period. Staff very welcoming and helpful

Hotel itself lacks some facilities like a pool. Other than that, no issues at all. Extremely smooth experience. Staff looked after the requirements at the best they could. Would be even better if a few more vegetarian options are added to the restaurant menu.

While we don’t have a pool at the hotel we are lucky to be located only 10 minutes drive from Brighton & Lady Robinson beaches with a secure car park onsite makes it easy for a staycation. The hotel was very prepared to ensure the safety of their guests during this pandemic without losing its outstanding high level of service. With the executive lounge being closed, the in-room serve they offered in lieu was an excellent alternative. During this difficult period the hotel, the staff were still fantastic & very helpful yet maintaining all the protocols required under covid-19.
