My stay at Pullman was amazing and luxurious. I thoroughly enjoyed it. At 7am of the day of checkout we called to ask for a late checkout and they so kindly gave us till 12pm. At 11.30 we hear loud aggressive knocking on our door and the man is extremely rude saying we had to leave. We then explained that we had till 12pm and he just walks away without apologising. Every other staff were splendid and accomodating but unfortunately the end was disappointing.

Fit for purpose. Very pleased that the early start we needed was managed very well. The airport shuttle was waiting for us at expected time.
