Pullman Sydney Airport is one of my favourite hotels in Sydney. It is conveniently located close to the domestic terminal so this avoid having to deal with the horrible peak hour traffic when taking the popular peak morning or afternoon flights. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are very modern. Service at the Pullman is one of the best in Sydney and unlike some other hotels, they genuinely remember repeat guests. The management always listen to feedback and the service offering is always improving. I would be lying if I said I haven't had my fair share of hiccups from time to time, but it's the communication and the way it is resolved that makes this property really stand out.

Accommodation was fine. I understand that in the world we live in, finding & retaining good staff may be an issue but the service in the restaurant left much to be desired. What was fabulous is the Chef who made up for the waitress and general lack of attention received while dining on Wednesday night. His attitude exemplifies what I'm sure the Pulman strive for in all staff members - without him the score would have been lower than a 6.

Our room was lovely, the bath amazing. The lounge was lovely and breakfast and canapés a joy, my only regret was the restaurant was not as good as I remember but this did not dampen our syay.

Our stay was a last minute decision, literally ringing upon arriving into Sydney Airport. We arrived to be greeted with a lovely smile & lots of help in deciding room type, parking & breakfast. Being a Gold member afforded me to receive an upgrade on the higher level, which was lovely!. Our room was really nice, with distant views of the airport & a little of the bay. My son is a transport fanatic, so he was very happy to the watch airport activities. The large rainfall shower was gorgeous with fab water pressure. Beds were very comfortable with lovely plump pillows & a Nespresso coffee machine sealed the deal. Being on a very busy road with construction opposite the hotel I expected a lot of noise... surprisingly there was none! Breakfast was ok, with cook to order eggs & barista made beverages. The other selections were very basic & lacked choice (such as sliced cheeses, cold meat, bagels, waffles, crumpets etc). On our 2nd morning we discovered our names were not on the breakfast list... consequently I felt harassed to sign a charge back to our room, which I refused to do, having to repeatedly state "I chose to pay for breakfast to be added to our room rate, so we should be on your list". I found this to be annoying & embarrassing because other diners could see & overhear everything. Parking was in a building next door & involved having to drive around & around to the 3rd floor where 'Pullman' designated spaces are located. We had to exit the hotel, & enter the next-door cafe to access the lifts. It's because of the 3 above mentioned issues that I give 9 points instead of 10.

This Pullman presents very nice from the time you pull up. The rooms look nice and modern and the beds are comfortable. That is where it stops. The service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I don’t mind paying 4 or 5 star prices however I expect to receive service that matches. The staff were slow and very average at there job. Long waits and the quality of food was very disappointing. Their executive lounge finished at 6:30 so did not get to experience that either. I’m the room the showers drainage was lacking and water ran out into the bathroom area. All in all I don’t rate this motel and it would be highly unlikely that I’d ever go back.

As an Accor member I booked the Executive King Suite and enjoyed the spacious suite. The staff were very friendly and made my stay enjoyable. Special thanks to Lester and I think it was Allison at the guest services very helpful. Breakfast was great and Samit who was the chef de partie was very attentive and got me cinnamon rolls at my request. Will visit again 🙂

We choose this hotel as it’s convenient to the airport. Pullman advertising 5 star. Their service was good however you can tell the staff are inexperienced. Overcharged at breakfast to not having some basics, however when requested it was found. Staff apologised and said they were new. Service was good and with experience the stay would be excellent. Comfortable clean soundproof rooms and restaurant food was lovely.
