Day use stay. Room was comfortable but air-conditioning was difficult to set easily.

Overall I was disappointed with the quality and service of the Pullman Sydney Airport. To me the rooms, service and food offerings were not the 5 star you would expect from the Pullman. The rooms seemed tired and the duvets on the bed thin. I was cold in bed and even after adjusting the air conditioning the duvet was so think it did nothing. Room service food was average and I order a beer but they didn't open it. It took 2 phone calls and 15min for someone to come and open my beer by which time I was finished my dinner. The person who came with the opener was rude and did not apologize for the delay. The breakfast was average, I would expect a much wider range for a Pullman. The continental options were hidden in a hard to reach alcove and it was missing basics like flavoured yoghurt and mixed fruit for cereal (not fresh fruit). Overall. I was disappointed with my stay. The price was expensive and the service and delivery did not live up to Pullman standard

It’s a shame that the executive lounge appears to have been closed. It was nice to have an area to hang out in and get a coffee. If intending to keep it close, perhaps the hotel can offer soft drinks and coffees at the bar without charge for platinum members and executive rooms (similar to some other hotels with an operating executive lounge)? Other than that, room was nice. I wasn’t able to make it to the canapés due to my arrival time.
