Very nice hotel , unhappy having little sleep.

Arrived in late Tuesday night and ate a very second rate meal. After a long draining day in the classroom at a local business i went back to my room. After falling asleep ready to wake and hit my second training day i was woken to excessively loud music . I telephoned reception and was told yes it is loud i will ask to turn it down. Reception in their conversation also immediately said they could not move me as the hotel was full. This went on until 11.00pm.I have never been subject to such a stay in my life. Overall very bad experience and 1 i hope never to have to go through again.

My last stay at hotel in Mascot was 20 years ago when the kids were little and we were booked on an early morning flight to Fiji. Wow - has Mascot ever grown up since then, and the Pullman Sydney Airport is a prime example of the change. Very stylish a large comfortable room, super friendly welcome and 10 minutes (or less) to the Domestic terminal. I'll be back.
