I arrived late on mon night for a 1 night stay. My room has urine on the toilet seat and a white dirty liquid spill all over the bathroom door. I let reception know and they offered me another room but I had already unpacked and it was almost midnight. There was also no water in my room. Reception brought it up straight away and were apologetic. Reception staff were very friendly. An hour into my sleep a loud rattling noise started from the aircon. It was horrible and I barely slept all night. Will not be returning. I’m a platinum Accor member so stay regularly with Accor and this was not a good experience.

Stayed over night for connecting flights, bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed drinks and hot nibbles at the bar. Nothing was too much for staff to assist with our stay and requests. Would definitely go back

Good location, easy walk from Wooli Creek Rail Station to Hotel and from Hotel to International departure next morning. Breakfast was good. Helpful staff. Dinner was excellent and great value with Accor card.

Just needed a convenient place to stay before catching an early morning flight. Room was cosy with two double beds as we were travelling with a child. Restaurant menu was quite limited.

Bed was very uncomfortable, rooms not serviced at all, had to repeatedly ask for toilet paper, no response to multiple calls and emails prior to arrival. Room not ready on arrival even though check in was 2pm. Meals in restaurant were of average quality. Bar staff didn’t know how to make drinks listed in menu. Waited over 30 mins to get drink after paying as no one knew how to make it. Rude wait staff and some front desk staff very dismissive of disabled persons
