We booked room and added breakfast for 3 people. Received email advising there was booking for 6 for breakfast on account, I replied correcting booking and requested refund was advised no refund only room credit would be issued despite this being their error. On arrival I requested refund again and was advised that the room now had payment for 9 breakfasts on account I once again asked that my bank be credited as this was not done at my request, reception staff member credited my account. When we checked into the room it was not cleaned properly, a sock was found by the window, mould in the bathroom and what appeared to be blood stains on a pillow case.

What a great place to stay. The king bed was so comfortable. The pillows are amazing and you could swap them if you wanted. The breakfast was amazng. And lastly the staff is what shines here! They were efficient, friendly, and willing to help with anything.

Good room, bathroom even in an executive room was small and tight. Cost of a simple milk shake in the restaurant for lunch was exorbitant - 3 times the cost of a coffee.
