We have to shuttle and pay for it. When we arrived we have to walk from the airport to the hotel. The shower was crap!

As outlined on our website, Novotel Sydney International Airport is located approximately 1.5km from the International Terminal. Guests have several transport options available, including a paid airport shuttle service operated by Sydney Super Shuttle, taxi or rideshare services, or a walk of around 20 minutes via a signposted pedestrian path. Our reception team is always happy to assist with directions, bookings, or advice to make this as smooth as possible. We’re also sorry to hear about your experience with the shower. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and your comments have been shared with our maintenance team so the matter can be reviewed. Have stayed at this property numerous times over the years but I have to say this was the worst experience I’ve had in many years. Was fantastic to walk into the room with the Aircon on and everything comfortable but noticed a noise coming from the Aircon. I’ll acknowledge that I should’ve maybe brought it to the staff’s attention immediately but I had other things on my mind. After meetings come back to the room exhausted went to sleep only to be listening to a grinding noise and rattling noise from the air-conditioner all night. Woke up exhausted went to use the PowerPoint in the bathroom and I couldn’t get the plug-in one of them. When I checked out I brought it to the attention of the staff and played the video showing the noise from the Aircon and they were absolutely fantastic. The staff at this facility have always been great and I commend their management for their staff. Just very disappointed about the room. I will always continue to use this facility as it’s a great spot and positioning is perfect for me, but hopefully they can get that issue fixed for the next tenant.

Initially only one night, but had to change to two nights, so very helpful in a stressful situation, room comfortable, but it was the staff that made our experience so lovely! The Reception staff gorgeous and so helpful/caring, restaurant staff at Breakfast and Dinner, just so sweet. Daryl was so lovely and makes amazing coffee and the ladies on Breakfast just so kind (lovely pregnant woman was a delight). Everything easy, any requests, arrival/departure, parking, gym etc... would stay again!

Well located near the airport, easy to check in and out, room was small for a family room but beds comfy and was very quiet. Food in the evening and breakfast exceeded expectations. Would stay again
