I was expecting more from a Novotel, so was very disappointed by the very low pressure in the shower and handbasin. In fact the bathroom needed a refresh (a re-do) - as the tiles were cracked and the hardware old. The meals and restaurant however, provided excellent food and service, and we were able to visit family easily from this base.

I booked the hotel for a quick layover before returning to the States. We had a great short stay. The staff member at the front desk was quick, courteous, and attentive. We had a snack at the bar upon arrival with great service from the bartender. Room was good size and the two queen beds were more comfortable than the ones we had just slept in on our previous stop. Close location to the international terminal made the early morning transit easy. Thank you for the great night.

My wife & I had another lovely stay at the Novotel. Our room on the 9th floor was very spacious. We had a lovely surprise when housekeeping delivered a fruit platter & bottle of wine to our room. All the staff we met were very friendly.Already booked to return in January. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, fabulous views of airport. Shuttle was on time and easy. Restaurant was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Staff were fantastic. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer.
