The checking in & checking out was seamless, we were grateful of an upgrade to a family room. The service just kept getting better with reception staff assisting me with getting bar service as there was a massive function on & it was impossible to get in the line. Your team also looked after our car whilst on an overseas holiday which added great value

The room was not fit for purpose. We had requested a room with a walk-in shower as I was traveling with a 96-year-old. When booking paid for an upgrade so we could ger the room with a shower. The room we got was ok for most but did not meet the specific requirements. I would not have booked if I had known. It was impractical to change hotels because of time as we were leaving at 6.30am next morning.

The hotel is close to the airport an it is supposed to be a "good named hotel" but it is not clean I found a cockroach in my room. The response was it's summer here in Australia. Of course they moved us into another room but now we don't feel comfortable sleeping here .
