Reception, amenities, room were all fine. The room service menu was very limited and the meal I had was very average. As I travel a lot for work the room service is important for me as I can stay in and continue working.

Good stay - room was warm overnight though

All aspects of my stay were lovely. Nothing was a problem for the staff and my queries were dealt with effectively and efficiently. Ben's (in the restaurant) customer service was excellent throughout the couple of days I was there.

Had to phone back next day after check out to get receipt emailed to me. Was not automatic. Went through 1800 no but they couldn’t help and asked me to make another separate call to the hotel directly. Hotel very slow to pick up phone so wasted quite a bit of time chasing this receipt up.

International transit from Europe to the Pacific, your hotel is conveniently located from the airport, is within the right precint, shopping centre and transportation to allow either a lie in or a quick trip to get essentials and be on our way to our home. I really liked your room service which allowed me to have a meal at 3am in the morning when I was hungry - its the little things that count, for me that was it. Thanking you, this is my 3rd stay and not my last.

Arrived after a long drive looking forward to relaxing and reading in bed! However that was not possible as the lighting was abominable! No ceiling or over bed lighting, just a very dull bedside lamp. Very disappointing. Even in broad daylight we could hardly see!

Overall the stay was good. The room was comfortable and well appointed and the service in the restaurant was friendly and very accommodating, especially when a slight issue with my Accor membership was raised.

Easy to find location. Excellent parking facilities, check in and out was effortless. The room a little dated as we stayed here in 2010 and the decor had not changed since then. The bed however was comfortable and we had a well rested night before our journey in the morning. The meal in the restaurant was lovely and the wait service was so helpful and friendly. Overall we had a lovely stay and it was a great start to our holiday. We were a little confused about the pick up shuttle at the international airport on our return but after a quick phone call it was sorted and we were collected in 5 minutes. The shuttle driver was so lovely as unfortunately on our departure on Feb 9th we had torrential rain in Sydney and our pick up was very wet but he still had a friendly smile and a great welcome. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

Stayed one night before an early morning flight. Very clean and comfortable and found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Lovely meal in the restaurant although menu could do with a more assorted selection.

We stayed here one night on our journey from Wellington (New Zealand) to San Francisco and we were very happy with the room and the service. We had dinner at the restaurant which was great value and quality. Great check in/out experience would recommend as a airport/conference stay.
