Having grown up in Sydney, it's 14 years since I have been down to this part. I had to travel around to Wolli Creek, Hurstville, Glenwood and Riverstone and found the Novotel excellent for my needs. I would highly recommend the accommodation. Not knowing much of the area I took advantage of eating in the restaurant and was very happy with the choice.

It’s our go too place when visiting Sydney for the experience and convenience. Staff are always helpful and restaurant is great. As gold Accor members, they certainly ensure our stays are a pleasure. One of our favourite Hotels. Especially prior to travel given the easy access to the airport. On this occasion for us however, no travel, we had other business to attend in Sydney and didn’t want to be in the CBD. the Rowers club across the road is a bonus for the husband. Accommodation is comfortable. Staff are more than helpful. Restaurant, food is awesome. Look forward to better times for this Hotel

Good and friendly staff. A little disappointed with the breakfast arrangements at first, as we had enjoyed great breakfasts on prior visits, as long ago as that may have been. But then fully understood the reason why the current arrangement applied. Once we became used to this it was not a problem.

As a regular guest for your hotel, I alwys enjoy my stay na the upgrads, especilly when it in room 933! The only one very minor issue I have, and this happans almost every time is that there are no coffee pods availbale in the room for the coffeee machine. I always have to call recepetion and ask for them to send some to me room . Other than these. evrything is pretty much tip top :-)

We had our flight cancelled and were required to overnight unexpectedly near the airport, and chose the hotel because we have 3 kids and the property had a pool to kill time in - at least it was advertised you had a pool and nowhere on your site did it mention otherwise. We were very disappointed to find out it wasn’t open during to ‘COVID’ . An interesting reason as it doesn’t seem to affect other properties pools. Also, we arranged a taxi with the front desk for the morning we needed to fly out, we were called at around 7am to reconfirm our refs i at which WellPoint we pushed the time out by half an hour. At no point were we advised the taxi Had actually been ordered for 7am and when it arrived at 710 the driver started it’s meter. So by the time we got in the taxi and were driving to the airport (after breakfast)! We were in a $50 taxi ride 3 mins to the airport. More expensive than your already expensive airport transfer. The one saving grace if the visit was the dinner in the restaurant where the young blonde fellow was very helpful and assisted with some dietary requirements very ably.

At Novotel, the experience and comfort of our guests is of paramount importance to us, during the international pandemic this has been challenging but still remained one of the main pillars of our business. Due to COVID-19 restrictions and our shared pool with strate of the surround residential apartment, we are still in talks with building management to have this facility reopened. We apologies that this was not made clear through our website however this has no been rectified. Regarding the issues you had with your Taxi, this is disappointing to hear and the fIrst time we have heard such a complaint as is not standard procedure for them and they will always start the meter from the time you get into the car, not prior. Personally I would definitely be taking this up with the Taxi company as its unacceptable.
