After 27 hours of travelling, we completely understand that all you wanted was a clean, comfortable room, a shower and a good rest before continuing with your plans in Sydney. The noisy air conditioning, torn bed linen, missing bath mat and the cleanliness concerns you described are certainly not reflective of the standards we expect. We are particularly concerned by your comments regarding the dust around the air-conditioning and bathroom vents, underneath the bed and on the lampshades, and we have shared this feedback with our Housekeeping and Engineering teams for further review and follow-up. While our team offered an alternative room, we completely understand your decision not to move after you had already unpacked and settled in.
