I have stayed at other Novotel at different countries before but yours one was the first one that I had to ask for in house slippers, no basic complementary just like drinking water bottle, kettle to boil water, small plate with coffee cup, laundry bag, no bell boy at the door to help with luggages. Blanket had brown stain under. If this is common Australian Standard for 4 or 5 stars hotel then this is quite disappointed.

From booking to getting a shuttle bus to the airport our stay ran very smoothly. We were kept well informed and were able to check in a bit early which helped our plans. The staff were pleasant and the room was very cean and well set up. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and it was great value for money. We highly recommend this motel to everyone.

Not the same welcome you usually receive at this hotel. They weren’t ready for me even though I received an email an hour and a half before arriving stating “we are expecting you”. No thanks for your loyalty. Very noisy room with no minibar ammenities. Worst part was a used tissue in the bed. Disgusting. 2 to 3 star hotel at best.
