I live this hotel. It’s very close to the international terminal and they look after returning guests very well. Everything is clean and comfortable with everything we need. Good parking too at reasonable rates.

Absolutely wonderful staff. Check in was phenomenal. Food and drinks were great. Staff were so helpful. I am not easily impressed and was gushing over this hotel.

Dirty, bad account management

We booked room and added breakfast for 3 people. Received email advising there was booking for 6 for breakfast on account, I replied correcting booking and requested refund was advised no refund only room credit would be issued despite this being their error. On arrival I requested refund again and was advised that the room now had payment for 9 breakfasts on account I once again asked that my bank be credited as this was not done at my request, reception staff member credited my account. When we checked into the room it was not cleaned properly, a sock was found by the window, mould in the bathroom and what appeared to be blood stains on a pillow case.
