The public areas were dirty, there was nowhere to offload our luggage in the street, the phone went unanswered, I was supposed to be offered a free drink on arrival - nothing offered.

Room is great, nice staff, however, I stayed at room 311 and bathroom shower has built up and body wash was empty. apart from that nothing to complain

Good stay but a couple of things let it down - no full length mirror in the room and the water pressure was terrible as well as issues with hot water turning cold/hot/cold throughout a shower. The front desk staff were excellent.
