The layout of the floors was confusing, and we were given an internal room, with no window outside if the room. This was not advised to us on booking or on check in. There was no way to control the air conditioning either. The bathroom was small and it felt like you were in the shower when you were using the toilet.

The place was well located but the staff some were helpful, some were not. the room was not very clean. We couldn’t get fresh towels. There was no parking anywhere and it stank.
