no welcome drink offered or given upon arrival, nobody on reception at 6am when I needed assistance to access the guest laundry room in order to iron my clothes

Great location and nicely laid out room with all the amenities we wanted. Would have been good to know where to park and check in as impossible to pull over on Broadway. Directions to parking would have made our arrival so much more relaxed.

Receptionist was lovely; checked us in quickly, provided restaurant recommendations and was able to fix an issue with my card on the second night quickly - Best part of the stay. Room, bathroom and linens were clean. Pillows felt like they were made of fairy floss. So soft they may as well have not been there, had to wrap the blanket up and use that instead. Water pressure from the shower was very pour and the hot water would come and go multiple times over a short shower. Extraction vent in the corridor was incredibly loud, I took a video to show my colleagues of it was unbelievable. Very poor airflow in the room (no air conditioner) so needed to open the window (which didn't make much difference because it's right above a hot and noisy air-conditioning unit (clearly not for my room).

We needed to stay in that area and needed 2 bedrooms but for the price we were very disappointed.
