A pungent sewage smell was the defining feature of the stay, lingering in the lifts and seeping into the room on level 3. The bathroom layout is comical; legroom is so scarce that I had to sit on the toilet diagonally. The room was an anxiety-inducing, windowless box with no mirrors and a lamp that couldn't be plugged in without moving heavy furniture. The 'double' bed was merely two singles with a painful, hard ridge down the centre, rendering the middle unusable. Access is a logistical nightmare on a main road where Ubers refuse to stop; This fell far below the basic standards expected of Accor. If I had had any inkling it was going to be as bad as this I would have spent more to find anything nicer.

On the website it advertises that they have free parking. But when I arrived I was told that is no longer available and had to park in the shopping centre and pay $77. I would advise to spend a little more for a better hotel.

Hotel was in a good location but didn’t feel completely safe. Rooms weren’t super clean, house keeping only occurred if you specifically asked. But we weren’t made aware of this. Breakfast was dreadful. And on two of our four days there wasn’t ready when we were up and out half an hour after its scheduled time to be available. It was $25 per head and so not worth that. Cereal was stale. We weren’t made aware expected to wash our own dishes after eating. Room was very hot with no way of controlling the heat.
