Hotel was in a good location but didn’t feel completely safe. Rooms weren’t super clean, house keeping only occurred if you specifically asked. But we weren’t made aware of this. Breakfast was dreadful. And on two of our four days there wasn’t ready when we were up and out half an hour after its scheduled time to be available. It was $25 per head and so not worth that. Cereal was stale. We weren’t made aware expected to wash our own dishes after eating. Room was very hot with no way of controlling the heat.

I , rang hotel , spoke to Ismail , night Manager to inform him that I will be arriving 10.30 - 11pm and for him to keep an eye out for me. I arrived about 11 pm and within a few minutes he was at reception to check me in, very much appreciated .

4 star hotel? Definitely not! Check in was easy and quick which was good but after that it was down hill. Booked a double room with city view was put in a room with a view of an industrial building. Windows in the room screwed shut so couldn’t get any fresh air, the walls are paper thin you can hear the tv in the next room. No proper aircon just a vent in the ceiling which felt like it was never on, Half the lights didn’t work in the room either. Stains on the pillows and bedsheets and pillows are pretty much napkins. My stay was for 6 days and not once did housekeeping check the room or offer any fresh towels. One morning I went to reception to see if there was any crafts of water I could use and got told no and to drink the tap water or purchase them from reception. Overall experience was bad and definitely wouldn’t be booking this place again not worth the money can easily get a much better place for the same price. 6 Days cost $1240

The only issue I had was the aircon return air duct was right outside my room, very noisy, other than that my stay was enjoyable. Public transport close by, fantastic park across the road and a shopping centre directly behind
