Room is great, nice staff, however, I stayed at room 311 and bathroom shower has built up and body wash was empty. apart from that nothing to complain

Good stay but a couple of things let it down - no full length mirror in the room and the water pressure was terrible as well as issues with hot water turning cold/hot/cold throughout a shower. The front desk staff were excellent.

We have stayed twice now and look forward to coming back again. The accommodation is well priced and excellent customer service but bathrooms could be cleaner. The shower also wasn’t properly installed with correct drainage so water does escape out of the shower, wetting the floor. The main area carpets also need a good clean. We will be looking forward to utilising the individual room air con’s which have been installed but weren’t able to be used at our recent stay so at times, the centralised room temperature was too hot or too cold.

The receptionists were friendly and helpful, especially the two local receptionists who were exceptionally welcoming and supportive throughout my stay. However, there were a few inconveniences during my 5-day business trip. The room did not have a proper study/work table, which made it difficult for me to work comfortably. In addition, one of the lamps in the room was broken and it took more than a day to get it fixed. I also found the manager to be less approachable and not friendly/helpful compared to the rest of the staff.
