Although this is a basic hotel, it is excellent. The room was very large and clean although lighting could be better and I miss a mirror in the bedroom. Service was very good and it was great to have fresh coffee available all day in the foyer. 10/10 for position next door to the Broadway shopping centre and bus stops.

Our best experience wS with the receptionist a lady of African descent. She was an example of excellent service with a heart. The room itself could be better compared to many similar hotels u der the accor brand. A writing table, curtain well fixed, picture hung would help.

Got there, was very very hot in the reception area. Waiting for a while, then someone came out. Checked in, went up to our room, felt extremely unsafe, windows were mouldy and dirty. Went to have a shower and turned on the water and the shower head fell down hitting me. smelt old. didn’t feel safe we packed up and left

If you're just looking for a place to sleep and shower, but plan to be out exploring most of the day, I would recommend this hotel. There are virtually no amenities (a card in the room stated there was a continental breakfast, but that was nowhere to be seen) so if you are looking for any of those, this is not the place for you. The room was mostly clean (the shower could have used some love) and the bed was comfortable, but the lack of windows freaked me out more than I thought it would. The staff was kind, but not extremely helpful. Twice I asked for restaurant recommendations, but both times I was told they don't know the area well and couldn't suggest anything. Overall, it was a fine and safe place to sleep
