A " breath of fresh air " has swept through the BreakFree on Broadway Hotel, it has a name and a title , it's the new General Manager, Ngai and her Management ethos. The GM's unyielding, unwavering, uncompromising attitude and expectation of utter Professionalism from her Team, characterized by attention to detail, an insistence and adherence to customer excellence and the guest experience . BRAVO to the GM and her WONDERFUL TEAM ! My stay was relaxed, comfortable and pleasant, very happy indeed. THANKYOU to all.

We found our rooms comfortable and so quiet. Our room had space for our luggage and places to sit. The shower was hot and we appreciated the cleansing products. We felt refreshed each morning to head out for our sightseeing. The shuttle bus to the airport takes the worry out of the departure. The staff at reception were all welcoming and efficient.
