Check in process was long and tedious, staff could not tell me where the ICC was, staff guided me outside in the rain to access the 1st floor restaurant.

The hotel, which my family and I have stayed in many times previously, looks like it has recently been refurbished as the rooms had a fresher look. Everything was clean and all items were working, making for a completely trouble-free stay. One small point. The hotel needs to have more staff, on the front desk at peak checkout times, as there were six people in the queue, and only one front desk operative. Although checkout online is possible through the app.
