Well considering this is meant to be a 5 Star hotel... you think there would be more Human Interaction... but most thing is AI, Tried calling Concierge many times along with reception without answer or call back... whilst at the stay... Want to ask if there was any Kid activity on as the brochure states there will be but no luck, Stayed 2 nights, only 2 x 250ml bottle water provided for 3 guest for the stay. No toothbrush compared to many other places Ive stayed, went to buy it across the road... So would I go back? Probably not...

The room was beautifully decorated with balloons, a “Happy Birthday” banner, and the most adorable towel creations shaped like balloons, candles, and roses. What touched me the most was the handwritten “Happy Birthday” message on the mirror—it was such a thoughtful and personal surprise that instantly made me smile. On top of that, I was welcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine, a beautiful fruit platter, and a delicious cake. Every single detail showed how much care and effort the team put into making my stay memorable.
