Spectacular bathroom with phenomenal views of Darling Harbour.
Room service food was a average at best, bed was uncomfortable and AC lacked significant temp control.
Overall I would stay again, but compared to the luxury corner room in Sofitel On Collins in Melbourne, they only thing that was better was the bathroom and it's view of the harbour.

Welcoming and polite staff. Accommodating and easy with valet parking that I needed access to at 7am and it was there waiting for me to leave for work. Great location for a quick night away with my husband, went out for dinner and walked Darling Harbour. Room was a little small but fantastic view. Overall, very good experience.

Pros:
*Gorgeous interiors, comfortable bed, stunning view, luxe bathroom and lovely staff.
Cons:
* Bizarrely, there was only options for "all lights on" or "all lights off" (bar the two small bedside lamps) - it would be nice to be able to have just the floor lamp and/or sconce on, without the big overhead lights on too.
* Even with the thermostat down as low as it would go at 19.5 degrees, I found myself very hot, despite the (too) light doona. I actually had quite a terrible night sleep as a result.
Don't get me wrong, this place is beautiful, but for a luxury hotel at this price I expected a more options to customise the environment to suit exactly what feels good, and my other colleagues shared similar sentiments.

I had a fantastic stay at Sofitel and would happily return. The room was spacious, beautifully presented, and offered plenty of room to relax and unwind. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft, supportive pillows that made for a great night's sleep. One of the highlights was the luxurious bathtub, which was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Combined with the generous room size and thoughtfully designed space, it created a welcoming and indulgent atmosphere. Overall, Sofitel delivered a warm, comfortable, and memorable experience.

The Prestige Suite was an indulgence but well worth while to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday.
The hotel is convenently located across the road from Cenvention Light Rail make for easy transfers back to the city for that shopping experience.

Superb service by all of the staffs.
I think you should add more menu on your breakfast.
Bacon was delicious. smoke salmon and sausage is great too.
But 4 nights there with the same menu is a bit boring.
