Nina was a great help with accepting a parcel delivered before my arrival - thank you so much! Advertised room service available but there was none during my entire stay - very inconvenient and I'm not impressed with the false advertising. Plus, your restaurant was not open the night I arrived - I know sometimes things are unavoidable but I had a long journey and no car to get to another option, so I wasn't terribly happy. I hope that was a one-off. Some dust in the room but overall fairly clean. Happy to find window was openable - better than using a/c.

Not sufficient EV charging. The buffet options were limited. The bath & toilet had no lock.

The elevator was not working for the entire weekend.
