perfect location, near the motorway and also near the trade fair. You can have dinner in the restaurant or enjoy a drink at the bar. In summer you can swim in the pool, in winter you can relax in the wellness area.

Nice staff but bad mold/mildew problem

The staff was friendly, but from the minute you walked into the hotel, you could smell mold and mildew. It was the same in my room and in the halls, which had dirty and stained carpets. There were signs at the windows and doors at the ends of the halls saying “According to our air circulation policy, these windows should be kept open,” but the windows were closed. My eyes were red and I had constant problems with breathing despite keeping the window open (because of the smell) whenever I was in the room. It was a cold and rainy weekend but being cold was better than the bad smell in the room and the hotel in general. The mirror in the bathroom was broken and the safe didn’t work, either. I won’t be back.

Well located for what we wanted to visit

The rooms was big enough for 2 adults snd 2 kids. We had a double bed and a sofa bed. Both were comfortable to sleep on…though we could have done with an extra duvet/blanket…we had a double duvet and a single duvet. Breakfast was very good and we had lots of choices. The stuff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner one night at the hotel and that was ok. Not so much variety but for one evening dinner was perfectly ok. We visited Playmobil Fun Park and Palm Beach Therme…both were around 20 minutes away with the car from the hotel…it worked very well for us. Also around 15-20 to the centre of Nürnberg to a Parkhaus…i would recommend this hotel. Clean friendly stuff and the location is good.

Hotel feels a bit dated. Carpets should be renewed. Price-quality (compared to Ibis) feels wrong. Decent hotel, but not really like other novotels.

Due to newly implemented Covid-Regime un Bavaria there were only 2 rooms booked the nught we stayed. Quite strange atmosphere in a hotel of that size but the very kind and supportive staff made all efforts to make our stay a good one.

Really nice stay but the 11 EUR car parking charge is a hidden cost, not made clear on the website (accor.com) when I booked this. This is very poor business practice and essentially a scam if customer pricing is not transparent and hidden charges suddenly arise. Had this not been there, you would have scored 10. The only other minor niggles - the word 'guests' on your covid flipchart at the entrance, it does NOT need an apostrophe. It is guests not guest's - as an English native speaker, such criminally poor use of punctuation is immediately evident when on public display in such a prominent position. I also came down the stairwell. More obvious signage as to floor 1 is here would be nice. Both myself and another family (German) were at -1 before we'd realised we were in the wrong place. Poor signage, lucky it wasn't a fire. Otherwise I really love your hotel. Address these points here Stefan, it would be marvellous.

Condescending staff, room key didn’t work. We got there late and had asked for the sofa to be prepared as bed for our little daughter. Wasn’t don’t. Had to change rooms. Disgusting rubber sheets that made the sleep way too hot. Ignorant staff at breakfast almost running us over every time they passed. Also the reception was never available through phone before we arrived. Never again!

Big, noisy party the night we stayed. This meant the staff gave their full attention to the party and everyone else was sidelined. The restaurant was noisy from the music next door as well as kids running around out of control. The bar and restaurant service was dreadful as the staff were to busy serving the party and couldn't look after normal guests. I understand that Accor makes much more money out of such events than from guests like us, but we should be treated properly once our booking had been taken.

Booked this hotel due to it being close to the autobahn and had outdoor parking (required for van). Check in was quick and room was decent. Could have been a little cleaner but no major issues. Would stay here again.

Me,my wife and 2 children stayed 2 nights here and it was a satisfying stay. We got to the hotel earlier than expected and I was surprised to find our room ready. Thumbs up. The room was very clean, spacious with comfortable beds, a safe and a mini bar. There's also an outdoor pool which is very good for families with small children. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices ( Omelette, pancakes croissants, bacon, cheese, sausages etc) My only disappointment was with the parking. The last time I stayed here, about 5 years ago, parking was free within the hotel compound. Now it cost 9€ to park per day within the outside parking lot of the hotel. Paying to park underground in an hotel is understandable but not outside. Overall, a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
