Very disappointed with the quality of this Novotel! This hotel was not up to the same standards as the Mercure City Centre in Munich. A Novotel has certain levels of quality and this was not even to an Ibis standard. The only positive would be the staff did there best with what they had to offer!

Bathroom was not cleaned, shampoos and shower full of dirty hair and the wash basin clogged. We reported to the night receptionist but they asked us to report to the morning receptionist instead.

There were more cars then there are spaces. Pillows were really stiff, corridors need to be more cleaner

Iam a big fan of Novotel so far . But this time , Very disturbing stay from 23- 27 January among all my stays at Novotel and it’s allied group hotels across Europe. Intercom not working , when reported to reception, received a strange reply - Do you wish to make a trunk call ?? with a shouting tone , no technician available today. The air conditioner is blowing hot air even kept at 5 degrees . Hence opened the window all these nights due to sweating . Asked for a pedestal fan , but not available too. Iam worried if the overall quality has went down or it happened only to me with this hotel ????

Good room, quite small but fit well. I like sauna. GYM is very small and 1 defected equipment. Also outdoor Swimmingpool is not good, because it is always not accessible in Winter time in Germany. I liked the brekfast. I didn't like I have to pay for outdoor Garage!!
