Location from Messe was good (walking distance, train) however the hotel felt old and dated. Carpets and walls were stained and need replacing/painting. The exercise facilities were terrible. Need more and newer equipment. The restaurant was average with limited choices. The room was fine however the sheets were rough (I used a t-shirt over my pillow).

Nobody helps with luggage -. understaff -. no bathrooms needs except soap, shower gel and shampoo which are not for a one time use / one costumer ( huge bottles) not sanitary ( nobody wants to use the same bottle which another 20 clients did) -. No slippers or bathrobes. The slippers I received a pair after 2 days from the front office after asking 2 days in a row. -. minibar empty -. phone room not working -. towels worn down -. bathroom sink stained and with rust (room 212) -. bedsheets some had black stains -. the couch was worn down This is by far a 4 star hotel
