As usual, the people at the reception and the restaurant are very nice and helpful! I felt very welcome! Great support & very positive the (cost free) handling of the wallbox. Parking only for charging is key - without paying parking for all the night would be beneficial. In third floor (and the room) had a smell like humidity - unpleasant

The hotel itself is nice and clean, rooms ideal for families. Just don‘t expect anything from the bar/restaurant. We got there at 10:15 on a Friday night after the game and waited for service. After watching others get served who came after us, we inquired and were told that they were closing early because they didn‘t have enough staff. The disorganization was the main problem. Not knowing where standard drinks are just costs time. We saw a lot of hotel staff that could have helped, but didn‘t. Part of being a good manager is monitoring the situation and making adjustments

Horrible experience on a tired night.

The worst experience I have ever had. We arrived late in the evening and the reception was very rude and unprofessional, even though we were with our small baby. The rooms are very tiny and not comfortable for the price. Besides our room was not prepared as expected (see attached pictures). The breakfast doesn't deserve the price either. The most important thing is that just one person was working at the hotel and no one else was able to respond to our questions, claims or requests.

We would like to go into the details of your stay, but for reasons of data protection and because we are hosts by conviction, we refrain from doing so. We therefore confine ourselves to informing the readers of this online portal that our colleague on night duty acted very politely and professionally. He had every right to do so, but he refrained from expelling the guest from the hotel due to the baby. A side note: the photos were not taken when the guests entered the room, but after the employee had stripped the additional prepared bed, which was not needed any more.
