Some of the gym equipment was faulty, the rower was missing a handle and both of the exercise bikes had broken seat height adjusters. There was no plug in the bathroom.

Room was comfortable. Didn’t like the bathroom set up. Mirror not good for makeup and annoying placement of sink. Parking difficult and expensive.

A guest threatened to physically hurt my children who were using the sauna, causing my children to leave the sauna. The guest then proceeded to engage in sexually activity in the sauna (observed through the window). The guest approached hotel management about my children being too young to use the sauna but did not accept that my children were of the correct age. While hotel management did not respond to the man's absurd claims, the fact remains this man's behaviour was unaddressed and he was allowed to continue using the facilities.

Perfectly fine stay for a work conference! We had some trouble with an unhoused gentleman outside the hotel (he approached a few times asking for cigarette money) but I understand that this is likely outside of your control... Housekeeping was discreet and room service was decent. Occasionally a bit of noise from what I assume was the laundry area next door to our room, but otherwise slept through the night without problem.
