We were at an event in one of the conference rooms with an overnight stay. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great and everything was clean. But the most noticeable was how friendly, smiley and helpful the staff were, at the event, at reception, at breakfast, they were all great.

On arrival, I checked in and when I arrived at my home it had not been cleaned. The bed was unmade, there were empty alcohol bottles on the bedside table and the toilet was in a disguesting state. I tried to call reception from the room - but no answer so had to lug all of my luggage back to reception and request a replacement room. This was handled okay and the new room was absolutely fine

Stayed for an event. The chicken starter had bone shards . The pillows need replacing . The eggs were hard at breakfast , friendly staff but improvement needed .
