Breakfast is poor, cold beans two days running told staff. Bacon is like leather. Thinnest bread for toast. No mushrooms & black pudding. Gym, no mats for floor exercises. Nothing will happen I have raised these points several times. On the positive staff are great!

Only one person on reception - and no one to help me get luggage to my room - husband had an accident - so he had to leave reception to help after I had to ask for him to do so - other than that good room - good breakfast -

We stayed the night before our daughter’s wedding. The team were very accommodating. Food was nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a connecting door which was very handy. We had late checkout but were even later checking out, when I apologised they told me it wasn’t a problem. Only downside is that the hotel looks a little tired and old fashioned.

The room was filthy, the breakfast was gross and the eggs tasted fishy, the bacon was like rubber! We realised our error in our booking like an hour after their "cut off" time, and wouldn't cancel our room, I am so glad that our event is moving due to how disgusting this place is!

The Distance to Silverstone is further than I realized but overall this Hotel is fine for the short time I was there ! The staff are simply amazing Kudos to the front desk and the checkin process , the breakfast was outstanding !

Good room apart from back of bathroom door that was quite dirty. Had a problem with some fish but it was dealt with by the supervisor / manager exceptionally well. Scrambled eggs at breakfast smelled of fish but were all changed as soon as they were made aware. Have been here before and will go back without a second thought as concerns were dealt with in a professional manner.

Bed really comfortable… room was spacious but the cleanliness of the room let it down.. curtain partially off the track, bathroom tiling was grubby.. could do with a refresh. Fab breakfast & comfy bed so that’s the main thing.
