Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Please accept our sincere apologies for the wait you experienced upon arrival, especially so late at night after your journey. We fully understand how frustrating it must have been to wait both at the gate and at Reception when all you needed was your access code. On the evening of your arrival, the receptionist on duty was still in training and was on the phone with his manager, who was assisting him with your booking. While this explains the circumstances, it does not excuse the inconvenience caused to you, and we are truly sorry that your arrival experience did not meet the standards of service we aim to provide. Your comments have been shared with our team so that we can improve our procedures and ensure a smoother check-in experience for all guests, particularly during late-night arrivals. Please note that our hotel is 100% non-smoking. Our reception is available 24 hours a day, and we would have been happy to offer you a room change upon request to ensure a more comfortable stay.
