The doors from all the rooms make a lot noise as people are coming and going so maybe some slow door closing gadgets could be installed. Also a basin in the toilet would be nice as you have to wash your hands in the shower next door after using the toilet.

We leapt screaming out of bed after 15 minutes, being bitten ferociously by bed bugs and went straight to reception to ask for our money back. He said no. Not even the tax which we paid in cash. We still want our money back.

The hotel was fine, but the member of staff on Reception would not open the gate to let me drive my car into the car park. He just ignored me for about five minutes. When I reached Reception, all I needed to do was receive my door access code but he was on a telephone call and just kept telling me to wait. I had to wait for nearly 20 minutes which was particularly irritating as it was already gone midnight. Utterly incompetent and extremely rude.

We fully understand how frustrating it must have been to wait both at the gate and at Reception when all you needed was your access code. On the evening of your arrival, the receptionist on duty was still in training and was on the phone with his manager, who was assisting him with your booking. While this explains the circumstances, it does not excuse the inconvenience caused to you, and we are truly sorry that your arrival experience did not meet the standards of service we aim to provide. Your comments have been shared with our team so that we can improve our procedures and ensure a smoother check-in experience for all guests, particularly during late-night arrivals. The room smell a cigarette. The breakfast was not good

Great value for the budget traveller. Clean and tidy room. There was no glass in the room to use. The breakfast was very limited to small pieces of baguette - croissants at least please. Staff very courteous and helpful.

Very bad, like a run down prison, to the point it felt safer for me and me three daughters to stay and sleep in the car, which we did. So we paid for a room but did not use it as felt so un safe.

Good value and helpful staff. However, I sent an email before I arrived with a particular request. You did not even bother to reply to this, which is appalling service. Also, there were no sheets on the bed – I had to lie on top of a mattress protector. This is totally unacceptable.

This is a MOTEL and not a Hotel. The room pictures do not depict what is posted online and its extremelly small. No AC though there is an AC unit in the room but they set it up in a way that it doesnt work. The entire building smells like smoke. It has a feel of truck drivers one night stay so its very sketchy. Its pretty much a la carte and they charge for everything. From towels to breakfast, you name it. No conforter, just a bedsheet OMG. worst stay i ever had.
