The location is far from the metro stations. No ease of commuting especially if you have luggage. No air conditioning in the rooms and it gets too humid at times and gets really hot in there.

The hotel was what I expected, cheap and cheerful. Only negative was being told at check in that our room wasn’t ready, even though we’d arrived after the advertised check in time. However, the reception staff did manage to find an available room. Some road noise from the nearby main road and not much choice at breakfast but all in all great for a one night stay.

Surrounding of the hotel is unpleasant, noisy with people shouting at night. Lots of conflicts outside.

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired—and that’s not even mentioning the lack of maintenance on the room's fixtures. The worst part was walking in and finding four cockroaches roaming around. On top of that, the room was sweltering, and the only option was to open the window—which faced the ring road, resulting in deafening noise.

Comfortable and clean bedding but had roaches on the bed and surfaces

First of all, the location wasn’t good, and the area felt very run-down. When we entered the lobby, it was so dark that it felt like a train station at midnight. Check-in was also slow because the staff told me that the computer was really slow. The elevator was also dirty, with fingerprints all over the buttons like they hadn’t been cleaned. They didn’t use a key card for the room either, just a PIN code. The hallway smelled bad, and the room also had an unpleasant smell. The curtains had several holes, probably from cigarette burns, and the bed didn’t feel clean either. Overall, it was a horrible experience. Luckily, we didn’t see any cockroaches, especially after I read reviews saying some guests found cockroaches in their beds. We booked for 4 days/3 nights, but left after just one night because we were too uncomfortable. Luckily, we found another hotel at short notice. Even when we checked out, they didn’t ask anything. They just told us we didn’t need to do anything.

Was not happy, 2x rooms was booked both rooms bed was covered by bed bugs. Our whole body was itchy and rashes including my 2 years old. When we been to the reception and report it to them the receptionist lady was bit rude with us was asking us “what you want to do? , do you want to check out now”. Replied to the receptionist that you have tell us what we have to do instead you asking us what we want to do? Then she said someone will come and do the inspection then they will change the rooms. Asked them what if the other bedroom is covered by the bed bugs. Then they changed out bedrooms without any inspection that means they knows those bedroom were covered by bed bugs.

Rude staff very bad costumer service, There’s option to check in online and it says “so we can welcome you with style” bla bla. After the online check in, it says check in is possible before 12pm but when I arrived there the staff says Its not possible. Like ? What? So what’s the purpose of online check in ahead of the stay? I booked three different rooms, I’m hoping at least 1 room will be available for us to put our things and settle as we have a baby but still told us theres none available knowing there’s plenty of room available. If they say before 12 check in is not possible then we shouldn’t have gone there in the first place! So we checked in around 5pm!!! When we went to the room there’s cockroaches everywhere! So I’m really pissed off.

Not TOO bad. The environment is not very nice, the check-in was really bad (waiting for half an hour in the corridor before they finally decide to give you a new room because they can’t open the door), and worst of all, the breakfast coffee was bad. I don’t like the plastic bathrooms either. But all in all, not too bad. The room was clean, it did not feel terribly cramped like at the neighboring F1, and the rest of the breakfast was OK.

It was okay, but long wait lines to checkin. Also no airco in the room it was hot.

We couldn’t even stay here one night! We checked in went up to our room and left the hotel to stay in a different one! First of all it took us 20 minutes to get checked in! There was only one couple in front of us but only one of the receptionist working whilst the others just sat there! As we were waiting to be checked in security had to throw multiple people out of the hotel which is crazy I’ve never seen this happen before! It really didn’t feel safe and all the rooms have a number lock on them instead of a card as usual which again made me worry that the room could get unlocked easily so we decided it was best to leave that very night especially after sitting down on the bed and it being basically rock solid!

Our stay has been pleaseant. The room was up to the expectation with the price of our stay. Although the area felt dodgy, we felt comfortable inside the hotel. The people at the reception were helpfull and friendly.

It is a budget hotel, experience was according to the price level. Everything apparently clean and functioning, amenities were there. Staff was quite polite and friendly. Not the best local in Paris though.

First the room had cockroach every single day. The location was horrible a lot of homeless in front and around the hotel. The staff’s wasn’t friendly at all. Everything dirty and disgusting.. very disappointing

The room was filled with roaches, after complaining the staff member told me. It’s a 2-star hotel, it happens.. location also very bad. The hotel is located next to the highway, and across the street is a building filled with tents where homeless people live.

No communication, customer service not polite at all.

This is a budget hotel so there are already low expectations but I was not prepared to witness the lack of sufficient staff in the ground floor areas.

Location is convenient but a bit sketchy especially for families. Room was too hot, no air conditioning available. Requested a fan, but none were available. Reception provided one on the next day, but was broken Room is too noisy from traffic on the main road, so couldn't even keep the window open for fresh air.windows have constrictors, but open too wide, safety hazard if staying with children.
