I didn’t know there were no air conditioners, the bed was very comfortable tho. Also, the floor wasn’t vacuumed… so much dirts on the floor.

My stay at this hotel was extremely frustrating, mainly because of the poor communication and lack of willingness from the staff to actually help. When I first arrived to check in, I went to the correct counter, but the staff told me that I was at the wrong lobby and asked me to go to the R floor. I had several pieces of luggage, so I had to drag everything to the R floor. When I arrived there, the staff told me that I was at the wrong side and that I needed to go back downstairs to check in. After finally getting into my room, I took a shower and then realized there was no hair dryer. With my hair completely wet, I went to the lobby to ask for one. The staff told me that the hair dryers were at the R floor, so I went back upstairs. When I arrived at the R floor, I was told that they did not have a hair dryer and that I needed to go back downstairs because I was not a guest staying on the R floor. I went downstairs again, only to be told that they did not have one and that only the R floor had hair dryers. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the staff. Instead of taking responsibility and helping me resolve the issue, they kept sending me from one reception desk to another. At one point, the staff was even video-calling someone while supposedly trying to "help" me, rather than directly assisting me with a very simple request. I went up and down between the floors around five times, trying to get a single hair dryer. In the end, I was still told that they had run out of hair dryers. I was staying with my mother, and we both had wet hair and had to sleep that way on our first night. This was an extremely unpleasant and disappointing experience. The issue was not simply that the hotel ran out of hair dryers. Things can run out. The real problem was the poor communication, lack of coordination between staff, and unwillingness to take ownership of the problem. No one seemed willing to help, and I was repeatedly sent back and forth between reception areas without any solution. I expected much better service from a hotel. This experience was exhausting and left a very poor impression of the hotel and its customer service.

The location is alright, near the bus stop but not really near the train station. The room is okay with a functioning AC, which was very much needed in the summer. However, the corridor is dirty.

Very bad experience. We paid for 1 week stay for 2 adults and a 3 year old kid. They gave us a room with double bed and upper bed for minimum 6 years old. Draps were smelling bad, upper bed mattress is dirty with black dust and stains on the wall and bed ( like blood stain or coffee stains), shower clogged. We went to the reception and the employee told us the first time that he has a lot of work so he gave me the draps to change them myself for the big bed down ( not the upper one). Because the upper bed mattress was dirty, our child slept next to us which made our nights uncomfortable and not comfortable shower and dirts everywhere. Matter was raised to the reception multiple times and then since day one to the customer service of Accor. Then when they forwarded the matter to the hotel manager of ibis budget Porte de bercy, he wasn’t replying quickly and kept dragging and then on the last night he said that we can have a free breakfast and when I was against this and claimed for partial refund because of lack of cleanliness and not having what I paid for, he started lying that I did not say anything to the reception and then he said that I said to the reception and that they cleaned. But I have photos and nothing was cleaned, the stains in the wall and bed and the dust on the upper bed and dust and hair on the floor and clogged showers wasn’t solved!!! He did not even went to check if the room is clean. And he claims that I am at false! So as a result and because there is dead end with him and no solution provided, I will report him and our stay to French authorities SignalConso/DGCCRF.

The hotel staff were very rude and we have booked a double bed with triple room and we got 2 single beds.asked the staff to change it but at the same time another family is asking the same and receptionist is saying I'm happy to switch the room. They got the double bed in triple room. I'm wondering how the hell they got the room while we ask there is no room available. Even it happened infront of our eyes.
