It was ok, the hotel carpets and facilities need some substantial maintenance. The staff is relatively friendly. The breakfast is completely overpriced for what you get, the the corner bakery offers better options for 25% of the price.

I stayed three nights. At one of the evenings coming back to my room i realized it was not cleaned, towels were not replaced and there was no toilet paper. Upon my complaint I was offered a half used on Toilet paper. No one came to visit the conditions of the room, I was not asked if I need anything else and even not an apology - not to mention a proper compensation. I would never recommend coming back to the hotel, in which I was for the conference I participated in

Lots of noise in our room (1st floor), people talking loudly after midnight in the corridors without respecting the others who are sleeping, constant machine noise just next to our room 24/24 and therefore not possible to sleep in a silent environment and the last thing, we found a little worm on the bed cover ... On the other hand very good breakfast, the room is also beautiful and beautiful organization

The furniture needs to be renewed and cleaned properly. One of the bedside tables of the room I stayed was broken, the chair had horrible stains on the upholstery and the toilet also needed a deep clean as had rust/hard water marks that made it look very dirty. The walls are so thin that I could hear the guests next door and was pretty uncomfortable as I had work calls/zoom meetings and colleagues could hear them too.

The place is really near to the office of the company I work for. Also, there's a metro station almost at the hotel's door and a lot of public transportation options.

Everything was good but my disabled son lost his Nike bag containing two trainers and one slipper around your reception that couldn’t been find even though you have cameras around reception before ours departure at about 10:00am.

We ordered 3 rooms and 2 of the rooms were old used and stained carped. The rooms themselves do not fit the Novotel standard we are use to, even tough the price was high. We had room 308, 310 and 401.

Stayed for business. Room and bed were comfortable. Downside was the lack of an iron and laundry service. Also the noise from the street outside was a bit disturbing.

A Fresh and light hotel Close to Metro and Public Transport and a good place to stay for those considering attending Vincennes Hippodrome. Breakfasts were well catered and the staff in all areas were pleasant.

An easy place to get to from Gare de Lyon. A great breakfast. It would be good if, when 2 children are staying as part of a family, that the sofa bed contain 2 singles rather than one double so that the family gets a good night sleep.

Hotel was good as always, only concern was with the english TV selection. There was only 1 option (CNN) available. It would have been good to have other options also. Other items were fine. The shower also needs to be attended to . Breakfast was good.
