Overall not very impressed, room was not very well kept. On arrival didn’t have the bed pulled out and were missing towels as we were a family of four. We were relaxing in our bedroom then someone tried to get in our room. I then opened the door and another couple had been given the same room as us so had a phone call to say we had been put in the incorrect room by the lady who checked us in. Overall not impressed. As half French myself staff did not make me feel welcome.

The rooms were clean and the reception staff was good. But the hotel was lacking resources, I requested a dental kit, but apparently it hasn’t been in stock since a month.

Very average hotel which requires updating, particularly in the bedrooms. Carpet not clean in bedroom and bathrooms very outdated (though clean) Stayed in a London Novohotel which was great hence thought this one would be similar. My colleague and I were also both served uncooked chicken at dinner which of course was unacceptable. And also our room cards stopped working on 2 occasions each during our 4 day stay.

A Fresh and light hotel Close to Metro and Public Transport and a good place to stay for those considering attending Vincennes Hippodrome. Breakfasts were well catered and the staff in all areas were pleasant.

the room were not soundproof there was alot of sounds from the room above next to us and across. when we asked for another room the receptionist were...i dont know...unwilling to help ? short answers with no empathy.

Hotel was ok, fairly good location but felt more like a 3*. They should improve on cleanliness and breakfast experience for guests- very poor choice of meals and their coffee machine, toaster didn’t work properly.

Our stay was nice but some improvement is needed in regards to general cleanliness of the rooms, also not enough charging points in the rooms and also breakfast experience. There wasn’t good choice of meals at all e.g no boiled eggs, baked beans, vegetables. The hot food containers weren’t deep enough so the hot food run out very quickly. The worst was a very temperamental coffee machine which didn’t seem to work most of the times and a toaster which nearly gave my son electric shock! I suggest you contact Occidental Praha Five 4* hotel in Andel, Praha 5 to find out how to improve on breakfast experience for guests as we stayed there the day before we arrived at Novotel and the difference is huge!! Thank you

Room carpet dirty, old and broken furniture. Water smelling. Lack of communication between front desk and room cleaning employees. Some of front desk employees need to be retrained. People smoking in room, at night, no action taken since manager non on site at night. Location great.

We stayed here (couple with one baby) two nights because it is very close to the highway and the ring and also very close to the metro and the very nice bois de Vincennes. It is a perfect location and all staff was very friendly so we enjoyed our stay a lot. The room was very nice and clean and the breakfast very good. We would come back!

Disappointing, service we’ll be below average. Mistakes made at the checkout and was provided with an empty bill and although I have told the checkout staff to correct it they have not. I chased the matter via phone and email and still do not have the correct bill and thus unable to claim my expenses. Shameful for such a big chain with 4star ratings!

The conference facilities and food provided were good. The location of the hotel, near the metro, a small shopping mall, and a big park, is great. I had a bit of difficulties to communicate with the staff. Some did not speak English, getting a twin bed instead of two singles did not go right the first time, and there was some miscommunication about the price of the room and the bill. The fact that the bill gets mailed to you, and not shown (at least on the screen) at check-out, does not help.

The hotel reception is reasonably well decorated. Similarly the access corridors. The room allocated (700) on the seventh floor is very shabby. Carpets have severe staining. The air-conditioning did not work. The ceiling paintwork is discoloured with dirt coming from the air-conditioning vent. The restaurant is essentially a snack bar for evening meals and not very appetising. Overall we were glad to leave.

The rooms were ok, a bit tired - dirty carpet, mediocre pillows, smelly fridge. At the breakfast we would have appreciated fried eggs rather than the little pans - it took forever to fry an egg, Otherwise the breakfast was good. Staff friendly, but I would have expected someone to tell people that the fire alarm on Sunday morning was a false one - people were running downstairs, some in their underwear, and I had to go ask the reception if it's a real alarm or a false one as the lady was just minding her own business rather than informing the clients about the situation.
