Room ok. Employees very friendly. Did not receive an invoice at the end of the stay? Only to pay one amount?

The conference facilities and food provided were good. The location of the hotel, near the metro, a small shopping mall, and a big park, is great. I had a bit of difficulties to communicate with the staff. Some did not speak English, getting a twin bed instead of two singles did not go right the first time, and there was some miscommunication about the price of the room and the bill. The fact that the bill gets mailed to you, and not shown (at least on the screen) at check-out, does not help.

The hotel reception is reasonably well decorated. Similarly the access corridors. The room allocated (700) on the seventh floor is very shabby. Carpets have severe staining. The air-conditioning did not work. The ceiling paintwork is discoloured with dirt coming from the air-conditioning vent. The restaurant is essentially a snack bar for evening meals and not very appetising. Overall we were glad to leave.

The rooms were ok, a bit tired - dirty carpet, mediocre pillows, smelly fridge. At the breakfast we would have appreciated fried eggs rather than the little pans - it took forever to fry an egg, Otherwise the breakfast was good. Staff friendly, but I would have expected someone to tell people that the fire alarm on Sunday morning was a false one - people were running downstairs, some in their underwear, and I had to go ask the reception if it's a real alarm or a false one as the lady was just minding her own business rather than informing the clients about the situation.

This hotel is in a good location. Metro line 8 is available just a few steps away from the hotel. It took 30 minutes to go to the centre. I have spent there 6 nights, and it was really great. Relaxing in the hotel after the crowded Paris walks was really pleasant. The breakfast is fresh and great. It offers good quality food. I suggest this hotel for you if you like quiet places with good public transport connection.

I am a usual customer. Hotel is not so clean and hospitality is average. Food both at breakfast and dinner is not satisfying. No longer complimentary drink. 4 times problems with the key in 3 days. Not considered the extension of my stay, so after I received check-out invoice one day earlier.

The hotel is not in a very good condition, rooms are old with carpets marked and looks dirty, bathrooms are basic and titles chipped and marked. Facilities are poor, TVs are old and small, no streaming capability, no usb charging. Staff are not very helpful, so when you arrive laye no room service after 10:30pm and when reception tells you, there is food at the bar but the barman fells you no food and it’s 11pm then you have a big service issue.

I stayed there before and some issues that I experienced have been resolved.

You're still holding money on my card one week after i checked out. Release the funds immedietly. Very average hotel for an extremely high price. Not a lot else to say about it. If i was you i'd look for somewhere else to stay.

Nice hotel, very polite staff, comfortable double rooms. There was a variety of choices for breakfast. I would only recommend to introduce some new courses daily to make breakfast more enjoyable.

Absolutely no “special feeling of welcome that comes with your Platinum status”. I had to remind reception staff that a welcome drink, room upgrade have to be provided. Didn’t even ask about welcome amenity as it felt like I’ve already asked too much. I was also told by the same person who checked me in that drink in the minibar of the executive room were not free, as I couldn’t find the price card and called reception again from the room. As I felt this was wrong I asked again the next day and another person at the reception confirmed it was free..

When I checked in on 23/September,I got a room card , when I open the room , previous customer still not checked out, how come it happened? Bad check in system

Adequate, very clean, no frills

I'm satisfied but it could be better if the AC could be regulated in the room and not centrally.

I will avoid booking this hotel in the future as it was a bad experience in all aspects
