Hotel room was nice and good staff , food was nice, but hotel was in poor state of repair and is well overdue a refurb , flooring coming up in multiple places in lobby and ceiling paint flaking off in multiple places , stairways very dirty and carpet coming up.

We had a very frustrating experience at this hotel and definitely feel taken advantage of. ​When we checked in, the receptionist explicitly told us that breakfast was included. To be 100% sure, I asked him again to confirm, and he repeated that yes, it was included. Based on this, we only had breakfast on our very last day. However, during checkout, another receptionist informed us that breakfast was NOT included after all and charged us €90.05 for my wife, my daughter, and myself. What a clever trap set by the reception staff, and we fell right into it. I feel completely scammed. ​On top of that, taking a shower was an absolute nightmare. The bathroom didn't even have a proper door—just a pair of Velcro curtains that didn't reach the floor. Every time you moved a curtain slightly, the Velcro came undone and the whole thing fell down, leaving the entire bathroom completely soaked. A total cheap job. ​To make matters worse, the pillows were really uncomfortable, so we couldn't get a proper night's sleep throughout our stay. ​While the location is well-connected by metro, it’s actually quite far from most of the main tourist attractions. ​Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to double-check everything in writing before trusting what the staff tells you.

Room 102 not the one for a restful night sleep. Window needed to be open as ventilation poor but noise from people gathered outside through the night meant sleep was difficult. Yes I could have asked to move but by 11pm who really wants to go to that much hassle. The room is described as having Pulse Air? Not sure what that is but it’s not controllable air conditioning. Shame as staff were friendly (especially evening barman) and the breakfast was ok.

well located closed to Vincennes, the room is sufficient comfortable, Potential Improvement : - Could add a plug on both side of the bed, - The sparkling water distributor is a great idea, however I invite you to select the lower level of gas in a plastic bottle and close the lid, it release high pressure even after several minutes. - The room hairdryer was not working and no exhaust fan, we asked for maintenance, a young man came inside the room without knocking at the door before enter, my wife do not speak French and was surprised, the young technician did not know what to say. The day after, the cleaning lady also opened the door without warning . - The cleaning of the room can be improved ( see my comments after) - the breakfast can vary more among the week (no mroe potatoes after 9am ) and falafel ..why ?

The hotel was clean, quiet and well maintained, and our room was spacious enough for a family of four. The room was cleaned properly every day, and the staff at both the reception and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. Unfortunately, there were some issues during our stay. There was no air conditioning in the room, and it was very warm. The portable fan provided in the room was broken, and we had to go to reception twice before we were able to get a working one. The hand soap in the bathroom was also not refilled, and we had to ask twice before it was replenished. When it was finally refilled, the pump system did not work properly. The parking is spacious and conveniently located on level -2, very close to the hotel. However, we were concerned to see homeless people staying in the parking area. They regularly approached our car and looked inside, apparently checking whether there was anything worth taking (video images taken by the Tesla security system). Fortunately, we had nothing valuable in the car and nothing happened. Nevertheless, this did make us feel somewhat uncomfortable and we believe the security of the parking area could be improved. Overall, we appreciated the cleanliness, spacious room, quiet environment, friendly staff and excellent breakfast, but the lack of air conditioning, the problems with the fan and bathroom supplies, and the situation in the parking area negatively affected our stay.

We enjoyed our stay there, especially with being upgraded to a pair of connecting rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, lobby had activities for kids, local area had some nice restaurants and we walked to the park and the metro stations were nearby. Buffet breakfast was great. Thanks!

Good location for getting into Paris on the metro. There is underground parking. Staff were friendly and they activities available for the children. My children won a prize for a treasure hunt. We ate at the restaurant which was really nice. The common areas are nice but the rooms are a little dated.

I have been extremely disappointed by this hotel, and right from the start. I had booked early check-in at extra cost 35 EUR from 9:00am but when I reached the hotel on that day around 10:00am, the reception seemed surprised and told me that my room was not ready. Eventually I got a room around 11:00am but did not get any compensation for this inconvenience. The following day we saw a rat running between the chairs in the breakfast area. I had read a simlar comment in the reviews but honestly I did not believe it was true. It is though! I saw it myself. There isn't enough staff during breakfast. They seem overwhelmed, running from the reception counter ticking the room numbers to the drink and food stations. Some of the food and drinks are finished and no one refills them obviously, even you come early. Coffee is missing or the water tank isn't refilled so you cannot use it. I tried the toilets nearby breakfast it was a disaster. I told my kid not to use these toilets, everything was dirty there. Apparently, during weekends, the room service options are reduced. Fine, I ordered a croque-monsieur at 18 EUR. I could barely eat it. It was frozen food warmed-up in a micro-wave with a green salad on the side. The dish was chewy and the ham was overcooked, almost burn on the sides. Indedible. And really, as you walk into a hotel, you expect a minimum of sense of hospitality from the staff. It's clearly missing. Most of the staff, including the reception desk, do not even look up when you walk pass or approach and barely say "bonjour" or any other polite greeting. Exception for the maid on the 6th floor, she was nice and the waiter at the bar, very polite and professional, unlike the staff at reception and breakfast counter. Justs to mention there is no air-conditioner in the room, only a small fan which was quite hard to cope during the heat wave. No swimming pool either.
