The hotel isn’t centrally located to tourist destinations but very accessible on trains. Fantastic for a day out exploring. However this does make it hard for tourists to eat and go out near by the hotel as many places will not speak anything but french (even if they can they choose not to), as such we looked to dine at the hotel after a big days activities, only to find minimal staff or a closed restaurant despite what was advertised on the welcome handbooks in room. As such it made for a somewhat complex stay having to navigate uber eats and staff that did not wish to service us in English. The one night we were served I had to call 4 different numbers at different times and we still did not receive what we had ordered and in the end paid for. In saying all this our welcome on arrival was very nice and honestly one of the best parts of our stay. Housekeeping were also super lovely and happy to wait for us to go out to clean the room. The overall acceptance to tourist who may not be French speaking needs work and the restaurant hours and menu clearly need updating on the welcome package as this was a huge disappointment and inconvenience in our stay. Not at all what I would except of a Novotel

I was wrongly billed for breakfast which I did not take. I've written in to Novotel Paris Charenton until now I've not received my refund. I thought Novotel being in the group of Accor has good reputation but wrongly billing customers are unprofessional and outright disappointing come for such a hotel. I don't think I'll be using this hotel for a long time.
