We really enjoyed our stay at Novotel Paris Charenton le Pont, check-in was easy and the room was comfortable (climate controlled, although controlled by the hotel). We loved that it was conveniently located next to a few grocery stores, the metro, and le bois de Vincennes. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would choose to stay here again!

The overall experience was very very bad. Upon arriving had to wait for 15 min as there was no one at the reception.The buffet breakfast was a torture. It was a horrible breakfast with only 4-5 items and that too same everyday. They didnt provide basic boiled egg or omlette when asked. No air condition in rooms. Room were very basic.The only plus point was that it was near the train station.Overall a very bad experience.

I had a terrible stay at this hotel. The customer service was awful from start to finish. We went to the hotel restaurant, Green, and sat for a long time—no one gave us a menu or even attended to us. The staff just ignored us and did other things. When I finally asked a waiter for the menu, he blamed me, used very bad and aggressive words, and treated me horribly. Then he actually pulled me to the reception desk. The lady there didn't say anything to help—she just asked for our room number, like she wanted to throw us out of the room. The room service was also very bad. I asked for water several times, and they said they would bring it, but no one ever came. Finally, I had to go out and ask the cleaning team for water. It's laughable that this place has an agoda award. No one would believe it.
