The room is hot as no ventilation except when we had to open windows. The toilet did not flush properly so we had to call technician.

We only stayed one night but we could still appreciate the convenient location and the comfortable stay. Coming to Paris with a car we had no problem with the adjacent parking, and we could very easily reach the city center through the metro stop in front of the hotel. The room was just comfortable enough for my family, and the breakfast choice was in line with our expectations. We also enjoyed the perks of the retro games in the lobby, as well as the creative toys offered for the small guests. Overall a very good experience.

I stayed at Novotel on Monday, March 30. Upon check-in at 2:00 pm, I learned from an elevator notice that the hotel's water would be turned off until 6:00 pm. As water is a basic amenity, this was unexpected and very inconvenient, since I needed to use it during this time period. I had only booked the room that morning (30/3), so I would expect the hotel was already aware of the issue and could have informed guests in advance.

Room was dirty, I mean not for day to day cleaning overall dirty and you the carpet on the floor is covered in years of dirt, and you cannot clean with room cleaners actions. The water was cut off, and there was no contingency plan for the hotel guests.

The hotel was nice. It is close to metro so makes access easy. I was disappointed that there was only one plug near the bedside as we need to plug two nighttime medical devices. When we asked in front desk, we were told nothing that could be done. When we went back and asked again, they were able to get maintenance to get us a multiplug extension. We also asked for ironing board and iron and when it wasn't delivered to the room, the front desk said, no we have to pick it up downstairs. I would have thought that as a courtesy, it would have been delivered. We have a sofa bed in room but no extra sheets. The breakfast buffet was good. We ate in the restaurant and the server was nice. I found most of the front desk staff were less nice or courteous despite being a place of greeting people.
