Room, cleanliness & amenities — Small, cramped for three; no wardrobe or extra bed. Carpet stained and shower had bad odour. No complimentary sandals. Iron was provided after request (first one stained, then replaced). Breakfast & service — Very limited breakfast (no French omelette; only bottled butter/jam). Staff and reception were polite and helpful. Location & facilities — Excellent kids’ play area. Metro ~100 m away; large supermarket nearby. Recommended fixes — Deep-clean/replace carpets; eliminate bathroom odour; add wardrobe/hangers, slippers, reliable irons and extra/rollaway beds; improve breakfast variety and provide individual condiments; maintain staff quality and promote the play area.

Great stay lovely room and quiet. It was warm but a fan was available. Ideally located for trips into Paris but with a safe and peaceful location. Handy supermarket next door. Staff on reception very pleasant.

Booked for 4 nights. The hotel was booked for the family stay for the vacation as it was conveniently located. I understand that the hotel does not have air conditioning. Instead it has air cooler. On arrival, I have found the room extremely hot and warm. Immediately raised concern to the receptionist that I didn't feel the air cooler was working. Receptionist told me he is going to send a technician. After 3 hours without seeing anyone went down again and was told probably technician has gone home by now. Next day I had to raise this same concern to the hotel manager. She told me she will look into it. On my return I was told the technician has fixed it. The hotel was very warm. But we didn't feel any difference. Interestingly the common spaces were cool and comfortable. Despite raising concern multiple times, I was ignored. One of the receptionist told me that may be the air cooler is set in winter mode. During our stay, the temperature went upto 24-25C. With the amount of money spent for this stay, I don not feel it is worth and will not book this hotel in the future.
