The reception lady was very welcoming and checked us in, she was very polite and explained everything, the room was clean and spacious, comfortable bed, loads of shops Close by abd there is a supermarket next to it, definitely i will come again. Thank you for your hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay there, especially with being upgraded to a pair of connecting rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, lobby had activities for kids, local area had some nice restaurants and we walked to the park and the metro stations were nearby. Buffet breakfast was great. Thanks!

Good location for getting into Paris on the metro. There is underground parking. Staff were friendly and they activities available for the children. My children won a prize for a treasure hunt. We ate at the restaurant which was really nice. The common areas are nice but the rooms are a little dated.

It was well-located, but it was very hot and the air conditioning couldn't keep up. There should have been a microwave oven available to heat up ready-made meals, as we stayed for 10 days and had to eat every meal outside the hotel.

I have been extremely disappointed by this hotel, and right from the start. I had booked early check-in at extra cost 35 EUR from 9:00am but when I reached the hotel on that day around 10:00am, the reception seemed surprised and told me that my room was not ready. Eventually I got a room around 11:00am but did not get any compensation for this inconvenience. The following day we saw a rat running between the chairs in the breakfast area. I had read a simlar comment in the reviews but honestly I did not believe it was true. It is though! I saw it myself. There isn't enough staff during breakfast. They seem overwhelmed, running from the reception counter ticking the room numbers to the drink and food stations. Some of the food and drinks are finished and no one refills them obviously, even you come early. Coffee is missing or the water tank isn't refilled so you cannot use it. I tried the toilets nearby breakfast it was a disaster. I told my kid not to use these toilets, everything was dirty there. Apparently, during weekends, the room service options are reduced. Fine, I ordered a croque-monsieur at 18 EUR. I could barely eat it. It was frozen food warmed-up in a micro-wave with a green salad on the side. The dish was chewy and the ham was overcooked, almost burn on the sides. Indedible. And really, as you walk into a hotel, you expect a minimum of sense of hospitality from the staff. It's clearly missing. Most of the staff, including the reception desk, do not even look up when you walk pass or approach and barely say "bonjour" or any other polite greeting. Exception for the maid on the 6th floor, she was nice and the waiter at the bar, very polite and professional, unlike the staff at reception and breakfast counter. Justs to mention there is no air-conditioner in the room, only a small fan which was quite hard to cope during the heat wave. No swimming pool either.
