good stay, hotel well located, however little surprise with the shower in the morning: no hot water !!

Bonjour, Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel, mais nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour le désagrément rencontré avec l’eau chaude. Suite à un orage, une fuite importante a nécessité une intervention urgente, et nous avons dû couper l’eau le plus rapidement possible afin d’effectuer les réparations indispensables. Cela a normalement duré assez peu de temps. Nous comprenons parfaitement la gêne occasionnée et vous présentons nos excuses les plus sincères. Carpet had a pile of toenail clippings near the foot of the bed. Plastic mattress covers are extremely uncomfortable, they do not allow the skin to breathe. Windows should have screens to keep insects out (especially since air conditioning has been turned off).

Didn’t like paper cups for tea and coffee in the room and no additional toiletries which I would expect for a 4 star hotel
