Really great experience at this hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and lovely outdoor terrace and pool backing onto the public gardens. Good location close to the Metro. Also has a playroom, although we didn't get a chance to use it.

The air conditioning was not working in our room and it was very hot and difficult to sleep. At breakfast we were sat at a table with dirty dishes and dirty coffee mugs.

Our stay was okay overall. The staff were friendly and kind, our child really enjoyed the swimming pool, and the breakfast was delicious. However, the ventilation in our room was insufficient, and the beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. As a result, we didn’t feel well rested the next morning.

Stayed for five nights and had such a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and always happy to help, which really made our stay enjoyable. The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by beautiful parks and gardens, with easy access to Capitole, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets. everythyng was perfect, except air conditioned quite low power. And when we were to days to leave it run out of service, we ask for help in the desk they tell us they will send a technician to amend it but air conditioned remained out of run ( That is the reason of the "8") our room was 207.

Staff were welcoming and friendly however the lack of working air con in rooms made sleeping hard. The breakfast was also a little chaotic with lots of items missing and queues forming around coffee machines impeding access to other items.

We stayed (3 of us) for 7 nights. Clean rooms; good storage space; free locked safe. Separate toilette and bathroom. We had breakfast included and believe you me it was well worth it: great variety of food and drinks and excellent quality. Parking can be a tad awkward or expensive (in all of Toulouse 2hr is 3 euros, but more than that jumps up to 12 euros); but if you travel around and use park and ride, it is very convenient.

Very well located next to the park and with a pool. Not too far from the city centre, and grocery store nearby. Good for children. We did not eat at the hotel as the gluten free options unfortunately were very limited.

My issue has been reported already but asking for €500 on arrival or the keys for the room I paid for could not be handed over was threatening , rude and insensitive in front of a large queue of guests waiting to check in. The hotel itself was lovely , nice room , room cleaning bit irregular but no complaints. Service at the bar was a bit dependent on who was on lovely young man always cheerful or older lady who talked constantly to other staff members and grudgingly served you . Cocktails were poor , aperol spritiz in a small wine glass with no soda and a dash of aperol was definitely not value for money. Family room for kids looked good . Hotel was lovely and clean , always plenty of pool towels . Loved the fact it backed onto beautiful gardens . But I am sorry the rude welcome to the hotel left a bitter taste as there was no apology , no compensation or even explanation. I had to be changed twice of room because they were dirty, and the airco was not working properly. The receptionist did what they could to help, but they could not do much. We came to celebrate our anniversary and our journey was ruined to be honest.

We spent one night and enjoyed the swimming pool. The service is personal and high level. We ate at the hotel but found it a limited menu and pricey but good food.

The hotel was good but we have a problem with the parking because our car was a bit higher so we had to park in the public parking lot and it didn't feel very safe. The pool was great and the dinner and play area too. The room was good but the door was a little bit broken.

I would like acknowledege a staff, Marrion in the reception who was very frieldly and supportive to my duaghter. Great smile and informative professional staff. I did not like the check-in time at 3pm though.

The room’s AC was not working at all and it was too hot to sleep. Hotel did not have anyone available to assist until the next day, when we were leaving.
