Comfortable room, nice swimming pool and very professional staff. Nice location next to the Japanese park but a bit away from center and train station.

The staff are rude and unfriendly. I and my team ( totally 12 persons paying the importants amounts) stayed at this hotel twice for long business trips and they still looking down on you unless you’re wearing a suit and tie. Very disappointed that Accor group has that kind of service . However , the stay at Mercure Centre Compans were totally different and very pleasant. Had to book Novotel because of unavailability of rooms at Mercure

5 night city break. Room requests all met - walk-in shower, twin beds. Nice to have direction access to the Japanese Gardens. Metro close by and a selection of shops and restaurants. Close to a section of the Canal. Breakfast a little disappointing.

Comfortable, clean, well located, very nice swimming pool, nice crew, BUT, the AC does not really work: it does not give very fresh air, even at its maximum.
