The hotel is conveniently located. The bus stop is close by, so the city center is a 20-minute ride away. Free parking is available on-site, which is very convenient. The rooms are clean and enough spacious for a short stay. Breakfast is very good, with good choice of sweets as well as cheese or cold cuts. J’ai effectué une réservation le jour même pour mes enfants,pour un séjour de 3 nuits et je savais qu’ils allaient arriver tard donc j’ai tenté de joindre l’hôtel qui m’a fait déjà attendre plus de 25 minutes avant de prendre mon appel. J’ai prévenu que mes garçons arriver tard vers 22 heures . j’ai mentionné aussi que le départ serait un départ tardive vers 14 heures. Ils m’ont dit que tout était OK et qu’il n’y avait aucun problème, sauf que le jour J à 11h le matin on a déjà commencé à les appeler pour leur dire de quitter la chambre, mon fils lui a répondu que c’était déjà prévu un retard tardive elle n’a rien voulu savoir, j’ai dû appeler et lorsque j’ai appelé elle m’a dit que rien n’avait été noté, rien n’avait été mentionné et que la chambre était réservée qui fallait absolument qu’il quitte les lieux . dit avec un temps froid et sec alors j’ai dit que son collègue n’avait pas fait le nécessaire et que c’était normal, elle m’a dit qu’elle y pouvait rien. En tout cas il n’y a rien de noté, il fallait absolument qu’il quitte les lieux, je trouve ça scandaleux c’est quand même la deuxième fois en très peu de temps dans les hôtels Ibis que le personnel est incompétent et désagréable Dans tous les cas, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, l’image du personnel du groupe accord reste sincèrement à revoir.
