Very helpful staff, in particular Sybile, who was so friendly a. efficient. She not only put time a. effort into finding rooms in a rather full hotel at very short notice for family visiting in Montpellier but also went the extra mile to make them feel very welcome. Lovely hotel, my family said they would definitely stay there again a. recommend it to anyone looking for a good hotel in Montpellier!

The restaurant food in the evening was disappointing or poor. The duck on the skewers was literally half pure fat which I had to leave behind on my plate. the aubergine longitudinal slices with it were hardly more than tough skin. The burger was not as good as at Burger King nearby, where we went the next day. The breakfast was alright except that several items tended to run out before we arrived in the morning. Additionally, I did not know that the hotel would block off a large amount of money (400 euro's) on my bank account upon us entering. Not knowing what exactly this meant, I could not take out any further cash from the account. This caused me anxiety during the four day stay. The bathroom was very good, the beds excellent, and the room was fine, except that there was no black tea available.
