Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay. We sincerely apologize for the unfavorable view from your family room. Our establishment is a hotel located near the highway exit. So indeed, we are not known and recognized for our view but for the service, quality, and amenities provided, as well as for our free parking. I am sorry that the complete renovation of the establishment, our staff's smiles, and the new bedding only merit 10/100. For your information, we were named by Accor the best Novotel hotel in Europe in 2025 for quality and customer satisfaction. Perhaps our brand does not meet your expectations at all, and a higher stars hotel would have been preferable for your stay. Keep this in mind for your future bookings to avoid being so disappointed.
