Staff was really nice and welcoming, hotel was extremely clean and well furnished. Small improvements you could consider: Refresh the room restrooms to match the rest of the room (we were in 156 and they felt out of date) Maybe have staff regularly free the sun beds next to the pool so that they do not get occupied by towels without people actually needed them. We did not use them but saw people annoyed by that, and that could lead to skirmishes between guests. We came back in our room at 23 and there was 2 room service plates laying on the floor, still there in the morning,

While it is a nice hotel, and I applaud the efforts to be green, the hotel's policy to guest requests seems to be to always answer no. For instance, the restaurant is only open between certain times, but if you want to bring in outside food to eat in the common area when the restaurant is closed, the answer is no. Or if you would like to have food from the restaurant served in the bar area, the answer is no. There is no ice machine, so you can only get it from the bar and you will have to wait for the bar staff to finish all the other drink orders to give you ice. We ended up stocking our water containers with ice at our friend's hotel (Marriott property). If you are looking for a hotel property that is focused on guest satisfaction, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Outdoor parking on hotell property within fences that closes at night (code to get through). Short distance to tram. We walked back from down town using 35 minutes through a neighborhod that is probably has seen better times.

An excellent experience again - I always trust this hotel to deliver a comfortable, straightforward stay. A few areas are looking a bit scuffed or in need of minor repairs, but this doesn’t detract from the overall very positive experience.

The experience was very poor, whilst your staff were perfectly nice when I raised the issue of the massive skip outside our room and police filled carpark I got a shrug…

Our establishment is a hotel located near the highway exit. So indeed, we are not known and recognized for our view but for the service, quality, and amenities provided, as well as for our free parking. I am sorry that the complete renovation of the establishment, our staff's smiles, and the new bedding only merit 10/100. For your information, we were named by Accor the best Novotel hotel in Europe in 2025 for quality and customer satisfaction. Perhaps our brand does not meet your expectations at all, and a higher stars hotel would have been preferable for your stay. Keep this in mind for your future bookings to avoid being so disappointed. The room was modern, spotless, and quiet. I’ll definitely return to this hotel, next time with my family, when visiting Montpellier. Thank you again for the warm and professional service! My flight was delayed by 24 hours, but the receptionist went above and beyond to help. They kindly spoke with the manager to adjust the pricing for the first night, even though the room was prepaid and non-changeable. At checkout, they offered me a deal to make up for the missed night—a gesture I truly appreciated.
