Horrible Hotel!!!

Already the entrance isn't very inviting. It's small, ugly and kinda dirty. The night was a desaster. There were very rude people partying all night also a bit aggressive. There was no chance to ask them to be more quiet. After some attempts I asked the receptionist to do something but she couldn't help either. She said that's it's quite normal and that they have often this kind of problems but no money for security. In the morning the other receptionist told me the same thing. Instead of (f.ex.) offering a coffee I had to pay but the machine only served instant coffee. The place isn't nice at all. The toilets don't have a sink to wash the hands. The receptionists werde quite friendly. I stayed at many, many places so far. But that was definitely one of the worst (the worst place).

I sent an email after my stay because there was an error over the invoice and they asked me to contact them via email, and to this day I still haven’t gotten an answer back.
