It is therefore perfectly normal that there is no staff on site after this time. This is part of the hotel's operating procedures. Regarding the crib, it was indeed provided and is in perfect working order. Simply follow the instructions to unfold it correctly. Finally, concerning the accessible room, you booked a standard room. For a budget hotel it was fine. Not having any kind of Aircon or just a little fan available was a big let down as our room was really warm.

We have stayed a this hotel for many years, and will continue to do so as it is so convenient - BUT - Interne / WiFi connection and all night car wash next door were disappointing - on the plus side, new outdoor furniture is a positive move.

Room was clean but sweltering hot because it was a heat wave and there’s no a/c. I wanted to adjust my reservation to not include because I had so much food saved from the night before and the front desk person would not let me. I tried to call and make the adjustment the evening before but I was told I needed to wait until the morning.

We arrived at the hotel in the evening so it was a ‘key pad ‘ reception. It was in the heat wave and expected the hotel to have air conditioning. It did not. I went down to reception and eventually spoke to a woman behind a door marked private. She did not open the door for our conversation. I asked about AC and she informed me that this (normally expected) service ran against the green credentials of the hotel, that they were conscious of their carbon footprint. I asked for a fan but that too was not available as the shops had non to sell. She suggested that I opened the window. I explained that we had our cat travelling with us and an open window, even on the narrow catch, would not prevent the cat from escaping. We were offered absolutely nothing to cope with the intense heat of the small room during the night. Totally unacceptable for a basic room, classed as budget but not operating a budget price for the night. So a sleepless night with an onward journey of six hours. Never again Ibis.

Dans ce cadre, nous avons fait le choix de ne pas installer de climatisation dans les chambres. Nous vous remercions pour votre compréhension.

Fab stopover on the way home. Exactly what we needed. Only downside was it was extremely noisy (traffic) with the window open and boiling with it shut.

We stopped overnight on our way down to the south of France. Very comfortable clean rooms. Nice warm shower and a nice breakfast in the morning. Great for what we needed.

The room was 28’c, there wasn’t a fly net on the window so when opened bugs started coming in, there were also people sat outside reception talking until 1:30am. Slept very badly from the heat and noise. Rooms need aircon or a fan. Otherwise the room was nice

This hotel is in a really good location just off the A28, but its amenities are not very good and I don’t understand why it doesn’t offer a cafe/bar facility on an afternoon or evening. It’s always busy but it only has one member of staff who in our experience wasn’t readily available considering it being so. Otherwise, there are 2 restaurants very close which open later but for food only. Also, we witnessed guests smoking in their room, blatantly, which meant smoke entered our room as they hung out the window above us. Not very nice.

. Booked me in. Seemed wifi didn't work either. We left at 12.30am fed up with the place. I used this place a lot but not anymore will be using a different establishment from now on.

The hotel met expectations once I was able to get in. But the reception was not attended at 9:15pm and the automatic check in machine refused to accept my code. Luckily a member of staff returned and he could not get the machine to work either, but was able to check me in manually. It was a very worrying experience and should not happen
