The location is very convenient (close to the motorway), the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again.

Smart hotel. Everything is clean. 2 restaurants within walking distance. Not far from shops. The right side of Rouen to get the ferry back to the UK for us. We have stayed 3 times. Happy with our stays and will stay again. Staff are amazingly helpful and polite!! Definitely recommend this hotel of any travellers.
