Our room had not been cleaned and still had dirty bed linen and dirty towels in the bathroom. With a perfunctory apology we were given another room which had been cleaned, but had no towels. After another visit to Reception we were given two towels, with no apology. We then realised that there was no remote control for the television, so made another visit to Reception, where we were provided with a remote, but again with no apology. We switched on the television to find a thumb-sized area of pixel damage resulting in a minor "sun". By this time we didn't feel it was worth mentioning this to Reception but perhaps if they read this the television might be replaced for the enjoyment of future guests.

This hotel needs a major overhaul. Rooms are really cramped and the pillows are really bad. The check-in machine did not work properly. Luckily a live person appeared to help me and some other guests out. He was very friendly.
