Smart hotel. Everything is clean. 2 restaurants within walking distance. Not far from shops. The right side of Rouen to get the ferry back to the UK for us. We have stayed 3 times. Happy with our stays and will stay again. Staff are amazingly helpful and polite!! Definitely recommend this hotel of any travellers.

Beds very hard. Room was cold when we arrived. When asked, we said we'd arrive after 18.00 but in fact arrived at 17.00. Maybe heating would have been put on sooner. Heater was a small electric wall radiator that was locked at 19°. Put out very little heat, especially as it was -3° outside. Rooms very small. Large bed but very little room around it. Bathroom was like a pod wash room adequate but felt very cheap. On the plus side, the room, bedding, and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Cleanliness would be 10/10. As usual it's indicative of the company letting down their staff, and not spending any money on the hotel. Staff were friendly, smiling and very helpful.
