Practical place to stay when on a long trip to southern France.

We arrived in the afternoon and used the automated check in only to realise that the room given to us wasn’t ready, the room hadn’t been cleaned and the beds were not made. After I found a member of staff, they corrected the mistake by giving us another room. The staff was very helpful and friendly but we felt let down by the computerised check in system. The hotel is very basic, but does the job when you just want to get some rest on a long journey to the south of France. There is a good restaurant just in walking distance.

The experience was generally good. The room was a bit smaller than other ibis budget hotels that we have been in. It was also disappointing that the bunk bed wasn’t ready.

brief but pleasant stay overnight in this budget hotel. room had been decorated and bathroom renovated since our last stay. everything was clean and comfortable. room was sparsley furnished but fine for an overnight stay. breakfast was good value for money and emptied plates/dishes were refilled promptly.

We stayed in Ibis Budget Rouen Nord Isneauville in November 2019. The room was clean, shower powerful and breakfast good. There is a restaurant just across the road which opens at 6pm. As we were travelling from the south of France to Calais we wanted to be north of Rouen to avoid morning rush hour city traffic. This hotel is perfectly situated out of town, close to the auto route.

Very nice welcome from the hotel reception staff. Comfortable, clean accommodation. The room on the top floor was quiet, despite the motorway being nearby. Excellent family restaurant (Le Comptoir Du Malt) opposite, good service and nice food, (obviously popular as very busy and queues for tables at 7:30 on a Friday night in October). Good buffet breakfast at the hotel and pleasant farewell from the reception staff when we left.

The receptionist was very friendly and was happy to help me practice my french! The room was comfortable, but the towels were missing. I had been reallocated s 3 bed room instead of the booked twin room and I found a towel in the bag of bedclothes for the third bed, so I didn't;t try to find the receptionist. Breakfast was good.

When we arrived after a long journey we were greeted with a very helpful and friendly receptionist who explained everything very clearly in English, which was greatly helpful as our knowledge of the French language is somewhat limited , the room basic but was very clean and tidy. This place was fine for one night. The room was clean although the bathroom smelt of urine. Finding great entrance was abit tricky although it was late when we arrived. Access was very easy and easy as long as you have your access code. Breakfast was ok and in line with a continental breakfast. I would stay here again for a one night stop

We have stayed at this ibis many times before and always been delighted but we were badly let down this time. We arrived late and tired, the code for the gate or the door to the building did not work that was on our paperwork having checked in online in advance then after managing to get into the building via other customers we went to our allocated room, the code worked this time to find a dirty, used room. By this time it was well after midnight. After many failed attempts to get anyone on the telephone via customer services, contact was made via the emergency button on the check in machine. The saga continued until eventually a new clean room was acquired and we eventually got to bed by 1.30. This meant we were tired and delayed for our ongoing journey - not happy or impressed and still waiting after a week for a response from customer services

Good location for an overnight stop when we travel from the Channel Tunnel to our mobile home in the Loire Atlantique. Clean rooms, friendly staff & an excellent buffet breakfast.

A comfortable night. No complaints about the room, except that there were no towels. Due to a slight misunderstanding when I told the receptionist that I wanted to practice my rather bad french, I got a 3 person room with overhead bunk, instead of the twin room I booked.Fortunately there was a towline the pack of bedclothes for the bunk bed. Breakfast was quite good. Overall, fairly goos for the price, pity about the towels.

Have stayed at this hotel, and other Ibis hotels, many times. Always easy to check in, even when the reception is closed overnight. Very convenient for an overnight stay. Only small problem is that we find the pillows slightly thin and would appreciate two pillows each. We'll be staying there again soon.
