This hotel ticked all our boxes. Fabulous location, sea views, professional staff, the comfiest beds plus spacious rooms with beautiful bathrooms. Particularly liked the rooftop bar.

We enjoyed our stay….room was good, view and bed were amazing, as was dinner at the restaurant…one of the best meals we had in France and the view was spectacular!

we ask for water- we ask for hard pillow and we never received them. our room was nice but we didn't even get water to our room. we have espresso machine and housekeeping put 2 tea to both of us. but to drink them you need water. espresso machine water tank was empty. and we have the right to drink 2 waters and we drink it and we have no more water in the room if we need to drink more water - or if we want to make espresso or if we need to drink tea. it is Sofitel and we paid good amount for our room but we didnt even have 2 extra bottle of water. thank you

I have stayed at this hotel many, many times over 15 years. It is a treasure - great location in a super city. The staff are as professional and kind as ever. The hotel is looking a little tired and there appear to have been some cost-saving measures: there are less staff around than before, the ground floor bar is closed in the evening, the room furniture is scuffed and scratched and the clock radios have disappeared from the rooms! But I still hugely enjoy staying there.

Can't be the views, the staff was very good and friendly. It took longer to check in as our room was not ready by 4.00pm. It was strange to see a pool but it is not the hotel pool as well.
