Me and husband went to Marseille to celebrate Honeymoon! We’re from the US. In contrast we’ve never experienced such attention to detail and accommodating service like we did at this hotel! Everyone was helpful and positive and ensured our stay had meaning to it! The access to the Spa and the Breakfast with a view like that was the highlight for us also! Some areas throughout the hotel is aged a bit but overalll we truly enjoyed ourselves

No baggage handler upon arrival; the receptionist told me that she may help "later"; no slippers in the room and had to call the reception for it with the receptionist asking if I am sure of this... SPA not available and not answering. Had to insist for an alternate solution. Of note, the second day the staff was very nice and tried their best to support.

the only downside with the room with balcony and view on the old port was that at night there is a lot of very loud music coming from some restaurant. In our case, on Friday and Saturday nights, loud thumping music went on from 10pm to midnight. You should warn people choosing those rooms about potential noise. Had we known, we would not have chosen that room.
