While I am pleased to read that you still appreciate our privileged location, I am truly sorry to learn that you feel the overall experience has declined over the years. It is particularly disappointing to read this from a returning guest who knows our hotel well and has experienced the standards we strive to uphold. Your comments regarding the reception experience, the attentiveness of our Ambassadors, the breakfast service and the overall level of customer care have received my full attention. In particular, I sincerely regret the waiting time at reception and the shortcomings you encountered during breakfast, notably the limited fruit selection, the lack of follow-up from our Ambassadors and the omission of your omelette order. These situations do not reflect the level of service we are committed to delivering. What concerns me most is your feeling that kindness and genuine hospitality are no longer consistently present. At Sofitel, the quality of human interactions is at the very heart of the guest experience, and I deeply regret that we did not convey this during your stay. We are delighted to read that you enjoyed our exceptional location, as well as the responsiveness of our Front Desk and Room Service teams. Your kind words about our Ambassadors across Reception, Room Service, the Bar and Les Trois Forts Restaurant are truly appreciated and will be shared with them with great pleasure. We also sincerely thank you for your constructive comments regarding the room décor and your dining experience at Les Trois Forts. While we are pleased that you enjoyed your overall experience, we are sorry to learn that the cuisine did not fully meet your expectations in light of the prices charged. Your feedback has been shared with our Executive Chef, as we continuously strive to deliver a gastronomic experience worthy of both our setting and our guests' expectations. Concerning your daughter's nut allergy, guest safety is our absolute priority. We are sorry that this limited her choice during your stay. Our culinary teams follow strict food safety procedures, particularly regarding allergens and the prevention of cross-contamination.
