However, I am sincerely sorry to learn that you encountered issues regarding your accommodation and breakfast. We strive to maintain high standards of comfort and quality, and it is regrettable that your room did not meet your expectations. The inconveniences related to odors, the state of the trash can, and the internet connection are matters we take very seriously. We will review these elements with our maintenance team to ensure a better experience for our future guests. Regarding the breakfast, I apologize for the lack of availability of certain foods and for the disturbances caused by the elevator maintenance noise. We do our best to schedule these interventions during off-peak hours to minimize disruptions. It is unfortunate that you were awakened so early on a Saturday morning without prior notice. I understand how frustrating that can be, especially during a relaxing stay.
