The hotel is very well located in relation to the Palais du Pharo, the employees were pleasant and the room clean. The restaurant is very good, with the beautiful view on the sea! The only negative point was the view from the room on the roofs.

We are very dissatisfied with the room we booked (4218). Main and biggest issue was the swimming trousers and shawl we found behind the right curtain. This belonged to the previous or previous guest in this room. When we left and payed the bill we complained and told your employee. Also the upholstery of the seat where you can put the suitcase was damaged Your hotel is not cheap and it is in my opinion unbelievable that this is possible Especially the clothes we found. The only reaction we got when paying was sorry. This is not enough in my opinion. Reimbursement or partial reimbursement of our stay should have been offered when we payed our bill. When we arrived at the destination I very pleasantly surprised of the location of the hotel and the outside terrace. The customer service was nice, except the spa who was treating me like I was patient 0. Spa ladies are rude unlike the hotel receptionists are very friendly and very helpful, anytime we asked for something they always accommodated us. I had a make up done for 40euros in the spa which looked horrible, I don't know what training they have but avoid at all cost. I had to re-do myself in the room. The room was the ugliest, the most horrible I've ever stayed for 611 euros / 4n. The walls, the carpet, the sofa looked so outdated and dirty. It looked like a crime scene next to the window - trying to figure out if it's blood or tomato sauce. The view was also horrible, thank god we didn't pay for upgrades because I don't know what worse room we could have got. The bathrooms again outdated... You pay for a premium hotel and you get close to a motel but with spacious space. The only positive in the trip is the gym, very nice gym - but only because it's shared with Sofitel. I would not go there for this price. I'm sure you can get the same quality for less money.

Old School elevator, rooms, toilets and walls, poor View on the roof, same on the pool, the wall under the stairs of the pool area and the floor tile needs a refresh. Staff is perfect, thats the very good point of the hotel, the restaurant, the terrace and views are perfect, same for the breakfast, Lunch was pretty good also. One point witch is not your fault is the back of the rowing building, not your fault at all but as a buisness owner i would discuss with them to 'clean' the back. Anyway the Stay was perfect, all my family enjoy it, the staff is very attentive. Thanks alos for accepting dogs ! Will come back for sure !

The pool area (and the bar/restaurant bit next to it) are lovely. The rooms are basic, but clean and the aircon works well. Generally an absolutely fine, if unspectacular hotel.

good hotel, nice breakfast view, good pool. the staff did their best to satisfy our needs and requests immediately. it appears that the hotel caters primarily to French speaking guests, since there were very few signs in English. It helps if you speak a few words of French, but even if you dont, the staff all speak English so that helps. However, I still dont know the English terms for everything I tried at breakfast :) There are shops nearby, but the breakfast was well worth it. Rooms are spacious, there's a separate toilet and bath. The queen size bed was a bit tight, but the couch opens up if needed. Bring your power extension cord with you if you have a lot of gadgets. The fridge and coffee maker came in handy, and the air con worked great.

Well, a bit desappointed as the hotel room need to be refurbished however very clean and have only 2 plugs (1 in the corridor near the toilet). Think M. Dubrule and Pelisson that my father used to know will be not really happy with it. The location near a large road is not really safe for family and the restaurant roof top is not the one of the Novotel but the next door Sofitel, it’s not clear on the website pictures. About the staff, all of them, cleaners, front desk, waiters and waitresses I have to say that they are very friendly and professional ; rare enough, thank you to all of them.

Difficult to find an adéquate place in the parking. No room upgrade, the I was again with the street View. I received a welcome drink voucher, but the welcome drink was invoiced on the restaurant bill.

I am not very . happy with the car park. Ticket does not work for the duration of the stay. Ticket does not work at night, need to call night security thru interphone, security does not answer etc etc

I felt like I was in a badly managed hotel: some rooms had access to slippers but others didn't (written nowhere, of a poor taste) as a gold member i would expect to get slippers and a robe. The chair in the room was clearly a conference room chair, there were 2 different types of desk. Everything felt recycled. The bathroom of the hotel didnt have soap. The choice of breakfast was very limited compared to other hotels. The was given a long chair at the pool which was ripped. It’s really time to renovate this hotel.

We have experienced that the standard in France is quite a bit lower than in some other European countries. However, the kindness of the staff and the terrace with very nice view AND swimming pool make it worth while.

We stayed in this hotel at the end of a touring holiday around the south of France. We had requested a room suitable for a disabled person as the friend I was travelling with had broken her ankle prior to the trip and was on crutches. We arrived early as we had to return our hire car and the staff were so helpful checking us in early and we spent some time by the lovely pool until our room was ready. Our room had a huge double bed and a double sofa bed. It had a good sized wet room type bathroom and the hotel provided a shower proof stool so my friend could sit and shower comfortably. When we were around the pool the staff worked exceptionally hard to keep it neat, tidy and clean, and were very helpful to my friend with taking drinks to her to save her from trying to get up and move around the wet poolside on crutches. All of the food was fresh and beautifully cooked and the only request I would ask was that they prune the greenery around the bar so you can see the beautiful view a bit more.

This hotel is nicely located at the end of Port of Marseilles offering astonishing views on the port and the sea. Service is Ok but could be better. Especially at the restaurants (Novotel and Sofitel) where the young waitresses offers a really bad service. They obviously don't like their job. Rooms at the Novotel could be upgraded. with fogged bay windows and faded rooms and hallways.
