En effet, nous n'avons pas reçu à temps notre commande auprès de l'office de tourisme. I've stayed at a few novotels. This was average for the price. The rooms were expensive and dated. Not like most Novotels. The Barman in the evening was exceptional that made up for the lack of interest by other staff. He was friendly and attentive. The reception was also good. Breakfast staff very average. Not the accor service I would like really. Probably due to language difficulties.

We just stayed the one night, had a nice executive room overlooking the port. Staff were friendly and the food was good, though we would have liked some more organic things. Well stocked bar!

Overall very good but there was no effort to make New Years Eve an event. In fact the bar closed at midnight so returning from the town the place was empty.

The room is not a 4* hotel room and of sure is not an executive one. Too small for 3 people, the smelt was terrible, bot clean... I though that thanks to my new diamond status the experience will be unforgettable... I was really disappointed.

When I had a shower before my check out, the cleaning woman came in my bedroom, and she saw me naked.

Nous sommes navrés qu'une personne de notre équipe soit entrée par erreur dans votre chambre pendant votre douche. Nous avons échangé avec elle sur la situation et elle nous a assuré avoir quitté les lieux, dès le moment où elle s'est aperçu que vous étiez dans la salle de bain. Comme notre chef de réception vous l'a indiqué à votre départ, nous vous avons crédité 1000 points courtoisies sur votre ALL - Accor. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Close to major tourist interests but without noise. We drove a SUV and in and out underground garage was a little challenging due to acute turn with narrowed space. It may not be an issue for tourists from European or other other countries where they are used to such narrowed passage. But we are spoiled in the US with much larger parking space. The room is modern and clean. The beds are comfortable. All staff were super nice and helpful. One front desk receptionist even googled for me to find a best route to the Notre Dame by walking.

Room was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have access to more choices for television shows. Perhaps Netflix? Lastly the dinner menu had choices that were tantalizing but that did not really transfer to the taste of the dishes. A bit disappointing and very limited choices for small children..

Staff was always helpful, friendly and assisted with providing information. The a ability to order food from the bar prior to the restaurant being open was a life saver. The windows, walls and door do not block the slightest of outside sounds (even the gulls could be heard). Also, there is no fan or AC and we had to keep the windows open as the room was so hot at night.

This is a simple but comfortable hotel placed near the Old Port but not close to the city center. Because Marseille's public transport system is not convenient it is better to have your own transport to get there and move around. They have a convenient parking inside the hotel that is shared with the Sofitel, a better but much more expensive hotel from the same company group. The rooms are basic but comfortable with all the necessary things for a good stay. Nevertheless they have an unpleasant stinky odour. The breakfast is good andis served in a room with beautiful views over the Old Port. Value for money is good.
