Hotel is generally good although undergoing quite extensive renovations causing the hotel to resemble more a building site… the bed in the room is incredibly uncomfortable too providing little support and a poor nights sleep. Breakfast was ok but expensive for wha ‘tis offered

I got a room into the old part of the building. I was disappointed by the experience to tell the truth, I was usually into a more confortable part of the hotel. Not at the level of what is expected at Novotel. These rooms really need to be renovated, however the bathroom will remain small. Our group asked to be located at another hotel next time.

Amazing location, perfect to discover Marseille for the first time! Staff was nice and very helpful… they gave us great advice about where to visit during our trip. Food was amazing, as usual in France :) We also really appreciated the ecological commitment of Novotel (regarding water consumption reduction in the shower). Overall, would definitely recommend!!
