No internet in the room for 3 nights i spend there, without any real solution (huge impact on my work). Clim doesnt work, they bring a mobile clim at the end. Very simple room. In comparison with the price it does't deserve and at this price we can have better much better

Nous comprenons parfaitement à quel point l’absence de connexion Internet dans votre chambre a pu perturber votre travail, et nous vous présentons nos excuses pour ce désagrément majeur, d’autant plus qu’aucune solution immédiate et satisfaisante n’a pu vous être apportée. De même, nous regrettons le dysfonctionnement de la climatisation et le délai dans la mise à disposition d’un appareil mobile. Concernant le confort de la chambre, nous sommes désolés qu’elle vous ait semblé trop basique au regard du tarif. Votre remarque a bien été transmise à nos équipes afin d’améliorer la qualité de nos prestations et le suivi technique de nos équipements. Votre déception est parfaitement compréhensible et nous en sommes profondément navrés. Nous espérons malgré tout avoir l’occasion de regagner votre confiance lors d’un futur séjour dans de meilleures conditions. Our room was fine although the bathroom could do with a bit of TLC or refreshing and there could have been more USB sockets. Annoyingly, there was no shaver socket in the bathroom nor a shaving mirror, and the light was dimmer than I would have liked. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were very good (the coffee machine was an adventure!) as was the lunch that we had.

The employees were very nice but I felt that the quality of accomodation and breakfast were sub par. In the room, the toilet had slight smells even after cleaning, the trash can was broken and never fixed, the internet was non existant even after complaints, we had to use our cell phones' networks for meetings. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10 but even at 9:30, some things had disappeared and we had to ask for eggs, lemon slices and were told that there were no more fruits, the orange juice was supposed to be be freshly squeezed but was not. The last straw as a man fixing the elevator and wakings us up at 8 AM on a saturday morning without any notice from the staff. After complaining, they paid for our parking (25 euros/night) but that is it. Won't go back there.

It was OK but not exceptional. I’m not sure who grades your hotels but they should deduct one star for the ones I’ve stayed in. Eg the paint on the back of the bathroom door was peeling off- part of the basin waste was missing. The room smelt of stagnant water on entry. Positives - the staff were friendly and helpful - the view of the harbor from the restaurant was the best part.

Lovely staff, but the whole hotel looks and feels unloved and is desperately in need of a refurb. The location is really good. A 5 minute bus ride from the Vieux Port. The rooms are really nice. Funnily enough my stay at the Sofitel next door also showed me another unloved hotel, and needing a major refurb.
