Room fine and breakfast (paid extra) good. Arrived late, not obvious how to get access. Grumpy reception person eventually turned up and had a moan because I could not see how to get in - had to use a different entrance☹️

On entry the hotel could inprove its signage as its easly to overshoot. Car park was fine and entry to rooms easy. Evething clean and tidy and staff on reception were very helpful. The rooms were missing a kettle and mugs which would have given it a higher score.

Exactly what you want for the price point next to the buses into the centre. Clean bedding, great shower, 10 second walk to the bus stop.

Don’t be fooled by the external images yes this is where you check in and have breakfast but the reality is that is the Ibis Styles. Whilst both hotels are physically joined it is in the sense they east Berlin was physically joined to West Berlin!! There is literally a clear dividing line where the carpet and wall decor changes from West to East (nice to stark) the room remembles a spicier era Prison cell but probably smaller. You can literally hear every minute sound from the hallway, neighbouring rooms and floor above.. On the positives it was cheap ,there is secure car park and the breakfast was basic but plentiful and the location is easily accessible for overnight stay to break up a longer journey. However I would not recommend unless you are on the tightest of budgets. The ibis style rooms looked to better decorated, but essentially are in same building so how much better can they be? There seem to be multiple hotels within few 100 metres so maybe look at one of them.

Good location for motorways but too far away walking with my dog to get to rouen old town by foot. Room, like most hotels, too hot at night because the duvet was too thick so had a very poor nights sleep. But staff were lovely and very helpful.

Room was minuscule and outdated. On the ground floor with insufficient heating. Cannot fit two people with minimal luggage. No space for clothes. Tiny bathroom with paper thin towels and no hair dryer, only one hook to hang a towel from.

we specially choose budget ibis, we were in rouen for 2 days and we knew that we will use the room just to sleep andd shower . so in that case it is ok do not expect something luxury, stuff was friendly and doing their best . Breakfast served with other ibis hotel it was nice brakfast like i say stuff was doing best but the other customers were not so patient and attacking the breakfast ;)
