Being on night shift for work, I stopped by this hotel to sleep in the afternoon. They provided a very quiet room at the end of the corridor and when I woke up, they offered me a coffee and a sandwich, that was extremely kind and much appreciated

Booked this room for a stop on our way to Brittany, so we hoped for a good night of sleep because of the long drive the next day. Airconditioning was not working in the room. Before going out for dinner, we told the ladies at the desk and they said they would turn it on. After dinner, still a very hot room and no airconditioning. Again, we went to the reception and they said they would fix it. Tried to sleep, but still no working airco. Opened a window, but then the curtains didn’t close and we had a lot of light from outside. Also still kids playing on the parking lot outside our room till 00:00. Closed the window again, because due to the light and noise we couldnt sleep. 01:00, went to the reception again, since it was more than 30 degrees in our room and sleeping was impossible. New guy at the reception, who didnt sleak English. He said the he would turn the airco on. Went back to the room, but still no airconditioning. So returned to the guy at the desk, who started laughing about our complaints, since the airco was on according to him and otherwise we could open the window…. We demanded a new room, since it was almost 01:30 and we didn’t sleep at all. Next room: also no working airconditioning!!! Asked the guy to come to the room and see for himself, since he was still convinced the airco was working in both rooms! Now he noticed it too, but there was nothing he could do. Luckily this window was at the garden site of the hotel, so no noise and no light. We slept a couple of hours with the window open, but no airco… Next day, we complained again at the reception and got a 50% refund.

Nous sommes conscients que les conditions D. votre séjour ont été très loin D. ce que vous espériez, et nous espérons que le geste commercial a pu compenser cette mauvaise expérience.
