They let us in breakfast at 9:40am They didn’t even warn us that breakfast was ending at 10AM. They started to put away the food at 9:55AM without telling us. Waste of 40euros for breakfast. The coffee machine was also broken and there was hair in the scrambled eggs.

We stayed for three nights in order to explore historic Rouen, the bus service into the city is very good and your team member explained this to us, our room was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet given that we were close to the reception. The bed was good to sleep on and the food in the restaurant was very good.

Room had a bad smell which may have which was dismissed by the hotel reception. Small sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable. No liners in bin. No sugar in room. Rest of hotel was great, location, swimming pool - restaurant was nice

Hotel was well located for a night stopover. There is a pool which was lovely for the kids, but it did require some maintenance. There were a few loose paving stones.

My booking failed as the hour went past midnight and I had to turn up in person. I knew there were rooms available, and what the rates were, as I had just been through most of the booking process. However, the receptionist struggled with the system, failed to acknowledge my Gold status, went as far as to suggest I go to another hotel, before finally managing to book me an accessible room at a higher rate, instead of a normal room at the publicly advertised rates. I should have also been entitled to a room upgrade given my status.
