The staff are very welcoming and check in was quick and efficient. There is a restaurant on site which was very good. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. However the room was in need of redecorating in parts and looked a little tired.

Check in was friendly & helpful and room was OK (except for an odd smell from the bathroom sink). However service at bar and restaurant from the two male staff was brusque & unhelpful. Cutlery was dirty. The tartare de saumon was nice but the gyoza poke bowl was poor. The rice & veg was so cold it was like eating ice cream and the gyoza had cooled sitting on this bed. Breakfast was OK. I have stayed in Ibis, Mercures, Novotel & Sofitel. This was the first big disappointment.

We had a good stay, the location was good the room was good. My only issue was the cost of dinner at the restaurant was nearly the same as the room price. And for the quality of food this didn’t match.
