We stop at the Novotel Rouen sud two or three times each year as it is convenient for our travel pattern. Always clean, comfortable and welcoming. Suggest a review of protection around the fire hode reel in ground floor corridor as on this occasion I knocked my head against a sharp edge on the reel.

Love the hotel, but this time the bedroom and public areas were a bit cool
