Was initially disappointed that the second bed/pull out sofa bed was not made up. Room looked to have AC but it didn’t work. Cheap room and we were happy to drive into Annecy.

Comfortable mattress, The room wasn’t cleaned after first night and we really needed to be hoovered as I used a medicine on skin and was all over the floor like flour. We’ve been given fresh towels after I requested them. No tea or coffee facilities and there is no soap for the sink but had to open all the time the door in the shower and take from there hand soap.

Unfortunately, the stay did not meet expectations. In the room, there was no soap available at the handwashing basin. The only soap dispenser was fixed to the wall inside the bathroom/shower area, making it impractical to use for the sink. The room temperature was around 26°C, which was quite uncomfortable. Opening the window to get fresh air was not a viable solution, as the noise from the road was very strong—almost as if the cars were passing directly through the room. As a result, we were not able to sleep well during the night. Additionally, the bedding was not in good condition, which further impacted comfort. At check-out early in the morning, the service was also disappointing. The receptionist did not leave his seat or approach us. From a distance, he simply told us to leave the key on the reception desk, without any interaction or basic customer service. Considering the price paid (almost 100€/ day), I expected a better level of comfort and service. Improvements in room amenities, and customer service would significantly enhance the overall experience.

We booked 3 x accessible rooms, a few days before arrival we received a call asking if we can swap these rooms for 3 rooms with 3 proper triple beds next to eachother. Upon arrival, the rooms were not next to eachother and only one was a triple room, the others had a fold out bed which is not what we were promised and was extremely uncomfortable. Reception was very rude and unhelpful.

We must firmly clarify that the accessible rooms you originally booked and the rooms you agreed to switch to are strictly identical in terms of bedding configuration and overall comfort. The only difference lies in the bathroom, which is adapted for accessibility purposes. Consequently, the fold-out beds are exactly the same in both room types. This was clearly explained and agreed upon during the phone call prior to your arrival. It is therefore not justified to raise complaints regarding elements that were fully disclosed and accepted in advance. Furthermore, the rooms allocated to you are normally sold at a higher rate than the ones initially booked. Under these circumstances, we cannot accept the nature of your complaint, as the service provided was entirely in line with what had been communicated and agreed.

It's a basic accomodation, but offering everything you need. Room was clean and very sound-proof. Breakfast more than I would have expected in a budget hotel. Friendly staff. One area for improvement: the carpet in the hallway could have used some extra vacuuming cleaning

Hôtel un peu loin du centre ville à pieds mais personnel agréable . Il est appréciable d'avoir un parking sur place, fermé à partir de minuit . La double fenêtre permet de ne rien entendre de la circulation extérieure et la chambre était au calme, nous n'avons pas entendu de bruit .
