The price was really cheap and the room was fine, small but complete. But the shared toilets were really dirty and uncomfortable.

Dirty. Not fulfilling covid hygienic measures

We got a different type of room than reserved. After being in the room and complain we were offered a change, which makes us unsure about covid safety and hygienic measures. Toilets were dirty. Showers stopped at 20:00. The cradle for the baby came without any drap, we got it after insisting. We didn't feel save regarding covid measures

We wanted to let you know that the fact you changed room didn"t effect hygienic measures. Regarding the showers stopped at 8pm, we also wanted to let you know it is actually because of covid measures that we have to close them in order to proced to their full desinfection. They are also desinfected throughout the day after each use. After 8pm, it is still possible to have a shower but you have to adress the receptionnist in order for him/her to open a shower for you and then desinfect it when you leave and lock it again after you. The room was tiny and felt like a jail cell, despite being described as ‘premium’. The reception staff were not unpleasant. The breakfast was disappointing. The air-con in the room was worse than useless. The location was good if you are passing that way, but there are better hotels nearby. The communication with Accor was confusing. The price was high for such mediocrity. I may have been bitten by bed-bugs. The positives? The hotel didn’t burn down. The management weren’t arrested for fraud. There were no prostitutes waking us up.

I had a renovated room - shower in room is nice but no towels thus useless. No warning at booking that no towel included. No towel available at reception neither. Old style room for lower price concept was better for me.

Room was clean, hotel was competitively priced. I preferred when breakfast was self service and you could have more than one coffee.

It was good to see that the hotel is at long last been renovated. The smelly floor coverings have been replaced and new beds. Now much better. The receptionist on the morning we left was very polite and helpful

Location good, staff very pleasant. We have stayed in quite a few F1 hotels in France & they have been the type with shared facilities, this time we stayed in a Cabrio room & to be honest we did not enjoy it - now you have added a private shower room with toilet facilities it has taken too much space off the actual room, there is no table & chair & as I needed to send emails I had to sit on the bed to do so ! There is also very little hanging space for clothes - 2 wall hangers. There is very little room in the shower room & once the door is closed it is awkward to use the sink for teeth cleaning etc without keep banging your arm on the door, the sink is too small for any use. Also as it had en-suite facilities we expected towels as all other hotels we stay in with private facilities do provide them, I know we provide our own for shared facilities & that is fine but didn't think we would need them for a Cabrio room. The bed was like lying on a piece of wood. very, very hard. We would NOT book a Cabrio room again - it was totally disappointing.

The toilet was not very cleaned. The room was filled with chemical product. Compared to other F1 hotels, this one is by far my worst.

I have used F1 hotels in the past and I know that its a budget hotel chain but didnt expect such poor lodging. The room had two single beds despite my reservation of family room. The carpets and decor was extremely dirty and tired with a bad smell. Despite the rooms being none smoking the smell of cigarette smoke was overpowering and as an asthmatic caused a very restless night. Breakfast was poor with stale bread that seemed as if it had been cut and left out for hours.

Stay was ok, but I chose your hotel , because check out is on 12. Unfortunately on 10 am housekeeping knocked to door, and try to go inside, on the door was DND card. rest ok. Was clean and tidy.

I was travelling with my family so I had to book two rooms. When we arrived the people at desk was talking over its mobile phone and he kept talking all the time while trying to find out my booking. The feeling we had was like we are not customers but he did us a favor by giving us our lock code to enter our rooms. We never saw him again.
