Dreadful experience

We arrived at our room to find the bed unmade. The duvet was hanging out of the window in an obvious attempt to remove the stink of smoke which didn't work. The receptionist had to come and prepare the room whilst we stood outside in the corridor for 10 mins, not ideal after an 11 hour drive. The room was damp as was the duvet. The smell of cigarettes wad over powering. The toilet had 4 sheets of paper left. On a positive the breakfast was ok. It was an appalling stay and we couldn't wait to get away. F1 have been OK for us in the past but I will be avoiding them after this experience.

No space at all. Douche okay. Not any room to move. Privé quality very bad. We will no book anymore f1. I think the problem is no innovation at all in twenty years. F1 is losing the competion! That is a pity

The price was really cheap and the room was fine, small but complete. But the shared toilets were really dirty and uncomfortable.

Dirty. Not fulfilling covid hygienic measures

We got a different type of room than reserved. After being in the room and complain we were offered a change, which makes us unsure about covid safety and hygienic measures. Toilets were dirty. Showers stopped at 20:00. The cradle for the baby came without any drap, we got it after insisting. We didn't feel save regarding covid measures

We wanted to let you know that the fact you changed room didn"t effect hygienic measures. Regarding the showers stopped at 8pm, we also wanted to let you know it is actually because of covid measures that we have to close them in order to proced to their full desinfection. They are also desinfected throughout the day after each use. After 8pm, it is still possible to have a shower but you have to adress the receptionnist in order for him/her to open a shower for you and then desinfect it when you leave and lock it again after you. Be assured that your comment will be shared with our team in order to make some changes. Sincerely,

Small and uncomfortable

The room was tiny and felt like a jail cell, despite being described as ‘premium’. The reception staff were not unpleasant. The breakfast was disappointing. The air-con in the room was worse than useless. The location was good if you are passing that way, but there are better hotels nearby. The communication with Accor was confusing. The price was high for such mediocrity. I may have been bitten by bed-bugs. The positives? The hotel didn’t burn down. The management weren’t arrested for fraud. There were no prostitutes waking us up.

I had a renovated room - shower in room is nice but no towels thus useless. No warning at booking that no towel included. No towel available at reception neither. Old style room for lower price concept was better for me.

Room was clean, hotel was competitively priced. I preferred when breakfast was self service and you could have more than one coffee.
