Shower cupicles showerhead holders were all broken so you had to hold the shower. Bedroom was clean and bed was comfortable. Room was very small and nowhere for our luggage.

Really bad service! I asked room upgrade (at this F1 they have new renovated rooms) as I am Platinum member and the receptionist was very rude and didn’t upgrade me.
