We stayed at ibis Styles Bordeaux Sud Villenave-d'Ornon few times as on the way to our family home in France. Was always a nice stay, however this last time we experienced a lowering in quality, the room was dirty, the restaurant closed for the dinner and the breakfast less good than usual. It’s a pity because the hotel is nice but lost in appeal.

Bathroom had dirty skirting boards, brown mould in corners of the shower and although the bathroom was clean on our arrival someone had passed urine in the toilet and not flushed it. The towels were very old discoloured and thin. The coffee at breakfast is not drinkable and the fresh orange juice machine was not working again.

From initial booking to check in plus check out the whole experience was great and a credit to the staff On arrival cheerful welcoming female staff equally on check out plus breakfasts male staff members were a credit to the hotel providing good customer service and accomadating for our dog Room was clean plus very comfortable bed Breakfast was superb / excellent and plenty of choice Best IBIS we have stayed in so far well done ibis styles Bordeaux team
