The hotel is a comfortable, clean hotel and our room was a good size with smart shower room. The staff are friendly and the breakfast had a good selection served buffet style. There is one thing I expect of a 4* hotel which was missing. The St Jean restaurant was closed Saturday and Sunday. I had planned to eat there on Sunday and checked the AllAccor website before booking to see it advertised as open every day. Had the restaurant been open as advertised I would have rated my stay as very satisfied.

Appreciate the complimentary supply of sparkling water and croissants, and reception staff were helpful, but the room was dimly lit and the colour of the walls and carpet could be lighter to light up the room.

The reception was helpful, and the hotel is within walking distance of the main strip, where you can shop, walk around, see a show, and visit a museum. The bed and pillows were amazing.
