A great 2 night stay with my sister. Staff were so helpful, breakfast great with lots of choice. The attached restaurant was faultless - we had a superb dinner. Super location for onward rail travel. Will definitely be back!

We had trouble finding the entrance as no one was was at the entrance at 3.00 on a Sunday.We thought it was the entrance to the restaurant which was closed.When we found a staff member she was lovely and explained how to get around Bordeaux.

Room was available for me at the time of arrival. I had not expeted to be staying in Bordeaux for the night and so hadn't booked. The room was as expected from a Mercure Hotel and I had a pleasant stay.
