We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the room upgrade, which was offered as part of my Accor status and in celebration of our 1st wedding anniversary trip. A big thank you as well for the canalés and the sweet handwritten note in the room — such a thoughtful and personal touch. The hospitality was excellent throughout, and we especially want to thank Melissa for her warm and attentive service. She really made us feel welcome. The location is also great — conveniently close to the train station and just about 10–15 minutes from the city center, making it easy to get around. Looking forward to coming back!

Very well located, right in front of Bordeaux main train station. Surprisingly calm despite its location. Very welcoming and competent staff. Room clean, well lit and equipped, sufficiently spacious although some additional storage space might be necessary for longer stays. Very good restaurant in-house. Breakfast offered as of 06:00 (special arrangement due to very early departure) was an extra plus. Seamless check-in / check-out process without delays.

Well located close to the rail station, very comfortable room , quiet at night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived late but we're offered a room service meal including an extremely tasty Brazilian vegetarian dish. Breakfast buffet was well presented and good variety of sweet and savory foods. Good value for room and food. The hotel kept our bags after checkout and we were able to use the lounge (and have tea) to wait for our train time. Tram very close making the city centre easily accessible. An excellent place to stay in Bordeaux. Highly recommend
