This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel. It was lovely both times. One big plus for me is the closeness to Gare St Jean, and the tram network.

Nice hotel, clean, great service, good food. Overall good stay. Location wise it’s across Bordeaux mainstation and trams/busses are literally on your doorstep.

I don't like stairs in my room, it wasn't cosy, but I was grateful to get my room at midday.

The hotel is nice, close to the station, the staff was friendly and professional. The room was good, but at 2am, someone from the room next door entered mine. It's the first time I don't fee secure in a hotel. Quite unpleasant to wake-up in the middle of the night face to face to a stranger. The person in question was a guest like me and was as surprised as me and nothing bad happened, but I could not sleep after that. I will avoid this hotel in the future.
