Dear Sir and Madam Y., Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the delay in making your room available upon arrival. We fully understand how frustrating it must have been to wait after a long transatlantic journey, a connecting flight, and a taxi ride, especially when the room was expected to be ready from 2:00 p.m. Unfortunately, on the day of your arrival, we experienced an unexpected issue with our external housekeeping provider, which was beyond our direct control. As soon as we became aware of the situation, our team did everything possible to prioritize the preparation of your Privilege Suite and have it ready for you as quickly as possible. We are truly sorry that, despite our efforts, you were inconvenienced by the delay. Regarding the water, we would like to clarify that, as part of our sustainability policy, complimentary bottled water is available upon request at reception upon arrival. In addition, filtered water fountains are available on each floor for our guests' convenience. We apologize if this information was not clearly communicated during your check-in. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We will contact you directly by email shortly regarding a gesture of compensation for the inconvenience caused by the delayed room availability.
