This was our fourth or fifth stay at this hotel, chosen because its good transport links suit us. Three days. Accor platinum. We were offered an upgrade, but decided to keep the room we had booked, split level with tiny balcony overlooking the street. Clean and comfortable. A couple of minor irritations— empty bathroom dispensers (quickly put right) and an empty water cooler on our floor from the afternoon before we left, did not detract from our overall satisfaction with the stay. We shared our welcome gift, a single cannelle.
