my rating goes from perfect to disastified depending on the person at the reception. With the usual contact everything is smooth ( get the key, pay, get the invoice by mail, get a booking for the week after) With the non competent people you have from time to time like last sunday, I have to confirm that the room is not prepaid. I have asked the invoice per mail and booking for next sunday andnothing is done
