Reception staff was charming, it was great that our request for communicating rooms was followed and one of the rooms was spacious. The second room was quite small with a smaller bed. The rooms were not as clean as one would hope for. The chair in the larger room (306) had a very unsightly and suspicious brown stain on it, there were a couple of stains on the bedsheets (although old, the sheet had clearly been washed and ironed) and there was a smell of drains coming from the tiny bathroom in room 307.

The room 504 we have been given at 21 pm had not been cleaned. It was used by somebody before, there was trash and it was obviously used, also in the bathroom. After a long day of travelling this was not the experience I was looking for. I went to the reception, and was given a different room. However, the experience was bad. Futhermore, the carpet in the hotel looked really used and not clean.

After a very long journey by Eurostar from Manchester UK we only had to walk a few hundred meters from our platform to the hotel. We were welcomed by a very friendly receptionist & we’re in our toom in minutes. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent- freshly made madelines, delicious bacon, eggs to safely boil yourself to your own liking. & fresh breads & croissants. We have already booked for our return journey.

Fair room, very small bathroom. Impossible to regulate the temperature of the shower, in which it was difficult to move due to its size. When we arrived there was no soap in the shower and they forgot to refill it when we asked for it. One of the days the room was left uncleaned. The breakfast was not very varied and the small dining room too. Comfortable beds, well soundproofed room. I wouldn't recommend it
