The room was nicely air conditioned, very clean and comfortable bed. We opted for the breakfast and so glad we did as it kept us going all day. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Great location opposite train station and easy access to trams and buses. Great value for money.

We arrived later than expected due to transport issues. Friendly staff at reception welcomed us and gave us the necessary information for us to enjoy our stay. Breakfast next morning was plentiful, a good variety of food was available and the dining area was kept clean giving guests a relaxing experience.

The room was small but adequate and the hotel was very near the station and some nice restaurants. I was staying one night only with a train booked early in the morning so the hotel suited my needs. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The only criticism is that the room smelt of cigarettes which was unpleasant.

Overall a reasonable stay in a central location. I don't want to be too negative, but I felt that a couple of paper cups should have been provided for teeth cleaning, and a plug for the hand basin. It made wet shaving very challenging and used far more water than required. Not a saving. Otherwise, the desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and quite adequate.

Bed was sagging in the middle. Room was too hot and the temp dial to operate the room fan was broken because only warm air was blowing out even at lowest temperature setting. Upon asking why the AC wasn't working the reply was the whole building AC was not on. We received a dented table fan to use. No ice available from reception. Need to place deposit for hair dryer, adapter, charger.
