Good value hotel in a good position when travelling. Very friendly and welcoming reception staff made a very good first impression. Our small dog was also made to feel very welcome,Tthe rooms are standard, so small but adequate, the bed was comfortable. there were some stains on the floor which were a bit off putting although the room in general was clean. the breakfast was very acceptable and included fresh fruit salad and yoghurt as well as the usual cereals, bread,cakes and coffee. We would definitely stay at this hotel again, because of the welcoming staff and the convenient location.

The room we stayed in was small but was clean and convenient. The hotel is located less than a kilometre along a path to the local tram station which is opposite shops.

The building is old and dated and in a need of renovation. I think the price is a little high for a 2 star hotel, but I guess is inflated because of the highway. One thing that annoyed me was to have to pay extra to have my pet in the room with me, when all they had in their website was that the hotel was pet friendly. I get that some animals pee and poop and the extra money is for cleaning purposes, but maybe we should only pay if they do something wrong. Mine even slept in the transporter, so... Overall it was a nice place to sleep and charge batteries for our remaining trip.

Everyone was extremely friendly and efficient. The breakfast was delicious. Just one minor point: our grand daughter stupidly forgot a T-Shirt in room 302 (on the bunk) - night of 23rd August), but it was not found. Quite understandable, as you are very busy with other customers!

The shower door had a hole so when having a shower the floor got filled with water, i also paid for 4 breakfasts and when we came down at 11o’clock i was told that breakfast finished at 9:30 i was not informed of this when I booked so i paid €26 and had to go somewhere else to eat breakfast to make it even worst the machine in the lobby was out of all drinks so not a good experience

All as expected but room smelled like a smokers room. Asked for another room but none was made available.

Good experience at reception. Very friendly and welcoming. Room prepared to a good standard. Would stay there again.

There is no innovation since long time... in accord hotels.

On the website and confirmation booking it clearly states 3 breakfasts paid for, however at reception we were asked to pay extra for children’s breakfast!!!

I was charged more than the rate at booking but too tired to argue when checking in. At breakfast the manager tried to insist our party of 5 needed to sit at separate tables even though the room was nearly empty. When I asked if they had any breakfast items gluten free he merely shrugged like I was an idiot. Basically we were treated like an inconvenience and not like guests. I regularly stay in Accor hotels and use this particular one. The manager on this occasion was just plain rude

room was good, but there was a very rude lady that I assume was the owner.
