We had in februar booked a Cabrio room with OWN bathroom and toilet. When we arrived it was not possible: reconstruction. No communication so we had the opportunity to look for another hotel. The manager was terrible: not interested. The hotel smelled terrible (urine). When a hotel is under contruction at this way you have to close it. Shared toilet and bathroom was dirty. A lot of black mold. Under the bed lay un dirty white cloth. Every euro we have payed was one to much.

Hello, Indeed, a problem has arisen regarding the rooms with private bathrooms. They shouldn't have been available since the hotel isn't equipped with them. We're sorry.
