We booked the hotel because of our short stay in Vesoul and we were very excited to have a new experience in a different hotel category. The surprise was immediately, after the very short check-in the employee charged our credit card and gave us the room key…..now from the shock to the disgusting moment….we open the door and the schock was a dirty & stinky room with a pre-used bad….but it wasn’t everything….by checking the blankets our schock found was a torn bedspread with holes that we also have to document. Because we had our little bit with us we asked if we could check-out and reimburse us the stay or just cancel the transaction. The young man said “I’ll do my best but you need to come tomorrow and talk to the manager.” The day after we went to the hotel and we were asked to send an email requesting the reimbursement/payment cancellation what we immediately with the ask to do not post the pictures or make a public review. The lady added that we only needed to ask for a new room instead to apologize and don’t sell a stay that is not worthy human….the end…my credit card was charged and after more than 2 weeks and different emails we are still waiting for an answer and for the reimbursement. Personally and because because I truly believe that hygienics ist a must (no matter how much the room costs), and I am not sure that this review will be read from anybody at the F1 Hotels I will just copy and paste with all pictures on any review platform I will be allowed to make a post.

Il est vraiment dommage de laisser un hôtel en cours de rénovation ouvert au public ! L'établissement est complètement en travaux et forcément ne donne pas un aspect très propre. Absence de climatisation dans la chambre, obligé d'ouvrir la fenêtre, donc la nuit à été très bruyante. (route très passagère à proximité) Je déplore devoir payer 3€ pour une serviette, puisque dorénavant, il n'y en a plus dans les chambres, c'est la nouvelle politique commercial du groupe. Je crois que c'est la seule enseigne qui fait payer les serviettes dans ses hôtels. Pour le PDJ, nous sommes descendu à 8h mais il n'y avait déjà presque plus rien sur le buffet. En résumé ... cela reste un Hotel F1, avec une réduction des coûts au maximum et lorsque l'on a pas prévu, ni réservé, on s'en contente pour 1 nuit ... mais pas plus. :)

Dirty hotel. Nothing is even close to clean. Leaflets in the shower asking guests to not poop in the shower. I had no choice but to stay here due to circumstances but I was too afraid to even close my eyes. Are there heroïne junkies in front of the hotel?
