Ok stay. Clean room but stained mattress. Air conditioning giving out warm air when set to ‘cold’. Vending machine out of some items. Breakfast basic but adequate.

Regarding the air conditioning, we would like to clarify that it is a reversible model, meaning it can be used for both heating and cooling the room, depending on the settings. If the air conditioning was blowing warm air despite being set to "cool," it is possible that the room temperature was close to the desired cooling setting, which could explain the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and encourage you to inform us of any anomalies so we can address them promptly. As for the mattress, we regret that it did not provide the expected comfort. We will make sure to check and, if necessary, replace any equipment in the room to ensure an optimal experience for future guests. Room is spacious and clean. Location is closed to train station and tram to join the city center. No sound from the road. Quiet stay. Breakfast is good too. We hope to come again soon. Thank you!
