During both nights, a strongly disturbing noise recurring about every 5 - 10 minutes, caused by the building services (technical equipment, air condition system, which was turend off??) in every case from inside the building, the quality of stay and the need for peace and quiet are severely limited. We came in the room (102) on friday night, it was a complete disappointment. There was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke, the floor and overall room were not clean, and in the bathroom there was a black parasite like mass under the sink. We asked from the employee at the desk if there's anything to be done or if the room can be changed, we were just given a can of air freshner to alleviate the smell of cigarettes, so adding more chemicals on top the smell is the solution!? We couldn't sleep that night although we had driven for over 5 hours to get there and we were exhausted, the matress was rock hard and not comfortable to add to our horrible night! We couldn't take it anymore and at the end we left a day earlier on saturday at 6:42 pm to drive back 5 hours to our home because our whole experience was ruined. We are frequent users of Ibis as our hotel in all our travels because of our trust in this corporation, but now this trust is shaken! We find it hard to even think of getting a room with Ibis in the future after this. Hopefully our concerns will be adressed!

Nice team at the reception, easy check in, comfortable bed. Room 513 ..unfortunately the bathroom had some water damage at the ceiling and didn't look well-kept.

Very well soundproofed rooms. Stay was comfortable and afforded a vwey warm welcome throughout. Pizza and pasta meals at recommended restaurant nearby were very good, and breakfast was good the next morning. Would stay again.
