The twinroom very clean and modern. Bathroom totally clean and spacious modern shower. Receptionist welcoming and helpful. Breakfast area a bit cold (athmosphere) with all that plastic.

15 days overall stay . I knew the size of the room therefore no reason to comment on that .. a small wardrobe would be so so handy , especially since it’s business travelers hotel too. The young cleaning lady of the weekend was very sweet and polite ( should have asked the name to add it ) . Changing towels but not cleaning the room on a day basis , even though I was away for work all day . Overall pleasant

Comfortable functional hotel. Welcoming staff. Convenient location opposite the station and tram stop though a bit of way from town. Welcoming staff. Good breakfast but more fruit would be an improvement..

The reason why we booked this hotel was because of our good experience with Ibis budget in Crèches sur saone. But what a difference! Noisy area outside, running people in the middle of the night in the hotel, poor room, terrible matrasses, bad service the 2nd day. At arrival service was ok, but even when we left there was no Bon Voyage or Au Revoir. Well, there wil not be a Revoir for us....

I arrived at 1:30 after midnight and was given a room with non functioning AC and room temperature in crazy figures as it was a heat wave that time . Luckily they had a last room left to give me with a functioning AC , not clean but still it was an option . They were renovating some areas and the noise of construction at 21:00 a particular is unacceptable for a hotel ..apart from these blurry moments I had a very a pleasant stay .

My time in the ibis of Besançon centre gare was fine, the staff was ok, but i didn't like that some hobos could come in the hotel entrance and ask me for money or other things.

I expected the room to be basic but was disappointed in the lack of comfort of the bed. When I got there the room was freezing cold, I had to turn up the heat. There was only a thin blanket on the bed. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. However, the room was quiet and the location convenient. I also appreciated that I could borrow a hairdryer at the reception. Breakfast was fine.

Excellent staff. Very convenient location for the railway station just across the road. Quiet. Good big room, basic but functional. Bedroom and bathroom floors could be a bit cleaner though.

Personnel was nice and helpful. I had the opportunity to talk with them and get information about things to do at Besançon and that was usefull. Hotel is close to the train station which is a plus but some renovation work could help to make it look better but in general it is OK.

The staff was great. I know the hotel is a 2 star hotel but still, having one plug in the room, not having a plug in the bathroom so you can shave and also you pretty much have to keep the bathroom close all the time because it stinks.

We stayed for one night. Check-in was good. The room met our needs. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot. Breakfast was good value. The vending provision was limited - no tea or hot water.

Party in room next door until 6am. No assistance when requested.

No access to internet despite the code. I cannot see any resin why access should be denied if one does not select option to receive adverts. As a guest I do not wish to be inundated by advertisements from Accor, hence I do not opt for this. Why is internet access denied in these circumstances ? It simply puts customer OFF>
