The hotel is very 'old glory'. We were not happy taking our suitcases to the first floor because there was no elevator. What, however, really made our stay disastrous was the worst bed we experienced in over 10 years stay in Accor hotels. My back still feels the pain. Service was sloppy: dinner bills were mixed up... This is definitely NOT a repeat.

Well located, no traffic and close to the park.

The rooms were good, everything operational and always service with a smile (although hidden by a mouthcap). The hotel is in a very calm neighbourhood and close to the huge city park where you can walk around. It was a very pleasant stay.

Overall stay was fine, and the rooms were pleasant. However, despite my Platinum status and booking the day before, the receptionist failed to upgrade our room, claiming they were all occupied by « clients privilege ». It seemed though that the hotel was completely empty... no cars on the parking lot, no one in the corridors, no one at breakfast. The breakfast was also missing the hot items usually served - I wished they had informed me the night before, when I asked if breakfast would be served as usual.

Breakfast was much better this time! Sausages, eggs and bacon were cooked correctly and tasted so much better! Once again the staff looked after myself and my team during the stay. Erwan especially, friendly, polite and ensured we were looked after correctly and enjoyed our stay.

Its the best Hotel and restaurant in the region. The crew its very gentle and the Hexagon Restaurant have a very high quality food. The rooms are ok and will be soon renovated. The place is central also when you walking

First morning the breakfast was not cooked. The machine where the bacon, scrambled egg and sausages are placed to be cooked was not working and all the food was left in there raw! Rooms are standard although a musty smell throughout the hotel. I stay their regularly over the past few years and a lot of my team stay there as it is local to our sister factory. I have a member of my team there every day for the last 9 months. Thinking of trying other local hotels in the future.

We have had better rooms in the same hotel. It was not possible to have side tables next to each bed, because the lamps were mounted just above the bed, instead of aside of the bed. Therefore we had turned the beds 90 degrees and put a side table in front of the door. One of the side tables missed pieces and there were stains on the carpet.

Old hotel, room not properly clean (old moquette full of dust) The pepersonnel is not enough to take care of the incoming guests and their needs/requests. Terrible food at the restaurant and for the breakfast . In that area there is not too much choice.

Outside the hotel looked run down and inside it was just about ok. The room was okay and we were pleased that the room heater worked. Overall just about okay.

We booked a premium room. On arrival this room wasn't ready and nobody off the personel was really intrested to make this room ready. So they gave us the smallest rooom they could find. After complaining they would give us 5 euo as this was to them the difference in price. The next morning we had the complain again and then they would see there mistake and offered us a decent copensation. The staff at hotel couldn't care less. teribble hotel

The room is good value for money. Also the breakfast was very good. A little minor was the service. Bowls and spoons were not replenished and you had to look for personnel to get these items. There were not on their post.

Much as you would expect from a chain of hotels. Very clean and tidy and to a standard layout. Nice to have a choice of brasserie or restaurant to eat in. We chose the restaurant and had a set menu which worked out better value than eating in the brasserie. Make sure you try something that's been made with the local griottines cherries- yum. The local Luxeuil ham is very good too. What makes a difference at this hotel are the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and you are always greeted with a smile. The young lady on the front desk was especially nice. If you want to explore the town it's just a pleasant walk away.

what appeared to be a nice hotel in a very nice location turned out to be a big disappointment. The room was very pleasant particularly as it was air conditioned, but the Bistro food was very poor - steak was inedible, there was more meat in my shoe! The worst aspect was noise late at night from the corridor and nearby rooms, it was dealt with by the hotel, but it ruined the stay. Won't be going back.
