Room extremely small. The bed was not very comfortable. But the worst was the noise, too much noise during the night. I could hear everything that was going on in the hallway or in the next room. Sometimes loud noise of water coming from the upper floors. Needs renovation works

Dear Mr M., We thank you for taking the time to leave us a comment. We understand that our hotel does not meet the standards you expect from a Mercure hotel and we apologize. Indeed, Mercure hotels are 4* normally, we are still 3* but renovations are planned at the end of the year to improve our amenities and the comfort of our guests. Regarding the noises in the hallway, we are very sorry for the disturbance, the night auditor has been alerted about your prejudice and will do more control on the floors at night to reduce them. For the other noise nuisances, this shoud be fixed with the renovations at the end of the year. We would like to inform you that we appreciate your feedback and will take it seriously in order to improve our services for our customers. It was great the kids had seperate sofabeds and didn’t have to share. Bed was comfy and restaurant food was yummy.

HORRIBLE.... hotel needs a full and complete renovation Carpet, doors, accessing the rooms are in terrible stage. worn out to the limit Bedroom carpet full of stains, Hair dryer not working Curtains in disarray Bathroom cleaning reallly not appealing... THIS IS NOT A MERCURE STANDARD !!!
