I had a rate booked including breakfast. I was also in town for an event and the organisers had arranged that breakfast would be free (even though I had already booked it). I had to leave early on the last morning and when I queried how much they wanted it looked like it said tax. When I got home and the pdf of the bill arrived I had been charged for breakfast, even on the days I had not had it. I realise my French is not the best but I did show my copy of the booking specifying breakfast was included when I checked in. This has eft me unhappy and unwilling to trust a stay at Mercure in the future.

Notre arrivée très bon accueil, dans notre chambre déception,la chambre avait une très vieille moquette tâchée,de blanc beige,jaune!!!! Le papier peint était enduit de colle pour ne pas qu'il ce décolle ! Ça ne fait pas rêver,le lit était parfait et grand du positif ! Encore une déception ! Le repas du soir, j'avais pris un forfait avec un menu 3 Plats d'une valeur de 25 euros par personne, mais pas de menu de cette valeur ( a partir de 36 euros r) donc nous avons demandé a passer dans le côté brasserie au cas où si nous pouvions en avoir un pour ce montant,mais toujours pas !! Donc le moment de détente était loupé!!! Je n'ai pas pris de dessert ni d'entrée pour être dans les clous le menu Nous est revenu a 44 euros donc très frustrant !! Oublié le menu 3 Plats ! Le petit déjeuner top 👍🏻
