We chose this hotel because it had a billiards and table football for our kids to play. The restaurant food was ok, although I had the duck and it was overcooked, the broccoli was inedible. The air conditioning in our room made a lot of noise so that I didn’t get a good night sleep.

bit far from centre 10mins on a bus and 5-10min walk to bust stop. 20 -30min walk to old town. downhill on way there but up hill on way back. 15min walk from viotte station

great stay. had heated pool which was lovely for last day of summer sun - could have done with a clean though. Lovely lady serving in restaurant. dinner choices not bad and reasonably priced. breakfast on Sunday was v full and no eggs/bacon etc left until the next day which felt not ok given the price of the room.

The hotel and location are great but it is let down by the staff in the restaurant who are not trained on allergen. The menus in the restaurant don't match the allergen card and staff don't know what's in their food and give the wrong information/ guess the allergens. The reception doesn't take allergen seriously and one day they will kill someone by recommending the wrong food. Staff don't really want to be there and unmotivated
