The hotel and location are great but it is let down by the staff in the restaurant who are not trained on allergen. The menus in the restaurant don't match the allergen card and staff don't know what's in their food and give the wrong information/ guess the allergens. The reception doesn't take allergen seriously and one day they will kill someone by recommending the wrong food. Staff don't really want to be there and unmotivated

Positive are the location and the general behaviour of the staff who are efficient and on the whole friendly. Negative: the hotel smells badly of decay, particularly in the corridors. The aircon in the rooms is just about up to getting rid of the smell, but struggles to cool adequately. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with asthma. Restaurant is not to be recommended, nothing wrong with the service but entrecôte frites meant tough meat and overdone fries.

We have been staying at this same hotel for over 10 years. It's a good hotel for a brief stay. My main criticism of our visit this year was the lack of a restaurant menu in English. We asked if there was a menu in English and simply told no, not very helpful. The food was excellent but as you have so many different nationalities staying why not offer a translated menu?

Overall a pleasent stay. The Pool ist a nice addition. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The building itself ist a bit older but that does only affect the experience slightly.
