The hotel is a little off the centre of town, however the site was quiet. Place was clean, newly decorated, the room was a bit Small but had a good Shower. Reception was friendly and the restaurant was good.

Very clean hotel , great staff, good breakfast. Health and Safety issue with staircase some carpet missing, needs resolving urgently!!!! THIS IS DANGEROUS FOR OLD PEOPLE !!!!!!!!! Lots of weeds outside, needs a visit from Gardeners.

Very disappointed no prior warning hotel under renovation. Completely covered in scaffolding with all blue badge spaces cordoned off as well as ordinary spaces. Had to park around the back partially on grass and not an actual space.

Two floors by stairs with our luggage, no elevator Small and bad smelling bedroom In the bathroom, towels smelling tobacco or humidity....

No twin bed. Bar closed at 23:00. Great breakfast.

Clean, simple functional. Why can you not sell me a beer after 23:00? Not very good customer service. Croque Monsieur from room service poor. Warm soggy cheese and ham sandwich..... Very English!

We booked a triple room well in advance and prepaid, we arrived at 21.30 and checked in without problem (although the casual look of the receptionist is not acceptable!). Our room was a double with an extra bed added meaning there was no space to move at all. Upon checkout (staff was properly dressed then) we were not even asked own our stay was (did they expect the answer?). We wrote to the hotel to give them the chance to explain themselves and received nothing. I will never stay there again and am getting tired of the whole Accor group's lack of standards and care of their guests...

Good hotel just on outskirts of town and well within reach of main roads if travelling through France towards Switzerland or ferry or tunnel. No secure parking but has a restaurant which serves good food. The beds were OK when we stayed but not as comfy as the previous hotel and my husband kept bumping into the TV which was on the wall at bottom of bed as there was not much room
