My experience was not that great, the rooms are really old, a lot of things don't work properly. The breakfast is not really good, the croissant tasted old, and the buffet was not looking good.

I don’t consider an acceptable policy to ask golden card customer to pay twice the price of the room 2 days before arrival. It’s unacceptable that reception people never recognize you as good customer. I travel a lot and you can find this attitude only in this hotel.

This hotel need a refurbishment in order to be a real four stars. Training for reception people: last time I pay two deposit of 100 euro and 180 euro when the toon was entirely b paid in advance. Incredible
Dear Flavio F., Thank you for your comment. We apologize for the warranty claim, you actually did it on the internet. So we should not have asked you on arrival. I reviewed this online warranty procedure with my colleague. There was a problem of misunderstanding during his apprenticeship. A renovation is pending, we have started since September and will continue to make some embellishments while waiting for the start of major works.
